Positives are - charges on hourly basis 56 rs. Per hour.I had breakfast buffet here that was very tasty. Negatives are- not clean, only one bathroom is here to bath in ladies washroom. That is very small area too. Overall Not so good experience.

visited 1st time with irctc sbi card, in comparison to NDLS lounge, all facilities below, but staff behaviour was excellent, some services pointing out, these are. 1. 2 hours sofa seating. 2. 1 tea/coffee. 3. unlimited lunch ( except gulab jamun, limited to 3). 4. clean washroom. 5. fully air conditioned. rest all items are chargeable. they charged me 15rs. for water bottle, and 20rs. for small coke bottle (i thought it should be complimentary but not.) you can visit also if u have not valid credit card for railway lounge with extra charges as 60 rs per hour and all items will be chargeable.

Perfect location and good price for taking rest and shower ₹139 for 1 hour rest and shower For rooms and doormetry prices are different Inside lounge nice and comfortable sofa and hot water for shower neat and clean washroom Also food facilities are Available. My experience is so good and the staff are very supportive and helpful for any queries.

The washrooms and Toilets are very much crowded and feels like a Local Lounge not a Executive one. The food is not at all tasty, just the only benefit of this lounge is that you get the time to get fresh and ready. ACs are not working properly .

The lounge facility and the serving staff is good but the kitchen staff delays every order. The prices are reasonable. Washrooms are scarce but clean. Recliners are also available here.

If you need to wait at railway station for few hours, this could be one of the place that you can select.They charge ₹56/hr meaning that you are likely to have surrounded by good middle class and educated people. This AC waiting room/lounge is having good sofa cum chair for sitting and decent toilets/bathroom to get fresh-up. Moreover they also have recliner chair room for which charges are ₹112/hr. They also have restaurant wherein you can order your desired food. In morning hours they have breakfast combo of ₹156 in which you will get pauha, upma, idli, puri bhaji and tea/coffee. Personally I found this place convenient as there was peace, good air conditioning and good people with manners and etiquette which you will not find in standard waiting room/ac waiting room.

A premium place to relax. Though this is not as comfortable as an Airport Lounge however being a Railway lounge this is good. It is often crowded and seats are hard to find during peak hours. There is no buffet meal however a fixed lunch and dinner thalis are offered.

Apart from stinking bathroom, stale food and unhygienic environment you also get a lot of mismanagement. The guy on booking desk at 7 am 31st Dec 22 did not allow us to actual lounge area which is named relaxing zone where you can lie down a bit after paying another 112 an hour, saying that it was full while he booked it to people who did not even have lounge booking and were looking for alternatives and like waiting room and nearby hotels. So you see even IRCTC is working like railways now you rub my back I rub yours at a certain under the table.

Visited on 12/06/2023 60Rs per hour per person. Free for some credit card users. But for those who pay 60 Rs it’s not worth.. They pay 60Rs just to sit n relax in an air conditioning room on sofa. Toilets are not that greatly cleaned at the level. Limited seats,so it gets full sometimes as the weather in Ahmedabad is hot amd humid

This is what IRCTC is good for .... Service . Present rates : Rs.56 per hour which includes normal amenities (No complimentary tea/coffee) . Awesome food and really great service . Ac works well and staff is supportive. Really worth the pay .. Rating it 10/10

Overall good, you can have peaceful ambiance here if less traffic than, They charged me around 120 for 1 hour sitting. I haven't tried food here but it seems good.

Highly disappointed by the attitude shown by one of the staff of the executive lounge which we regularly visit. This time I wanted to use the washroom on urgent basis as I was pregnant, but the person denied and indirectly told me to go out pr pay 120rs for 1 hour. A person should have basic morals, civics sense and should understand a women's situation.

Lounge has comfy seats where you can spend time in air conditioned space in comfort. The lounge charges 120 rupees per hour and Rupay platinum debit cards didn't work for free lounge access and hence had to pay. The staff could be friendly and polite instead of being a bit rude.

Misbehaving staff !! Disturbing and waking up in the middle of the night, don’t know how to behave with customers. If you’re coming solo it’s fine but don’t consider coming here with family . No AC in the reclining area . One guy came in the middle of the night and was asking for the bill as if we were staying here without paying money . The staff needs to be much more professional. Shameless !!

They will keep you waited for many hours.. saying it's full when you come with a free lounge access through loyalty cards.. and a very unprofessional staff. They are not fit for this. If you want to know anything, they won't explain you properly. The bathrooms were not at all clean. The air conditioning doesn't work properly makes so much noise as it's a so called lounge it should be quite but quite opposite to that. This isn't an executive lounge. It should be called a 1 star restaurant. Had such a worst experience.

The place is decent . The sitting area is spacious but not up to mark considering the sofa cleanliness and wall fittings. The food was 6.5/10 . Overall good area to wait for some time. The washroom was clean and ambiance was good.

Average taste of thali, and they only provide veg thali in credit card lounge excess and 2hr sitting..
