Omar you are amazing and throughout our stay you made sure we were comfortable and made sure we were more than satisfied with the resort. Lahoucine the amazing bartender, you made our vacation worthwhile! The hospitality is unmatched anywhere else. You brought laughter and relaxation to us, I hope to see you again. Said, you made the club lounge a place to relax and enjoy delicious snacks and cocktails. Thank you for the great conversations and being attentive. Achraf, what an amazing server! Stayed in October 2023. Had a Suite + double room. The rooms are NICE with floor to ceiling windows and super comfy beds. Loved it!! The resort is a couple years old, still new. Very KIDS-oriented. Almost every guest comes with kids 0-16 years old. The food was the BEST out of approximately 300 hotels we stayed at. The menu changes every breakfast. Sunbeds are soft and plentiful. The beach in front of the resort is easy access, clean, but has lots of camel droppings (not hotel's territory). Overall - HIGHLY recommended if you ate traveling with children.

We booked a suite through Expedia but once arrived at the hotel we were informed that the room we had paid for had been assigned to someone else. We therefore spent 3 nights in a room of a lower category. The hotel was very modern and nice but we were highly disappointed with the situation and the way the team managed the situation. There was a good price difference between the two units and since the hotel did not want to collaborate with Expedia we were not credited for the price difference.

A wonderful experience! Just what I needed to relax. Great room, beautiful view and fantastic staff. The pool and beach are just beautiful. I don't want to leave.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Food is good and portions are abundant. Staff is however very poorly trained and therefore I cannot give more than 3 stars. You expect a much better service for a 5-star hotel.

Do not get the day pass. They don’t treat you well (refused to open a parasol, gave our transat away to someone else - obviously occupied with towels and swimsuits on it, and had the gall to say we were limited to two towels « because you only have a day pass » when we asked for replacement towels for those taken away). These are the two guys with red « lifeguard » shirts. Food was okay but service also took a looong time, but at least personnel were friendly. We were even interviewed for their publicity stunt with a camera and all, I sort of regret saying good things about this hotel. We were planning to transfer for the rest pf our stay but no thank you, I won’t spend my money here with people with this attitude. It’s quite a shame as the grounds and very beautiful. If day guests are treated differently, in my opinion it would be better to not offer this option at all.

Just have lunch here in Sud Km17 café and drinks lovely food and location. As food and drinks prices go in Morroco this place was expensive a bottle of Casablanca beer was €7. However the food was beautiful as was the location.

Great location. Food is generaly good but room service is hit and miss- you can end up with ground meat in your vegetarian soup for example or be served the smallest piece of cold meat imagineable if you order a rack of lamb. Service is very good; staff is forthcoming and polite. Rooms are new and comfortable but make sure to bring a hdmi-hdmi cable and a laptop if you want to watch anything other than the news or Nat Geo channel in Arabic. Kids club is certainly a highlight- staff is excellent and venue is top notch.

This is an outstanding resort. It is really clean and comfortable. The food is way underated. And the service is one of the best I have ever had. To put in perspective I've been to over 40 countries and hundreds of hotels. So overall you can have a nice vacation.

Some staff are ok, some of them are not trained up for the jobs. Very frustrating when you have paid and expected a five star hotel

Had a fantastic stay at the Regency. All the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Facilities at the hotel were great with two pools with a bar area service food and drinks all day, lots of sun loungers and quick simple towel service. Rooms were very clean and spacious plus they frequently refreshed with water and toiletries. Was very close to the beach and they have there own private beach area with an additional bar (is not right on the sea but can still see and hear it) Again plenty of areas to enjoy the sun in comfort.

It's just my 1st night, but I feel I'm in an Oasis just 15 mins out of the city of Agadir. I have more nights to go, but honestly, from Mr. Hicham, the manager on duty to Youssef at the front desk, exceptional management skills. Thank you. Rachid at the swimming pool was very helpful and kind.

Beautifully appointed and clean bedrooms Some staff are very pleasant and helpful Communication is very poor. We were given the wrong times for breakfast and the club access amongst other things No notification about 2nd restaurant opening after 6 night of only the one restaurant it would have been a change When the hotel is busy breakfast is like a bun fight The pool beds are large and comfortable with plenty of movable shade Often there were no pool towels even with only 9 people by the pool. The pool attendants were lazy and unhelpful often watching people struggle to move the large umbrellas Such a shame because it could be a fabulous hotel The location is a 35 minute walk into Taghazout which is a ramshackle smelly village overrun by cats and dogs

This place is absolutely stunning with every sent of my money. Spent at this place the food in the service from the gentlemen Specifically, from this hotel definition deserves my 5 star rating. We had other personal issues with some ladies, which were quickly mitigated through the service from the men. I loved that they had plenty of activities especially for the kids.

