We visited tinello on 18 Sep 2022 for lunch to celebrate an occasion. We were pleasantly greeted at the gate and guided to valet parking which was very well organized. Subsequently we were guided to the resto where we were received by Ms Sangita who was warm and courteous. Ambience of place is beautiful and there is ample space for big crowd. Online menu is available on scanning and printed menu is available on demand. Italian is speciality of the e house though they have Indian main course also as option in menu. We went for Italian dishes which included lasagna, aglio e olio spaghetti, oreo milkshake, caramel coffee, and my son went for buffet. Taste was authentic and dishes were prepared afresh. Quantity was a pleasant surprise to us as we actually were expecting much smaller portions. Buffet also had good variety plus love counters which my son throughly enjoyed. We were served by Ms sangita and Mr hetanshu and both were very courteous. We loved the food and hospitality and it was a perfect decision to celebrate our occasion with lunch at tinello. Keep it up guys.

The food here tastes great. Absolutely loved their fresh orange basil mojito. The service is not good as compared to the price they are changing. They gave us menus in which 2 out of 4 had missing items as compared to the other. When we informed them they casually asked to check both and order whatever we like instead of replacing them. The staff is busy watching the food being prepared and hardly have any attention towards thr diners. When we asked we want half pizza without onion garlic they said that it won't be possible but gave us the same way but didnt care to mention it. We had to figure it out by ourselves. Ambience is good. Pleasing to sit there.

i went in with a couple of friends had assorted types coffee's and had a nice time there the cold coffee was great also the latter was equally well but we ordered a cold coffee and and then than it turned out great great presentation i don't remember the name of guy who prepared but ws great

We had ordered soup, pizza, drink & dessert. Firstly the service is great there, we were greeted, escorted to our respective table & handed over the menu. We saw that there was not our choice of soup available on the menu, so we had to ask for 1 out of the menu, which was unavailable with them, but on requesting they served it to us from the other hyatt's restaurant i.e.China house. The waiters were really good. We had ordered Quattro pizza and my husband asked for roasted garlic and onion on the side which was not denied. The taste of the pizza was really great, it was freshly made and tasted authentic. It felt as if we had good pizza after a long time. It was mango celebration so we had to order something from the special menu, so we ordered Kaccha aam sharbat and Mango pastry for the dessert. The sharbat was freshly made in front of us, without any preservatives so that was great. The dessert tasted amazing as well. All in all, it's worth spending. The restaurant is heavy on your pocket compared to mostly in the town but every penny is worth spending. You cannot have an amazing italian meal anywhere other than tinello

Absolutely amazing !! Very few can match food quality of hyatt ! Chef Pankaj prepared kashmiri pulao which was mind blowing ! Pizza and Pasta were equally fantastic ! Live Music with a beautiful voice made our brunch very soothing and satisfying

Went here with my friend for a Sunday brunch, and trust me you have to try buffet in here. I usually prefer buffet as you don't have to worry about what to order in this. Desserts in here are an absolute treat! You have plenty of option to pick. I don't think I have to talk about ambiance of the cafe, as it is the premium restaurant. Great service. can't complaint about that. The food in here is 5-starish. not so spicy, more like healthy type. I highly recommend this place, you guys have to try this place for once in your life.

We went for my birthday Lunch and it was actually a great start to the day. With the ongoing pandemic, Tinello has taken immense pain in ensuring utter cleanliness and sanitised environment for its patrons. We were welcomed by Chef Padam Sitoli (Senior Chef), who escorted us to our table. The staff was well mannered and catered to our requests with sincerity. /Spaghetti Pasta,(Italian) and Indian food (Pahadi Paneer with Nawabi paratha) Along with Salad which was specially prepared by Mr Padam for us. We loved how are request was adhered to and sumptuous meal was served. All in all, we loved the hospitality, the care taken by them during this covid situation and most importantly, the food that was served.

Recently I celebrated my mother’s birthday there. Excellent services, they maintain cleanliness and take care of your need. Not only they listen to your special requests attentively but make sure they serve it finely. My family and I loved the food. Thanks Saurav, Sila, Sangeeta, Dhirendra and the entire team for making this day special! A good decent place for family celebrations.

