I’ve been three times to the West Springfield facility so far. I’ve had two therapists, Andy and Shannon. Both are extremely knowledgeable about what I need for treatment. Very courteous and the facility was spotless. I also noticed after an item was used they were cleaned immediately after. I have an improvement already with my knee.

This is my 6th time at the west Springfield ATI The staff is always very knowledgeable of my injury and very helpful I won’t go anywhere else and have recommended them many times

I went to ATI with real bad lower back problems . The very first session I could stand upright much better. The exercises I have been doing have helped me out more then ever. I have had back problems for 37 years and by far this is the best my back has felt . I highly recommend ATI . Mark S.

Everyone at ATI is friendly, kind, and professional. Due to a chronic issue, I find myself needing therapy every few years and I choose the West Springfield ATI. I know I will be thoroughly evaluated and a customized and effective program will be developed for me. I just finished up and am feeling and moving so much better. I am totally motivated to keep doing my exercises at home thanks to the team at ATI. 😊

I was very skeptical about physical therapy as it hasn’t been helpful in the past. (Side note: In other facilities) I finally bit the bullet and I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised. I’ve actually felt relief for the first time in months. The staff is polite, courteous and cheerful (not something I expect first thing in the morning). They’re well-informed of each persons individual needs and work together as a team to help the patient get the best care possible. I would definitely go back for other issues and would absolutely recommend them to others.

I had been there years ago for my lower back. I could barely walk 1/4 mile without having to sit on my rolling walker. That was 3+ years ago. I have been walking pretty well since. This time around, Frozen Shoulder, I have had 3 visits so far and have had significant improvement. Doing exercises at home 2 times a day as well. Yes, there is pain. Can't avoid pain. Gradually subsiding. Highly recommend with skilled PT's.

I was referred to this ATI by a friend. I came in barely able to walk or sleep due to pain. Chiropractor, Acupuncture and even a neurosurgeon had all been tried to no avail. Then I met with Andy. His patience understanding and willingness to explain each step plus his embrace of the bodymind connection proved very successful He worked with me wholeheartedly as an elder, always respectful Actually everyone at this facility was highly courteous and supportive I highly reccommend ATI

The therapists that work here are very caring, professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very friendly and easy going. Through each of their efforts, my knee replacement therapy is ahead of schedule.

Excellent facilities and a great environment! The staff is always friendly and I have a good time while I’m there. They are extremely knowledgeable in PT And in the short time I’ve been there I already feel as though my progress has improved. The staff is very skilled and caring . They are very good about sanitizing the equipment. I was just there after a knee replacement and can't say enough about how good they all are to work with! I highly recommend this location!
