This review is based on my October 2021 visit. This hotel is not family friendly if you have kids don't come here. The hotel becomes active at night most guests come here late at night to spend time with a companion. - the sheets smelled like perfume - The safe in the room didn't work - the bath room is rusty and not clean - The doors slam with a big bang and if the room is next to the elevator you can hear it in the room. - no door lock or door chain from the inside of the room - guests next door partying till 5 am - no complimentary toiletries bring your own soap and shampoo I stayed for three nights unfortunately i couldn't get a refund.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service we received for 4,000dhs! My daughter reserved the room and added the breakfast! We arrived at 5am, we were extremely well greeted by the front clerk, however, we asked not to be disturbed. While we were all sleeping, at 3 different times the cleaning ladies opened the door without knocking! The same day, I had to work all day in the hotel room, the television wasn’t working, the telephone wasn’t working either had to use my own phone! When asked for someone to come, I got tired of waiting and went to eat supper! The following day, we left early, we put the sign DO NOT DISTURB, DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM, we went for breakfast downstairs, DISGUSTING and practically nothing to eat, we had to go outside to eat breakfast! We came back at night to find our room door wide open!!! How am I supposed to feel safe in that hotel?? When complained, the only the clerk had to say is sorry! WHAT WILL I DO WITH YOUR SORRIES!!!! This is unacceptable from an establishment! I STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER TO BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!

At check in, the staff does not seem interested at all. No information given about WiFi password or room number. No eye contact and we just got asked to follow a man who showed us to the room. The room is spacious but stink of cigarette. The shower is warm but the shower head holder is too high up. The corridor is dark at night. Did not enjoy the stay.

Staff friendly on arrival at the hotel. My initial first impressions were really bad because we were given a room beside the nightclub thought I requested to not to have one there and we were beside awful guests. Main door is not safe, one kick and it's open. Noisy at night, nightclub banging for hours and hotel guests running, shouting in the corridors, slamming doors! Nobody stopped it. No security. Make sure you get a room poolside if you don't want one near nightclub! Did not feel secure here at all on our first night. Back gate of hotel is padlocked. Pool looks okay, I didn't go in. lit up at night. There Is also a pool bar and snacks, pizza available. Bar for drinks, okay prices, no table service. No entertainment. Breakfast - buffet style. The eggs are disgusting, they are mixed with something else. I had pastries and cereal which is safer. There was chicken/peppers and salad at breakfast? I did complain about the guests and nightclub and they changed our room without fuss. We got a better room 5th floor with pool view. We were much happier after that. The WiFi worked well too but sometimes went off. But it does work in reception. This hotel may have been a really nice place in its time but the details are lacking. But the price is cheap and its in a decent location. Lots of road works going on around Agadir. You need to explore to find nice spots. All in all, the first night was a disaster but the staff were accommodating which we appreciated. Bed wasn't that comfy but sheets clean. Pillows too thick for me. Fridge in room which is very handy! Hairdryer. Cleaners will clean daily and are always smiling. Lifts to each floor work well. Excursions available downstairs. This hotel is a good budget place and I think it's best to try and rise above the details because you get what you pay for and this hotel provides the necessities that you need whilst being close to the centre and a short walk to beach and bars etc. Some of the reviews here are excessive and negative and it's not that bad. It's not a 4 star hotel anymore.

please do NOT book with this hotel, it is just a disaster the hotel is falling down everything is old and rusty, the service is terrible we actually found an underwear under the sheet and when we told the reception they said that's not really big deal. bed condition on photos

A real nightmare, we booked 2 nights but we run away after there first one. The room was dirty, noisy and small. The hotel staff is so unprofessional that is even funny. Don't waste your money in this place :)

Do yourself a huge favor and find another hotel this hotel looks great in photos but in reality it's a nightmare the staff at the front desk has nothing to do with the hospitality business. And they will make sure you pay in front because they know once you find out about the inside of this hotel you don't want to run away. Never ever again

Wont stay again. Poor for the brand. The room itself was good tho. But the staff is not prepared to deal people. 1 hr check in. Chaotic The breakfast was almost empty, no cafe cups, dirty wet plates.. nothing as the pictures

