    Old rims Circle road is very narrow and dirty. In rainy season it is very different to cross the road. Drainage water stay on the road. Road is too bad.

    The hospital is very good . This hospital is used for emergency cases and delivery . But dermatology medicines are not available in this hospital . Hearing missions are not available in this hospital . The hospital canteen( like kirana shops , hotel and tea shops ) is the worst canteen in the entire Kadapa .Some people are donating food in the hospital sometimes. This donation food is amazing.

    This place is famous for the old govt hospital located. It has lanes connecting krishna circle road to Christian lane and 7 roads circle. Famous hospitals like MM hospital (Mahaboob Perera hospital) along with many optical shops located here. Most public purchase coconut for drinking from this place as there are many vendors available. The old govt hospital (old RIMS) road has many ambulances stopped. Mostly a crowded circle at day times.

    This circle is having an important historical landmarks like District first church Congregational Town Church and the famous Christian Line and once the Government Hospital situated here.