I was glad to be at your hotel ... I had a great time and things were all nice and the service was at the highest level ... the cleanliness was very high class ..the reception service was also great . I just want to point out that the cleaning lady, Ms. Nohaila , her service was very professional and refined, putting more than her effort into performing the service and very polite . I hope to return the visit as soon as possible

Loved how close the beach was! Wasn’t as close as their other resort but was close enough. The beach looked amazing from the pool. Mehdi was so kind when we came and helped us with everything.

What a magical time we had here! The hotel itself is very beautiful and we stayed in the executive king suite which was the highlight of the whole property. It was so nice, we honestly never needed to leave to do anything else! The restaurant off to the right of the property, overlooking the water, was simply fantastic. Our waiter, Mohammed, was so attentive and kind. The DJ was also AMAZING and really set the vibe. This place has become extra special for me now because it's where my boyfriend proposed!! The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to work with him and help him make his vision for this proposal come to life - which was just spectacular. Special shout out to Omar, the assistant manager, who took EXTRA good care of us and Arbi one of the technicians who also really helped us a lot. Such a beautiful location, amazing facilities, and, above all, wonderful wonderful people. We cant wait to come back!

I bet you will not find a better place in the whole country to relax, enjoy the great service and ocean. I was one week in this beautiful Hotel and every single Person made my stay so fantastic! A huge and big THANKYOU to the Manager Azze for always making everything he could for our pleasure and a great surprise for my friends birthday! Spend the day to enjoy the pool. They also have a peivate beach. The service was great, the amenities are very clean. The water in the swimming pool is warm. The entrance includes transat, towel, lunch. It was just perfect! I'll definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I had the best stay in Morocco while there. The hotel was extremely good, breakfast amazing, staff was friendly and took great care of us. We have two recommendations, please clean up the private beach because there were lots of rocks and sticks on the sand which made it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. Secondly, please add an English menu to the room service menus. We will be back next year and will recommend this place to all of our friendss looking to visit Taghazout.

My wife, 7 year old son and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout. It was a beautiful, modern hotel with breathtaking views of the sea. The staff were friendly, hard working and always available to assist when needed. We had the dinner package and Chef Abdul was always on hand to cater to our dietary requirements, which he did an excellent job of. Waiter Yassir would normally serve us, he had a warm smile and his service was always of high quality. The hotel is a short walk or bike ride to town, highly recommend. Overall we were really glad we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout and will definitely return again.

I usually don't write reviews but I am compelled to after an unforgettable stay! I highly recommend staying at this amazing hotel if you’re planning a trip to Morocco. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at the Hyatt regency. The facility was spotless, the weather was perfect and the hospitality of the staff was incomparable to what we have experienced before and we’ve traveled to several other hotels both inside and outside of the US. Our room had the most gorgeous view of the beach and the sunset. It felt surreal. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to Agadir as well as Tagazout which really came in handy so we didn’t have to worry about dealing with taxis. The staff overall went out of their way to accommodate our needs and helped us navigate our travels during the pandemic. Our driver, Mohammad, was extremely kind and always answered our questions and made sure we were well informed of what to expect in the city especially in the souk al had. It was like having our private tour guide. We are so grateful for all his help and looked forward to riding around the beautiful city with him every day. Iman at the front desk made several calls in order to get more information for us and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Rida made the arrangements for our Covid test and always checked in with us. He was very kind and sincere. Hassan, Maryam and Fatima greeted us every morning with so much warmth and kindness. And Rachid made yummy eggs to our liking. The food selection was extensive and delicious but the kindness of the staff is what made our breakfast experience even more amazing! The spa manager took his time explaining the the various services offered to us as we didn’t speak French. Yaseen and acraf were super friendly and helped us the navigate the dinner menu at the citron. I also enjoyed taking a fitness class with the sweet instructor, Mina. We felt like a part of a big family in Tagazout and were sad to leave. We will miss all the friends we made here and we definitely plan on returning here in the future insha’Allah!!!

Currently here, the staff is amazing, the hotel itself is breathtaking, the food is great and the kids club staff is awesome 👌.

I cannot recommend it as the staff are very poorly trained. Contact by mail and phone catastrophic. a shame for a Hyatt hotel and I have visited almost every Hyatt worldwide and have been a member of the members club for more than 10 years.

Great hotel for families. The pool area is nice, and you have direct access to the beach. I'm looking forward to when the beach area is finished.
