Disappointed
with
my
experience
at
Orchestra,
I
feel
compelled
to
share
my
dissatisfaction
here.
My
wife,
daughter
and
I
had
an
extremely
unpleasant
experience
during
our
recent
visit.
We
have
been
loyal
customers
for
several
years,
but
the
treatment
we
received
this
time
was
disgusting.
My
daughter,
aged
31
months,
urgently
needed
to
use
the
toilet.
Upon
our
request,
we
were
inconsiderately
informed
that
the
restrooms
were
strictly
for
employees
only.
It
is
astonishing
that
a
store
specializing
in
children's
items
would
show
such
a
lack
of
compassion
and
understanding
for
a
child's
natural
needs.
We
had
to
rush
to
a
nearby
cafe
so
my
daughter
could
use
the
toilet
which
caused
unnecessary
stress.
When
we
returned
to
discuss
the
incident
with
the
manager,
hoping
for
understanding
and
professionalism,
we
were
greeted
with
an
equally
discouraging
response.
The
way
the
manager
handled
the
situation
was
completely
unprofessional
and
inappropriate,
increasing
our
disappointment.
A
store
of
this
size,
which
specifically
targets
children
and
pregnant
women,
should
prioritize
customer
service
and
demonstrate
empathy
and
flexibility
in
such
situations.
I
hope
this
comment
will
encourage
a
serious
reconsideration
of
the
store's
policies
and
better
training
of
staff
to
avoid
such
unpleasant
experiences
for
other
families
in
the
future.
Subconsciously
we
felt
obligated
to
always
buy
from
Orchestra
because
we
had
paid
for
an
annual
loyalty
card.
Don't
let
yourself
be
trapped
by
this
marketing
tool.
LC
Waikiki,
without
the
need
for
a
loyalty
card,
offers
much
better
value.
Ultimately
we
left
Orchestra
and
went
to
LC
Waikiki
where
we
found
better
quality
clothing,
a
much
bigger
store,
and
better
prices.
I'm
almost
glad
this
incident
happened
because
it
allowed
me
to
discover
a
much
better
store.
