I
was

no
stars!
Worst
place
ever!
Beware
and
do
not
give
this
hammam
any
business!
I
spontaneously
booked
a
massage
and
Hammam
for
9pm
the
lady
Imane
was
happy
to
take
our
money
and
sell
us
the
service.
When
I
returned
at
9pm
one
of
the
therapists
told
us
that
she
will
have
to
move
my
appointment
to
10pm,
which
was
an
inconvenience
but
I
was
still
excited
for
the
massage
so
I
agreed
and
came
back
at
10pm.
I
waited
until
10:15pm
when
I
asked
one
of
the
ladies
if
they
were
aware
that
I
was
there
and
she
apologised
saying
they
won’t
be
long.
At
10:30pm
I
was
frustrated
as
they
already
delayed
my
appointment
to
a
later
time
without
prior
notice.
Moreover,
they
were
still
running
late
at
10.30pm
and
not
sticking
to
the
appointment
time
agreed
initially.
Therefore,
at
that
point,
I
decided
it
was
not
worth
waiting
any
longer
seeing
as
they
wasted
1h30mins
of
my
time!
I
asked
for
my
refund,
which
is
within
my
rights
since
the
service
agreed
was
not
provided.
Their
response
to
my
refund
request
was
that
no
one
had
access
to
the
tills
and
they
instructed
me
to
return
the
following
day
to
receive
my
refund.
One
must
bear
in
mind
that
the
following
day
was
my
last
day
in
Agadir
and
the
last
thing
I
wanted
to
do
is
ruin
it
with
more
time
wasted.
The
following
day
my
husband
returned
to
get
the
refund
only
to
find
out
Imane
was
unable
to
refund
us
the
400dh
and
offered
to
give
us
their
overpriced
products
that
I
am
unable
to
use
due
to
a
skin
condition.
My
husband
asked
to
speak
to
the
owner
who
was
an
obnoxious
vile
man
who
told
my
husband
he
is
not
available,
blamed
his
staff
member
for
double
booking
then
went
on
to
accuse
my
husband
of
being
a
problem
stirrer
when
they
didn’t
offer
a
service
to
begin
with.
Then
he
accused
my
husband
of
threatening
him
and
mentioned
he
will
bring
the
police
-
he
also
suggested
Imane
should
give
us
the
money
back
from
her
own
pocket
as
it
was
her
fault
for
double
booking.
He
was
so
rude
over
the
phone
and
had
no
customer
service.
He
told
my
husband
to
return
later
on
that
day
causing
us
more
of
a
headache
and
ruining
our
schedule
on
our
last
day
in
agadir.
My
husband
returned
to
the
hammam
in
the
afternoon
where
he
was
greeted
with
aggressive
and
defensive
confrontation
from
the
owner.
The
owner
blamed
our
lack
of
patience
(bearing
in
mind
we
wasted
1
hour
and
a
half)
rather
than
acknowledging
the
problem
and
refunding
the
money
back.
First
statement
he
uttered
was
“You
Algerians
like
to
cause
problems”
assuming
my
husband
is
Algerian
(due
to
his
North-Eastern
Moroccan
accent),
which,
needless
to
mention,
should
have
no
bearing
on
the
problem
at
hand.
He
uttered
the
above
statement
to
trigger
a
response
but
unfortunately
he
didn’t
get
one.
He
went
on
to
mention
how
“Arabs”
are
the
source
of
problems
whilst
forgetting
he
is
an
Arab
himself
who
is
refusing
to
refund
money
for
a
service
which
was
not
provided.
Overall,
a
terrible
experience
with
a
massage
and
hammam
parlour
which
only
provides
the
service
of
increasing
stress
levels
during
your
holiday.
If
that’s
what
you’re
after,
then
feel
free
to
head
down
and
receive
a
delayed
service
or
even
worse,
no
service
with
a
reluctancy
of
giving
a
refund.