Tinello is located inside Hotel Hyatt Regency in Usmanpura, Ahmedabad near Sabarmati riverfront. There are two other restaurants here, China House and Chai,but you can get the whole menu at one place itself. Seating is spacious and comfortable. Food was tasty, be it Dahi Singhada Kebab or Crispy Fried vegetables. Pollo E Cipolla Grigliata non veg pizza and Non veg sphagetti pasta was also worth trying. Tomato and Munchow soups were also yummy. Drinks are also worth trying, especially the Pina Colada and Orange Lime Mojito. Service was on the slower side though. The kitchen is an open one and you can see what they are cooking and how they are cooking, which reflects in the food as well, as everything is made fresh in front of you. Valet parking is available.

Super restaurant at Hyatt Regency Ashram road Ahmedabad. Multiple good options like south Indian, North Indian, Gujarati, Western, salad, fruit or veg juices etc. Loved the food during my recent stay.

I visited this place last June. It was a treat by one friend of friend. We were six adults, among them Two of us were non vegetarian, other couple was strict Jain and me and my feance are vegetarian. It was so average experience with veg. Food. Less attractive salad, main course was also not up to the mark considering its reputation. But according to my friends non veg food was better. All we vegetarian people had to get satisfy with desrt. It was the only thing that made our dinner awosom!

In Brief- Good: Location - very good Ambience - Good decor and Interesting lighting. Hygiene - looked clean Food - very tasty and well presented Tired and hungry we checked the TA reviews and this looked tops. Turned out to be a good choice. Location In central location near to the government offices. It's in a mediocre shopping area. Ambience Good furniture and decor. Nice materials and lighting with good use of natural looking materials. There is a large semi open roof top area. There are two AC area with glass walls. Music is bearable but the usual TV with cricket was there. This is always a distraction for the waiters so we told them RK change the channel. The toilet was clean but completely inaccessible from a wheelchair. Food Excellent preparation, quality ingredients and good flavour. We had a paneer dish, some jeera rice and some dal. Apart from the jeera rice being too oily the food was tasty and in good proportions. The best part of the meal was the stuffed mushrooms. This was excellent. The chaas turned out to be more of a lassi but it was well prepared. Service From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent. Very kind, polite and attentive. Seeing how Gandhinagar was generally very low class we were expecting less of the place.

Given the current trying times (April 2021), my wife and I wanted to go to a safe restaurant for an informal anniversary meal. China House at the Hyatt Regency in Ahmedabad was high up on our list. But that was closed due to Covid related scale-down, and only the Tinello restaurant was functioning. They had a limited offering from the China House too. The staff (right from the valet to the doormen and the restaurant staff) were all masked. In fact, while driving in, the security guard sprayed the car handles with sanitiser while doing his check! The restaurant was well laid out - with adequate spacing between tables. It was a weekday lunch - not many tables were occupied. The food choices were between a mixed cuisine a la carte and some set meals (two Chinese and two western options). Service was great - they paid attention to any special requests and tried to make them happen. The food was good. The garlic bread was done on in-house focaccia - it was comfort food. The noodles and rice were great, and so was the stewed mixed vegetables. The dessert was excellent. The mushroom soup could've had some more traces of mushroom. The coffee could black coffee could definitely been better - from the bean selection to the brewing. Amongst the personnel present was a F&B relations in charge - Malika. It was impressive to see the amount of attention she was paying to each diner table, and was ensuring that everything was okay with us. That level of personal service was a pleasure to experience. And on learning that it was our anniversary, she produced a lovely piece of carrot cake out of nowhere for us to take away. That was very touching. Even other staff members were very attentive, including a gentleman by the name of Narayan.. The team never gave us the feeling that they were intrusive, and yet they were there whenever needed. Kudos. This is a place I would strongly recommend. I am looking forward to getting back there myself - maybe for a breakfast this time. I do hope that everyone from the Hyatt team stays safe. And that this pandemic is over soon, and we are back to traveling and dining out in peace.

Surprisingly good Italian food. The mushroom & lamb pasta was full of flavour, and the prawn & calamari starter was fresh and tasty. Service was attentive, and the location in the Hyatt Regency is attractive and (perhaps because it was late on Monday evening) quiet. Price was reasonable, given that it is in a 5 star hotel - it was probably cheaper than the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. There is also an option of local Indian buffet in the same location if you want to mix Italian and Indian in the same meal.

