Rubbish place! AC, TV & also HOT WATER doesn't work ! And water is like a sea water (slat water) & hotel staff is misbehaving... Best for those..who wants room in low price. *Bakwasss hotel hai koi bhi mat jana friends*

They cheat the people. At the time of check in they don't tell that they will charge 10% service charge at the time of check out. They force to have food from room charge and if you will order food from room service they will get food from outside which will be bad quality and cold food. Whatever you will have there at the time of check out they will force you to pay service charge. Water is salted there.

Worst place I've ever stayed in my life. Absolute no no to this place. They doesn't know what is the meaning of cleanliness. Takes 10% service charge etc which wont be told during booking. Please avoid this place, if you want a peaceful Agra visit.

I booked 14 days earlier of exam and confirmed by hotel but on the date of stay I called hotelier to inform that I checkin 3hours after hotel check-in time. But when I call him he says there is no room and no booking of yous. I have to stay at another hotel which costs me 4times more than this.

I will give 0 star if i could . Very very poor service. Unhygienic rooms , bathrooms are not cleaned, bathroom doors lock are broken and the reception is very rude at the time of check out . he will charges extra at the time of final bill . Worst hotel... never ever come to this hotel.. infact go and find some musafir khana or dharmshala

I don't want to give any star. I booked a AC room on 17 July 2018. Toilet was so pathetic, so dirty and smelly. During bathing water was coming inside room. I will not recommend the hotel to any one. Please check the room and toilet before booking.

It's a good place to stay in Agra on a very affordable cost, tea, served in the room was amazing. Kindly discuss and make clear 10% service tax before check in.

Worst hotel don't take advice from local auto rickshaw dirty room dirty washroom no handwash no towel no no security they took 10% additional charges at the time of check out which they don't tell you at the time of check in DON'T GO THERE PLEASE they all are cheaters the rate was 1700 and the room was pathetic they took money always first

Hotel is at a very good place but they charged extra money in term of tax. Very bad service even the room are not good it was very bad experience for me to stay there frankly speaking. Travellers please avoid such hotels and always clear the tax part of extra charges before booking a room.

First of all is long away from the railway station (Agra Cantt). Rooms are not cleaned properly. No entertainment services is provided. Hotel service is very good they are all cheating customer. First of all the price for double bed should be given max 500. Beacuse no geyser facility available. And At the time of check-in they will tell you hot water is included but at morning when you ask for hot water they will charge you 20/bucket. They behave like hell if you want then pay. They will forcefully insist you to order food from there hotel only which is tasteless and very expensive. Perfer you order something from Zomato or swiggy or go somewhere else. The room service boys will forcefully insist you give them tip else they will ignore you. Last but not the least at time of checkout they will force you to pay service charge which is included in bill but still they will force you to pay. Don't book here find some good hotels nearby railway station.