Jul 2022 I can't put 0 stars so I put the minimum. Service is bad, just two towels for a family suite, they take the towels at noon and they return them at 4 p.m. and for 4 hours we have no towels time to wash them, I spoke to the owner about it said with all arrogance that it is not me who should change the way the hotel works, I made him realize that he was just stupid. The breakfast is just disgusting. The bathroom has never been cleaned since the construction of the hotel, mold everywhere. They do not put enough chlorine in the pool so in the morning we find the same pool as the day before. I wanted to reduce my stay but it is not refundable. Unfortunately I'm still in the hotel and I'm leaving this Monday 4 Jul 2022 Hotel to avoid.

location: iDeal in the center, everything within walking distance. enough parking space. the reception: depends on the person at the reception, some are friendly and helpful, some are less friendly and not flexible the rooms: the rooms in the ground floor are spacious. TV, air con and mini fridge and hairdryer. the linen is clean but sometimes doesn't smell fresh. Breakfast: is basic and not special, this is a downside in the hotel, little variety, the service is minimal, you often have to set the tables yourself and provide cutlery, having breakfast outside is definitely worth it, then at least choose what and where you want to eat

We stayed in Agadir for a week and stayed at the Hamilton. Honestly, reading all the negative reviews I was a little scared, but I had to change my mind. I was very surprised by the hotel, the staff were all very kind and helpful, in the morning they offered a rich breakfast and the kitchen prepared excellent and tasty dishes. The location was great, very close to the beach. In general we were satisfied, the only flaw was the Wi-Fi that did not arrive in the rooms and the music from the hotels next door, but otherwise I would gladly return.

Under rated! I got the room for 26€ and it was maybe the best value i've ever gotten. Just dont expect european 4 stars for this price! Nice big rooms. Those complaining about the dirtiness, try tipping the cleaners like you should. Staff is definately paid lousy wages.

Very disappointed paid alot but food was such at a low standard! Especailly breakfast. Seemed very disorgansied at meal times. Extremely disappointed never would go back to this hotel. If they continue like this no one will want to book their lose. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this hotel your wasting your money, unless they make changes would advice stay clear. -WiFi was slow -TV half channels weren't working -Food was VERY low standard Booked half board and dinner wasn't limited no fish dishes just the same. -Even the basic telephone wasn't working in the room -swimming pool didn't seem to have enough chlorine -air corn but remote no were to be seen. Now if it was cheap would understand but at the price we paid we should of had atleast 4star standards. I hope the hotel reads this and makes changes otherwise no one will return.

1- No parking available despite the fact the description said otherwise. The one available is reserved for the Director of the hotel exclusively. 2 - Bathrooms are rust galore. 3 - Breakfast is to be avoided. It lacks all basic items one would expect at Breakfast. 4 -no fridge in the room. I do NOT recommend this place.

I wud have given it a 5 star if it was a 3 star place. It doesn't meet 4 star, but for a 3 star, it's great. The location is superb. It's only a few min walk from the beach. The staff even opened the backdoor for us to access the beach quicker. The atmosphere n staff by the pool was really lovely with good snack options. The guys enjoyed playing pool in the lobby area. The lobby area is very tastefully decorated

Stay away stayed three nights no wifi for two nights talk to reception said they canid do any thing room was not very clean has insects also hotel has night club which. Turn music very load all nigh could not sleep all night not recommended at all regret staying price are very high compared to what you get parking is free but security always ask for tips to park your car.

