Very nice facility available hear. I have been hear for madical health checkup.for verious test. I had a amazing experience well trained staff . Neicely designed laboratory, good settings arrangement at hear for waiting. All staff member💉👩‍🔬 are well executed and well co-ordinate with the customer. Firsty, they will give you a form to fill up (also provide a guide), guide Supportive member, good behaviour, The premises ⚗️ is very clean and well managed quite lined up. They also provided with good breakfast. 📍One suggestion: Please, show your laboratory board 🪧 on Service Road for easy access.

We have come here with our group for health checkup and here service and management was very good. Staff members was very helpful.

While the facilities seem good, there is a "LOT OF WAITING" because technicians haven't arrived and also because they take more clients than they can process in a given period of time. Besides there's no Fair system of managing the people who are in waiting. Clients who just came-in are taken first "by mistake" than others who have been sitting for hours.. Also very untrained staff, for example... We were made to wait for more than half an hour for a diet consultation by their staff , and then we were told by the honest consultant that there's no point to do the session in absence of reports. This happened with others too. So absolutely inexperienced staff wasting time of clients. We're now waiting for more than an hour for a 1 minute Xray ... And I guess there around 9 more tests yet to be done If you want to waste your time, most welcome here

Great experience with unihealth lab. Staff was really humble & helpful. Very well guide us in each and every test. No time wasting..They do their work very accurately..

I had an appointment for the corporate medical checkup & I had an excellent experience at this diagnostic test center. The staffs were incredibly professional and courteous, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The facility was clean and well-maintained. They were also efficient in handling appointments, and I didn't have to wait long.

It's a nice place and we'll maintained with proper equipment. Staff behaviour is also kind, polite and helpful to customer. Happy and satisfied with the lab experience.

Be aware that if u have free time, then only come to this lab. No time management. The test started at 8:15am. However, the same has been completed at 2 pm. Reason: non availability of doctor for echo test. Previously also, when we did visited, the BMD (bone related test) was not performed due to non functioning of the machine. I think, it’s really really sad that the experience is pathetic day by day. Wish that I have done the tests from some other company. The staff is good but, every time, delay happens due to one or another reasons. Will surely remove the same from my list for any future test.

Very Courteous Staff..Prompt Service...Highly recommended for regular health check up... One suggestion: Pl show your laboratory board on Service Road for easy access. If possible pl call doctor for 2D Echo early which save time of customers.

I recently got tested and i must say i am thoroughly impressed from start to finish , the staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and expertise. They were attentive, courteous and making entire process seamless and comfortable .

Unihealth at Prahladnagar, Iscon Elegance is the best I have experienced till now. The lab is clean as compare to other. They maintain hygiene properly. The reports are also given on time. The staff is very much cooperative i don't remember the names of all but yes with whom I have interected Ms. Rinkal, Ms. Shraddha and many more. I highly recommend this lab for any kind of test.

The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The lab was equipped with the latest devices, ensuring accurate results. The ambience was inviting and organized, creating a calming atmosphere. I was impressed by the lab's impeccable cleanliness, which reflected their commitment to hygiene and patient safety.

It's wsa very good service. All staff behaviour is very good .But breakfast is not good. Because Breakfast was Gujarati traditional. I can't eat like this Breakfast. I belong north India.Some thing should different.

Overall a smooth experience, staff is good Breakfast is not good and of not sufficient quantity for adult also it is full of carbs which is not good Option of sugarless tea/coffee is not available considering that most of the visitors may have sugar issues, this needs to be corrected immediately.

I had a full body check up at unihealth Prahladnagar Branch and received a very good services. Specifically staff were fully supportive and guiding the entire process without making us wait.

Very fast service.Staf is very polite.I expect all will complete in same day including consultation with physician which you could not provide. Water pressure in Toilet flush is very slow so toilet could not flush properly.

1st I visited in 2017, it was pleasant experience. After 5 years I again came n found it better. Staff is very polite n supportive. Keep it up. 👌

And there is lots of waiting and hurry while doing tests also. Not at all a good center to visit for sure.