Tinello was on the list for a while. Took a Sunday lunch buffet recently (1850+tax). Was wowed by the dessert counter and salad counter presentation. The other items on the buffet arent really laid out well. It's quite cluttered. Few items on the buffet tasted great. Most of them including dessers were just ok. They use very good quality ingredients, however hygiene around dessert table is disappointing. Overall an average experience in food.

We had a great dinner at Tinello. The food is great and the menu gives a lot of delicious surprises. The service was brillant and very friendly.Waiter made a perfect job in the service. We will come back!

The ambience is excellent and the staff is beyond reproach but unfortunately the food is average at best. Pretty much everything we tried was bland or lacking the balance in spices.

Worst food i have ever had.. it spoiled everything. Pani puri’s pani is also worst it was made up of jaljeera water. Paneer barbeque was very dry and chewy. Muffins and pastry are not fresh and was very dry. Soup was tasteless . Waste of time and money. Pizza base was just like roti and very thin. It just spoiled our day and our mood.

Spices and herbs is great restaurant. The ambiance is wonderful. You can choose if you want to sit in AC room or outside. The food is fantastic. The staff is responsive but still can get better. The prices are a but high and quantities of some dishes is not as much as it should be although the quality and the taste of the food is amazing. The place is clean and you can enjoy some cool breeze and nice view in the evening as it is situated on top of the building. I can recommend this place for anyone who really wants to enjoy different cuisines.

Ambience is good two sitting area open outdoor and indoor AC. Food quality is good. As per price quantity is also good. We have ordered pina colada and fruit punch and both were not so much sweet dat was the best part. Hakka noddles was also tasty and yummy. But thai curry is not upto mark. Rest food is good.

There is two type of sitting..1) outdoor/rooftop with screening and live music,2) indoor/airconditioner sitting.Food is quite delicious and washroom is also decent.

While we are taking our family time none of the staff interfere without necessity. Cost is high. Average per person cost is around 450/-. Taste needs to improve to justify cost.

5star for everything quick Service, staff, ambience, live music, prices, menu variety, management just a perfect dine out. So this place have number of continental options along with Indian cuisine, Mexican hot pot and croquettes are must try options. Also live music and roof top makes this place unique among all.

A one dinning place with all best food and best services. All best atmosphere you will feel specially in Winter & Rain Best place for hangout with friends One thing to narrate true experience at there if you are on two wheeler they won't allow to park you inside hotel premises and security guard misbehaving. When talk to hotel reception for this kind of behavior from security guards and why two wheeler parking is not allowed in hotel they don't have answer for it!

Tinello- the service over here is terrible. This place in not at all recommended to a family dinner on Sunday . They made us wait for 40 minutes when the restaurant was not even half occupied. I have never seen so bad service in a 5 star hotel . This place takes a hour just to inform we don’t have pizza . Very bad and unacceptable service, I can’t even give a single star to this restaurant. This place is not at all recommended to travelers . If I were the chief minister, I would love to just kick this hotel out of the my city. It doesn’t have jain food without onion and garlic they just don’t respect us . The ambience is very nice. The food is decent. Options are decent. The sour point for me was service. The staff attitude and service wasn't commensurate with a 5 star restaurant. Some were really good but in my course or 4 days that I stayed there, I experienced atleast thrice the unprofessional behavior of the servers. The restaurant per say, overall, is great!

We came for breakfast with a group of 7 ppl, who are visiting from Australia. We entered the venue at 10:15 - we weren't informed that breakfast closes at 10:30, not a single food was warm. Live food we ordered - some came , some didn't come. Leftovers were there and no refill came, with most of it being cold , and hardly left. The juice counter didn't have glasses, they started serving fresh juice in coffee cups but the people who are waiting to take the stored juice have to wait 10 mins, all the chef making juice said it's coming and on the way. Surely can't take forever for glasses . Even simple things like hot chocolate couldn't be made as the machine was put up. Plates were not enough and needed to keep on asking for it. Very shameful for such a brand. We paid 7200, with your brand name the assumption was great service and At least being told that there would be nothing fresh since closing time. The food which came was good but utterly disappointed with the service. If you are refilling the food, closing live counters, the assumption is you don't give anyone the table since anyways there is for them, information should have been provided. Whatever we could eat wasn't bad but Utterly disappointed with the issue that happened with us
