I was introduced to Josh at Edibolic Kitchen to help me maintain a weight loss program. I ordered prepared meals which were fresh and delicious and delivered to my door. I can't say enough about the quality and taste and presentation. They offer an awesome variety of foods . I can honestly say they the best!! From the first phone contact I knew I made the right choice..the attention to my specific needs put me at ease and the deliveries were awesome . I will always be grateful for Edibolic Kitchen.

Great place! The food is healthy and delish and economical. You can pick up or they will deliver $ I just had their Keto Chicken and is was delicious. I’m pretty new so I’m trying them all, so far it’s been a great experience. Try it!

I love Edibolic Kitchen. They save me lots of time and money for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I work a full-time job and own my own business so I can't tell you how much I appreciate the ease, quality, and deliciousness of these meals. I love knowing I'm eating well despite my lack of time and I've never had an issue with meals or delivery. I'm so thankful that they deliver all the way to me from West Haven. Their overnight oats and protein pancakes are delicious and I love their protein and energy bites for snacks. The meals are always great and full of flavor. Edibolic Kitchen's are so tasty and have one of the best menu and specials compared to other local meal prep delivery spots in CT. They have a wide variety of meals to choose from and the lean meals are a perfect option for me to keep track of my macros.

Very good food! Very fresh. I have tried other pre made meals and they never were filling or satisfying. Nice and sample bowls makes it easy to grab during the week.

Ordering was very simple! I had my first delivery and I was very impressed by the fact that they text you to notify you when your order is coming and you can track their route in real time. Our driver was so nice and very informative… a great first impression. It was well packed and since my friend and I both ordered these meals for the office, I loved that it has our names on the labels so we don’t mix them up! The food is SO FRESH and delicious and you can either choose meals they suggest or custom build what you want! In my opinion, it is WELL worth the price knowing I don’t have to go grocery shopping and “meal prep” where I’d be eating the same meal ALL WEEK for not much of a price difference. Very happy so far!

I am so very greatful for Edibolic Kitchen! I am in a place in my life where filling my fridge with healthy prepared meals is improving my quality of life. When I order my meals for the week I have such security in knowing that I will have great variety and that the food that I'm putting in my body is healthy. Not having to worry about creating a menu or food prep has decreased my anxiety around healthy eating significantly. Their website is user-friendly, intuitive and easy to navigate. I enjoy having choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner and all of the food thus far has been delicious! The bonus for me is that it is also very economical. I ordered 11 meals plus tip and shipping for under $200. I can easily drop that amount on one night out. It is worth every penny.