Very very bad service when we were checking in they said 2 times that check in time is 12 to 6 pm very rudely then i show then online check in time is until 12am .first day we were outside room service went inside room talk all towels then we told them not to enter your room without our permission if we need anything we ask them then we went to room told them to give us towel we waited then called after so long some one went with towel then again next day morning some one knock once not even a second they already enter to room where we told them not to bother by anyone and even everyday i went out side morning and come back to room..room is locked then again i have to go back to lobby to unclok very bad experience i had

For a 4 star Hotel it is kinda bad. For a 3 star hotel it would be great. The Lobby is very beautiful. But the coridors are kinda bad, the balcony isnt safe and its also kinda rusty. The view isnt that great either. For sure this shouldnt be a 4 star hotel. But if you go there and and try to imagine it would be a 3 star hotel, than its totally fine

We had a small issue at check in, which led to a room upgrade, the room was nice however the corridors were tired looking and the lift didn't work half the time which is not ideal being on the top floor. Pool area could do with upgrading.

amazing service from the lady receptionist in the day time, so kind and helpful always willing to help. As well as the cleaning staff so kind and helpful. Nice spacious rooms but can be improved for wheelchair access as the beds do fill the space and not much space and block access to the balcony. A lovely stay and lovely helpful hotel staff. The water was off at one point but was quickly fixed and any concerns or requests were quickly seen to which is what made my stay the best here. Local to a lot of nice places to see and explore including the beach which was 5min walk away.

We are still here with my family and the restuarant has been taken over by a new owner but wow superb hospitality and cleaniness superb and hotel brilliant

Fantastic hotel made even better with the kindest most helpful staff. As a wheelchair user this hotel was the most accessible I found in Agadir that is reasonable price. The only thing that made my stay hard was the glass partition in the shower which could be curtains in rooms to make more space for turning, and having to go up and down as I was on level 5, consider having disabled guests on ground floor. The lift for the cafe and food level 1-2 was broken but hopefully it will be fixed soon. The internet is not the best in the hotel but that was minor as in the lobby the connection was good. Very nice service staff always willing to help and answer questions.

Stayed here for 3 nights and for the price I can't fault it...location was good only 10 mins away from the beach...room was always clean and very helpful and polite staff. Pool area very good For the budget it is I would definitely recommend it

The staff man was really rude. We were 3 people and found 2 towels in our room. So we asked for 1 more and he told us to come the day after for this. We asked for a hair dryer (no hair dryer in the rooms altough it is a 4 star hotel) and they told us that they should ask to the manager. We waited. No one called our room. The day after the girl at the reception said that simply they don’t have hair dryer to borrow. The hotel was ok (not for 4 stars) but the staff was so so rude.

I’m not one for writing reviews but this needs it. If you bring a car be aware that your really going to struggle for parking after 6 pm there isn’t dedicated parking for the hotel so its just a free for all outside bearing in mind there are two night clubs right next door so they fill up quick. There are two hotels opposite there are blaring out music until 2 am. Rooms and hotel are falling to bits. Pools pretty relaxed but again it’s grubby. The beach is a short walk away which is nice and the burgers, pizza at the hotel were pretty good! It wasn’t exactly expensive but I’d expect basic cleanliness. We had to get our keycards updated everyday so walking up and down the stairs 4 times a day (7th floor). Had better things to do than be stood at reception every day. Hope this helps.

Modern & clean rooms, good service when checking in, lobby is spacious & clean. However no door hanger to let room service know to not disturb or clean the room. Toilet needs a fan or air freshener to let the smell go away. Pool may be dirty as got very ill after swimming. Breakfast is decent however no eggs only toasted bread and bakery. Location is opposite McDonald’s and 10 minute walk from the beach. Nice small balcony of the sea view was really nice. Hallways are really dark and could do with better lighting. A lot of shops nearby. Most annoying is the music playing from nearby clubs or hotels 24/7 with loud bangs so avoid if you want a nice quiet rest otherwise you have to sleep through this every night.

Very bad attitude from the cleaners ,rooms beds and pillows are so smelly, The reception lady was helpful and nice. They should call it a motel or residence .it’s far away to be a 3stars hotel

I liked this place and nice view to the pool. They got me a room with broken electronic door knop but is working fine. A storage safe was broken (not working)and they will charge you for storage of there own, but I felt safety when I left my carry-on bag and yes they even cleaned my room while my bag locked with stuff inside. So it safe but don't leave valuable items inside. That's why I gave 4 stars. Otherwise, it's nice hotel and worth to book with them.

Enjoyed the stay there, the staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and organised. Lovely destination for vacation with great ambiance!

