Very nice hotel. Very good facility to stay in it no less than five star hotel and very good behavior. The staff of the staff is also very good service is very good I like it very much my suggestion is any one you stay in this hotel you will feel good stay at your home it will feel like very nice hotel

it was nice stay here. spacious room with hanging jula. nice n clean and cushions. however as per price their service is little lower. not providing coffee pouch. not given shampoo. no mineral water. no hand towel given only 2 milk powder packages. (however when i told they gave me more then enough pouch of it, so that i liked) but when you took enough money like 1500-2500 for a room and not providing hand towel, not giving cofee n shampoo worth 5-10 rupees it make your impressions down. in golden rooms 3 rooms were joined from back open area of hanging jula n garden and my room's window does not have lock to close it.. so it is not secure in some case.. management need to check and update this

I was stay in #112, room was so good, clean and all the accessories was working and excellent condition. Staff behavior is so good, over all services is look like a 5 star, Need to be a restaurant or food facility in the hotel so guest can enjoy own stay, Thanks 🙏🙏

The pillow covers were not changed and were smelling. They changed when asked for it. The door handle of the bathroom was broken. Appeared overpriced.

Rooms were not hygienic, there is no food service at hotel . you have to order food from the other restaurant and the quality of food was very bad .

The hotel is at a good location and their service is also good. The rooms are all clean and Agora Mall is at a short distance.

Your hotel needs a Swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool then it would make a good living experience

The hotel is beautiful, bt staff are nt comforting. As the hotel is in NH, u will have difficulty in calling a cab during odd hours. Dey r asking for dirct booking, instead of booking through any apps.

The rooms are well maintained and clean . Also the staff members are cooperative . I would recommend this hotel with its excellent service .
