As
a
person
who
has
traveled
half
the
world,
I
think
I
can
confidently
say
that
my
stay
at
Hyatt
Ahmedabad
was
the
Worst
stay
of
my
life.
Let's
begin
from
the
beggining,
While
we
were
checking
in
at
Hyatt,
There
was
no
bell
boy
to
carry
your
luggage
we
had
to
do
it
ourselves.
There
were
6
lifts,
3
on
one
side,
3
on
the
other.
The
staff
could
have
told
us
that
the
lift
4.5
and
6
were
more
accessible
to
our
room
but
they
didn't
.
When
we
checked
in
the
room,
it
seemed
pretty
Decent
then
we
pulled
the
curtains
abd
there
was
this
pathetic
view
of
an
under
constructed
building
and
this
view
was
not
for
standard
room,
we
got
this
view
for
Club
king
room
even
after
mentioning
that
we
needed
a
room
with
a
good
view.
The
mini
bar
of
the
room
and
the
blinds
of
the
bathroom
were
not
working,
we
called
the
maintenance
and
the
staff
didn't
send
anyone
until
I
had
to
go
myself
and
being
someone
to
fix
it.
We
ordered
a
cup
of
Masala
chai
with
milk,
it
tasted
like
water
it
was
terrible
and
they
gave
us
2
small
sugar
sachet
for
2
cups
of
tea
and
it
took
them
25
mins
to
just
prepare
the
tea.
Now
comes
the
Dinner,
the
buffet
dinner
at
Collage
looked
impressive
(
it
wasn't
)
There
were
a
number
of
international
cuisines
that
we've
tried
before,
so
we
tried
them
again
and
it
was
pathetic,
not
edible.
Then
we
tried
the
Indian
cuisines.
The
potato
curry
was
literally
uncooked,
the
potato
was
raw
and
the
curry
was
tasteless
no
salt
no
chilly
nothing!
Same
goes
for
Panner
too.
it
was
tasteless.
Finally
we
had
to
eat
Rice
and
Curry,
that
too
was
saltless
and
tasteless!
We
asked
for
salt
but
apparently
the
staff
was
so
busy
with
some
personal
event
that
there
was
no
one
to
help
the
people
In
dinner
buffet!
The
night
was
descent.
The
next
morning,
we
went
fur
breakfast
at
collage,
again
saltless
and
tasteless
food.
This
time
the
staff
was
a
little
attentive
(
atleast
we
thought
they
were)
There
was
an
old
couple
next
to
our
table,
they
weren't
able
to
communicate
in
English
so
the
women
who
was
serving
them
just
turned
her
face
on
them
.
This
clearly
says,
that
Hyatt
will
only
give
service
to
those
who
are
capable
of
speaking
English.
Then
we
went
to
the
pool.
This
hotel
literally
needs
a
map
not
because
its
big
,
it
requires
a
map
because
there
are
no
signs
anywhere
in
this
hotel
to
guide
you.
When
we
came
back
to
the
room,the
shaving
mirror
malfunctioned.
The
carpet
in
the
lobby
was
torn
off.
staff
was
wearing
masks
but
none
of
them
briefed
any
guests
on
wearing
masks
or
following
covid
19
protocols
.
The
pool
was
dirty
and
there
was
no
kids
pool.
My
son
was
very
disappointed
because
kids
pool
was
promised
to
us.
The
best
part
of
it
all
was
the
Checkout,
atleast
we
were
free!!
This
hotel
is
rated
5
star,
but
trust
me
it's
or
even
2
Star.
Bad
food,
Bad
Service
makes
this
hotel
one
of
the
worst
5
stars
In
Ahmedabad.
We've
stayed
at
a
number
of
5
stars
but
none
of
them
disappointed
us
the
way
this
hotel
did.
At
the
time
of
Check
out
I
just
wished
that
I
had
booked
Radisson
or
Tai
instead
of
this
GREAT
HOTEL.
The
great
staff
which
this
hotel
promises
is
just
a
bunch
of
irritated
individuals.
Staying
at
Hyatt
was
an
experiment
And
it
turned
out
to
be
really
bad.
But
as
they
say
,
you
learn
from
your
mistakes
I'll
learn
from
this
one
and
I'll
make
sure
That
none
of
my
family
member
or
anyone
I
know
stays
at
this
hotel.
Just
good
decor
and
ambience
does
not
make
you
a
good
hotel.
Your
service
does
and
you
have
failed
in
this
department
Hyatt.
Please
everyone
don't
go
on
decor
and
ambience,
you'll
regret
your
stay,
Stay
at
Taj
or
Radisson
or
Fern
for
the
same
price.
They
are
much
much
better
than
this.
Hyatt
management
I
wish
you
would
work
on
your
issues.
