We got a great deal with the 2rs. debit card deal. Food was satisfactory and staff were friendly. Overall great.

I don't want to give a single star here bcz we have not entered in the lounge but to write a review l need to do it. We r international priority banking card and Infinite visa card holder NRI's, which have worldwide 1000+ lounge access but we were not able to enter in this lounge bcz the branch manager said we don't accept priority banking visa cards and Infinite visa card. 😡😡 We have not expected this will happen in Ahmedabad international airport bcz we enter in many lounge with our cards. Very Very disappointed 😞 😔

Most cards does not work here. Front desk is rude. Very small space for international airport. Food is descent with very limited spread. No lock in men's room. So overall feel like small roadside dhaba rather than international lounge. Wouldn't recommend to waste even your complimentary visit here.

Service is astounding, Lalit Jigyasa looked after us well. However the quality of food was quite bad, coffee was not good either. Rather disappointing when I've paid Rs 265,000 for Air India Business Class! Better off paying for a lunch box from outside rekhree 🤨

Reviews are pretty correct.Food was not as good as other lounges. The items were very limited and probably stale too. There were mosquitoes on bread and pastries.

Worst lounge in Ahmedabad international airport. Food is not and not many items, very small and conjusted with limited seats, single wash where one person can at a time. Swiped my federal bank scapia card and it was wasted. Dont try this international airport Ahmedabad.

The place very dirty. Chairs not clean. The bathrooms are very dirty. The shower looks like it's never cleaned. Only the staff is the best part. They are very nice. Besides that. It's not comfortable at all.

The Lounge The Scam!! Don’t go even if your credit card offer free access. Interior is worst then gate sitting area. Smells bad. NO lounge wifi. No alcohol. Its basically separated area by airport management company with food to make passengers fool.

This Lounge at Ahmedabad Airport is a very spacious lounge, with all kind of sofas, chairs and couches, every piece makes you feel special. Le Grand buffe, with a chef that can guide you around so you get your self a good, nutrisious meal. Beverage are in a special bar, where you have baristas handing out coffee a d slft drinks. Showers and cr are very fresh and clean, like the whole lounge. The staff is fantastic, helpful, always smiling friendly to you. All rooms are very tastefully decorated and you can find many ”secret spots” for a safe and quiet stay. Food is great here and there is plenty, very tasteful with a large variarity. Sorry to say, I ate to much because it was fantastic meny and the food was so tasteful, I could’t stop eating. I had my most beautiful Cappucino here, it was a master piece and the taste was heavenly high. The Indian style and women here are like small divine godess. This is a top star lounge, visit and enjoy it. It always good when you like ar home and that is exactly what I felt her in this lounge. I’ll be back!

Absolutely horrible and Shocking place. Food not cold or hot enough, but reasonable offering.

This review is for 'The Lounge' at Ahmedabad International Airport. This lounge is very tiny hence it's over crowded (this is same for all airport lounges in India). Authority should check on this to ensure safety of the travelers. Food options are good (only for Veg, Indian) with varieties towards Guju food items, non-veg might get disappointed because it's predominantly veg state (GJ). If you are hungry and your bank card will have complimentary airport lounge access (international) and eager to save money on meal at airport in lieu of your comfort then visit this place. Do not spent 1 INR to access this lounge. Note: Pls check with your bank before approaching any lounge to not make reception crowded. Most of the Indian bank's credit cards have lounge access to domestic airports only. Pls understand VERY CLEAR difference between domestic and international airport, this lounge is at Ahmedabad international airport (it does not mean that lounge is in Ahmedabad hence it's domestic). Most of the visitors disappointed when they approach lounge reception and arguing with them or with bank.

Why the Lounge is closed at 12midnight. Purpose of lounge is to relax in layover.. Google doesn't shows the close timing but the lounge is closed at 12midnight...!!! Crazyy

Food is okay. Lounge access with a credit card is 1 hour & priority pass 2hrs. The staff is nice. Cleanliness is avg. Not up to the mark lounge at the international airport.

Decent cleanliness and quiet ambience. Average food options but limited stock being kept. They started replenishing after an hour when it was time for us to leave. And food quality was sub-par, food felt quite stale at 12 midnight, felt it was out for few hours. The coffee machine did not work initially, but someone complained and they turned it on eventually. Only other beverages were chai (indian tea) that tasted cold, and buttermilk (did not try as it seemed stale). Lounge isn’t big, so its good they are not allowing everyone and maintaining exclusive access to super premium cards and Priority pass select membership. However, it was almost at capacity even at 1 AM, when there were only 3 flights in next 3 hours.

I guess it’s better than sitting with the masses. The food is ok but no beer, wine or liquor. The entire staff is coughing while also handling the food and guests. If you’re sick, stay home. But that’s India for you and this is what I’ve come to expect from India.

On 1st Feb 2024 they simply denied for complementary visa card access by saying that credit card access is not working at this terminal but paid service is working. Strange Worst answer ever I heard. Where can we lodge complaint ?

Excellent ambiance, nice food and lot of variety very clean place. Very comfortable seating, doesn't look overcrowded anytime.

They didn't allow platinum visa hdfc card.

Thay didn't providing the lounge to indian bank.

If this is a lounge, I do not know what is a fish market. Food taste - average for vegetarian and pathetic for non vegetarian. Food range: only two non-veg item I could find. A so-called egg masala curry where you will be lucky to find a piece of egg. And Ch. Biriyani where the chicken pieces are rare ingredients. Atmosphere is noisier than a bazar. Zero alocohol. Zero service and management. Overall, I stepped out within 10 minutes of checking and decided to stay put in the waiting area for three hours. Please avoid!!

Business class lounge at terminal T2 of Ahmedabad International Airport. Relatively quiet and comfortable environment. Good selection of hot and cold food options. Very good service by the staff; especially Mr. Deepak and Ms. Karabi.