Not happy, girls at reception did me wrong. The prices at the bar would put London to shame. They wIll rip you off at any given opportunity and will help each other In doing so. So much better and cheaper to pay extra for a better hotel. Or just get an all inclusive from tui.

Imagine how shocked I was when I saw that was a 4 star hotel. The balcony door doesn't close properly so we could hear all night long party/bar/night club sound. Changed room from a queen size with a sofa bed to 3 single triple beds. So much so for cuddling up with hubby... After a 3rd room change, as the 2nd one had blood near toilet light, broken/peeling/leaning table and was smaller with noise being heard from other people on same floor, 3rd room still had a difficult balcony door to be closed. Need the handyman to come in close it every other day. 3rd room was also still 3 single beds. Music at poolside playing at nearly half morning up to evening. Forget about having an afternoon nap if you had a busy morning going around. Plus banging doors in morning. Haven't determined where that was coming from. AC needs to be activated from outside the room by some magical remote. The one in the room is useless. After a little while the AC will turn off by itself without the possibility to turn it on again. The toilet was moving and not properly fixed. There was a bar fridge that was barely cold but we were told that's how a bar fridge is supposed to be. The WiFi is weak. So using it to check emails or simply Googling directions or restaurants can be unreliable. The pool looks green even though people seem to be cleaning it each morning, there's obviously something missing in attending to it. If you are a night owl that barely needs sleep, don't mind constant noise, annoying music when you want calm and quiet, and want a convenient location not far from beach, then it's a good choice. Else I'm sure there's better out there in term of comfort and noise proof rooms for restful nights for a better price as well. Read reviews before you end up finding by yourself how the rooms and environment are, as you won't be able to get your reservation cancelled and refunded. Wouldn't recommend hotel.

The room really exceeded my expectations. It was perfectly clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. It’s an easy walk to the beach and I really don’t think you can find much better for this price. The breakfast was great too. The only downside is the noise….some of the most annoying music I’ve ever heard, playing very loudly the entire day until 2 am. If you bring earplugs though you’ll be fine.

it was good. The people who work there are very nice and welcoming. The room was not that clean, we found some hairs in the bed, I don’t think the sheets were replaced of the bed. The bathroom was a little bit rusty and also not that clean. There is wifi but the connection was very slow so I had to use 4G. The pool was very good and clean and I really enjoyed it. I booked on booking.com and it said €163 for 4 nights, we ended up paying more than €200 because of taxes or something. Overall it was okay, not that good but also not bad.

This is the second stay in Hamilton... The hotel is very affordable. Friendly staff .. close to the beach. I would like to thank the staff were all friendly and helpful , Special thanks to the cleaners ..even for the buffet prices was cheap . I did not expect that..the WiFi was very good ... recommended

I have many compliments to say about my stay -Bed sheets weren't changed when we arrived -WiFi was so weak -Frigidaire not working - Towels weren't there -Late Checkin - Prevent guests from grabbing food :D The only good thing is the location and sea view. Not recommended for Business neither for Tourism.

really slow service and wifi didn’t even work at all, not even in the lobby itself. the room felt dirty and the towels were also just as dirty, and the pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. breakfast is the bare minimum and it’s not worth the price. at. all. find a different hotel.

This place does not deserve any stars, the pictures are lying, there's a disco right next door, so you can't sleep, the breakfast is not good, all the place is dirty!! Truly bad place, the personal is nice, but the place is really bad.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We’re in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful.

Very bad and dirty hotel never seen I had a leak on the toilet and fridge not working I inform them no one is care just they say will fix or change for you the room and happen change room one of their receptionist is very rude as well

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Staff aren’t professional at all and some are not friendly you kind of feel like you are not welcome and the quality of the service and the hotel doesn’t worth the money. The rooms in the first 2 floors are so noisy, you keep hearing car noises and people shouting in the hallway, and they don’t want to change it. The bathrooms not very well equipped, the bed isn’t done good. The food in the buffet isn’t tasty at all, never tasted such bad scrambled eggs ever. The parking lot is a mess. Overall this hotel is by far my worst experience i would never recommend it for no body, it is for sure not worth 3 stars. don’t get fooled by the pictures.
