Absolutely delicious! The restaurant itself is small and simple, and you can probably expect a bit of a wait (maybe order ahead of time if possible), but the food was great. My chicken shawarma was nice and warm with juicy, flavorful chicken and a side of crunchy and yummy fries. I will definitely be going back to Taste of Lebanon!

Lamb Shawarma was seasoned nicely, not to overcooked, nice customer service, warm bread and the tabouli, hummus & another salad where exceptional. It is posted that the prices have gone up from the menu & it is a bit high for the area; but you get good sized portions. It was enjoyable and filling, the area's to eat in were clean but careful on the plastic wear it 😜 was covered in dust. (Probably due to placement by food counter)

The staff are extremely friendly and took their time to explain to me the different dishes. Small family owned restaurant. I loved their food and 100% would go back. Make sure to ask for the garlic dipping sauce which is amazing. June 2022 Update: I don't live in Springfield but never miss a chance to stop by when I'm in town and continue to come years later. Still the same great quality. Clean restrooms and dining area as well.

The food here is delicious. The staff are friendly and the prices are honest. I've come here consistently for over two years and they have never disappointed. I love this restaurant and hope they continue doing business for many more years to come.

Very disappointed at my favorite place . A check that’s above $100. Out of which a sausage sandwich. $13.5 for fries in a peta with a minor accident of sausage on it. Falafel platter. 7 falafels on rice $25. I don’t mind paying high dollar for quality food. But this is so disrespectful. THATS IT !! Ugly robbery … don’t lie to me, I pay money for items not for a bluff. Bye

Found this place when passing through Springfield. The chicken shawarma with their sour cream was so tasty. This place serves up delicious lebanese food. Baklava was pretty good as well.

Great place for Lebanese food, Budget friendly. Although the burger bun was little crispy, but I can forgive it because the taste was really good.

My first time trying this place out. I wasn't really content with the flavor the rice tasted like it had some sort of cinnamon and i hate cinnamon. I couldn't shake the taste. The meat was well seasoned. Definitely well portioned food alit of rice and meat. Pita was great. French fries were good probably the best part i personally liked. It's a food that has an acquired taste definitely not for beginners. But overall the atmosphere gentleman were very polite, nice seating area, restroom for customers and very welcoming to customers. The restaurant had nice cultural pictures up on walls definitely gives you a sense of there native ways.

Food was delicious. TONS of flavor. Seriously was worth it. We attempted to order as much of the menu as possible. Only problem is the meat was slightly dry but the way the food tasted tells me this doesn't happen often. We will be coming back.

Small Lebanese Restaurant with friendly counter service. Prices are good, food tasted excellent. Had the sample appetizer (hummus, tabbouleh, grape leaves, fattoush, baba ghanouj) and three different sandwhiches: beef shawarma, kufta, and falafel. All very good, I particularly would recommend the kufta.

I live in western NY and I am staying in west Springfield on vacation. I wanted to try something different, so we settled on Taste of Lebanon. All the reviews were great. Besides having pita bread, I have never had Lebanese food. I walk in and even though it was fairly busy I was greeted by a kinda woman patiently taking everyone's order. I received my order, I thought I ordered the beef kabob, but what I received was the chicken. I took it to the counter and showed the order and the woman kindly told me I ordered the chicken, I said oh I thought I ordered the beef and then I was unsure. She offered to make me another meal I kinda felt guilty, I now wasn't sure if I had actually ordered wrong. I told the woman it's ok I didn't want any of the food to go to waste and started to walk away. The woman insisted on making me a new meal and I insisted that she not. She then offered to just make me some beef, I accepted the offer at this point . I sat down and started to eat. I enjoyed the taste of the chicken and the beef (although different flavors than I'm used to). I didn't enjoy the rice as much. I have never had rice with that type of flavor( mainly cinnamon taste to me). When eaten with the chicken it was not noticeable and actually paired nicely. The rice on its own I didn't care for( I also have the taste buds of a 5 year old), but it was cooked perfectly. There were a total of 5 of us that ordered. Everyone loved the food and especially the hummus. Very good portions and the quality of the food is very good. The pita type bread was very good also. Even though some aspects of the food wasn't for me, I was impressed by the kindness shown when presented with a problem. Thank you for your excellence in this aspect.

Beautiful people and food. Pure, authentic, fresh, hot from the oven and going out of their way to serve.

Great food. I had the shawarma platter which was a bit too much food for me but it was delicious.

Tried this place at least 5 years ago for the first time. Was not impressed. Decided to give another try and know that I will not be back again. Everything tasted like it was seasoned with allspice. Very disappointing. It said homemade pita and it was just like a packaged pita. Ordered the pita with spinach and cheese and it tasted like just a jar of all spice everything tasted the same. Dinky little inconsistent pieces of chicken for a kebab. I wasn't the only one. There were four of us and we all couldn't even finish our meals. Thanks but no thanks.

First time eating here very interesting trying out new food. Love the crispy texture of the fries and the meat just didn’t like the rice, I rather have my jasmine rice with this dish.

While at Taste Of Lebanon as soon as I walked in the lady greeted me. She is such a kind and respectful woman and the seating is very neat as well as clean. Trying the food for the first time I didn’t expect much but after taking the first bite. I was like “oh welcome to Lebanon!” I swear the food is amazing cooked to perfection.

This is literally the best Lebanese food I’ve ever had In Massachusetts so far! Their mana’aeesh are so authentic and taste exactly like Lebanese ones. The owner is the sweetest and her welcoming personality is the best!

We've been here several times and will absolutely be back again soon - the food is so delicious. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. Takeout orders are ready quickly. There are tons of meatless/vegetarian options. As simple as it sounds, I am particularly fond of the rice, the herbs and spices are just absolute perfection. Falafel is a stand-by for me, I eat it often, and this is some of the best!

This place is a true gem, cheap, mostly healthy food. Highly recommend we have been going here for years. Lebanese food is very similar to Greek with some nuances. Hummus, pita sandwiches, kebobs, grape leaves.

I just had my first experience with Lebanese food. After seeing the Avengers movie I wanted to try Shwarma. It was very delicious along with the other food I couldn't pronounce but very glad I had them. I highly recommend this place.

This place is amazingly good for the authentic Mediterranean food. We had the chicken and beef shawarma, hummus and Kufta. They were delicious and wanted to eat more! Would love to go there again. It’s worth the price!

Absolutely the best! Delicious 😋 and huge portions on the platters. The sandwiches are smaller and ya need 2. We went 3 days in a row out of the 4 days we were visiting W Springfield. Got the chicken and lamb shawarma platters n so huge we could only finish half. Also got shawarma wraps, beef was our favorite and I don't even like beef. Extremely highly recommended.

We found this restaurant on Google search while driving on I -91 when it was time for lunch and we're glad we stopped here. They have excellent shawarma sandwiches and lamb over rice. We enjoyed the food greatly and we'll definitely stop here for lunch again if we ever pass by this way.

The service was slow, but the owner was courteous and inviting. The food was okay. Perhaps a good spot for the occasional lunch or takeout.
