Very large selection of styles for both adults and children. Some are very nice and some that have made me laugh. The ones pictured made me laugh. They've had sales each time I've been in there but it's not really a sale to me if I'm forced to buy two pair of shoes to get any savings. It's always the first pair is regularly priced and the second is the sale pair. So I usually only go when we both need some shoes. The store has been very clean each time and I enjoyed the shopping music. Another thing I liked is that I've never felt hurried or been followed around.

I selected a pair of shoes that they were out of stock in my size. They ordered them to be shipped to my home from another store. The transaction was done very oddly- they had me purchase a gift card that they then used at the store that had the correct size. The only receipt given to me was for the purchase of the gift card. They explained that they do not want the other store to have my credit card number, but it is OK for this store to have it, but not the other skecher store???. Waited the 4 weeks that I was told to wait and shoes never arrived. I called and then told me I had to come into the store to receive a refund. Drove all the way back, and the manager on duty could not issue the refund, she was only the evening manager, only daytime manager could do that. I was told they would call back after they confirmed the gift card had not been used. They never called back. I called and was told I had to return to the store AGAIN to get my refund. THREE TRIPS TO A STORE THAT IS OUT OF MY WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK ON A PAIR OF SHOES THEY NEVER EVEN SHIPPED. Terrible customer service and very impractical store policy.

Good place buy shoes and socks. Employees are very helpful as well as the manager. Will go there again.

It is in a shopping strip so there is plenty of parking. I was thoroughly disappointed in the outlet prices - these were not outlet prices but rather mall discounts. Nonetheless, I needed a pair of shoes so I bought some. I do have to say, the lady that checked my sister and I out was very pleasant! She joked with us and helped when we had questions.

Heard about this store from a friend. Very good selection of footwear. The store is clean well lit and well organized. Bought a pair of the new slip on shoes that were advertised on TV. Must say they are so easy to get on and the most comfortable shoe I have had. Very light weight also. I will be going back again.

I had to return one pair of foot wear because I bought the wrong size. They made the return/exchange a breeze! Very friendly and helpful staff which I really appreciate because I have a mobility issue. Thank you!

I've been wearing Skechers sneakers, sandals and dress shoes for about 5 years or more. I've had several back operations and these shoes are the most supportive and comfortable. I purchased today a pair of sandals and a pair of dress shoes. This place is awesome and the young lady was so helpful and pleasant. Thanks for your kindness!!🥰

My first time coming into the store I was disappointed in my interactions with the employees here. I walk in and no one greeted me, after being directed the type of shoes I needed I asked another employee for another kind she gave me a smart remark “I already told you” very uncalled for. I see there’s multiple employees mind you it was very dead maybe 4 customers in there and not one asked if I needed help but I did hear someone else ask the lady next to me if SHE needed help. Okay…we’ll after I finally find my own pair of shoes and I go to the front, I’m behind a customer waiting patiently but I see the other employee walk around he does notice me but doesn’t take me next knowing the person in front is taking a little bit. The person behind gets called next over…I don’t know what’s wrong with everyone’s attitude here but it was very poor. If there was management they clearly don’t care about their job either and I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you need actual help, they will be useless. Thank you for having me realize new balance will be my actual shoe store to go to.

I had an outstanding experience at Skechers. The customer service was fantastic—when the work shoes I initially purchased didn't quite work out, the associate I spoke with over the phone was incredibly helpful. Not only did he facilitate a smooth swap, but he also went above and beyond to assist in finding a suitable replacement. The store's only limitation was a limited selection of leather shoes in different colors, aside from black. Despite that, my overall experience was excellent, and I'll definitely be returning for those slip-ons! Highly recommended for their top-notch service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The only reason I am giving this place a 4 star is because of Vanessa she was amazing in helping me find my needs and made sure I was comfortable and stylish and she is amazing. I would have gave 5 but when I walked in noticed everyone was busy I know a bit about sneakers but sketchers is diff I asked for help and specific what I was looking for they made me feel like I was in the wrong store they were older 1 curly another with glasses if you go ask for Vanessa she listen and doesn't dismiss you until she fully helps you with your need I understand they were busy but to make it look like you were to busy to help is bad for business

Great selection of men’s and women’s shoes. We actually found XXXL shirts for my husband. That’s a bonus. They also had XXXL for women. The staff was very nice and helpful. The store was well organized and very clean.

Not only were the girls helpful helping my two 90 year old parents but the bathroom was meticulous. My mom could not wait to get home and we had to use the bathroom. We bought slip on sneakers for my dad and a baseball cap and the lady was nice enough to tell us to come back for the sale on the second pair for my mom because we ran out of time for my mom. Thank you for such a nice store and nice ladies who were very caring.

Went for work shoes and they had a nice selection. The staff didn't acknowledge me or ask me if I needed help, but managed to ask everyone else around me. When I finally asked for help, I found shoes. I showed the cashier my work discount on my work portal and she asked for proof I worked there. So I kindly backed up the work page to prove I worked there although my name was in big fat letters at the top of my login and that it matched my card payment.

Samantha was very nice and helpful. One of the reason why I like to buy my work shoes at Skechers.

I walked in and a young girl helped me, she was really nice haven't worked there for very long. Would suggest going there.

I ordered boots on 8/1/22. For some reason my package hasn't moved since I placed the order. There's no help on the sketchers web site to contact anyone. It's in the hands of UPS. I can't get help there either. I won't order from them online again.
