Another restaurant that everyone talks about in Ahmedabad. Its located in a market on the first floor. The restaurant is decorated keeping the punjabi village vibe in mind. The staff is cordial but the service is a little slow, even when the restaurant was not full. I ordered gobi-pyaaz paratha, which comes with pickle and dahi. It didnt impress me much. The price is again on the higher side. The menu has lots of paratha options.

One of the best place for paratha in the Vastrapur area.. I tried aloo & paneer cheese paratha 🫓. The overall food quality is Good. Loved their interior design 😍.

Hey guys I recently went to jassi de parathe. Atmosphere & ambiance of resturant is good but food is very expensive. Just simple normal aalo paratha's cost ₹180 Which is very high & as per price quantity is very low. Taste of parathas is just average. They also have a separate parcel shop downstairs. Also i upload updated menu photos. but overall i found it a little bit costly & test of food is average.👍🏻

Food: They have a great variety of North Indian cuisine, with some healthy options too! The taste is very good. The bajra roti, stuffed kulcha combo and the parathas we tried were quite yum. The kulcha combo is an apt quantity for 1 person. Ambience: The place looks quite cosy and has beautiful brass plates. It has a good vibe, although they don't have a washroom inside and even the washbasin is outside the main restaurant. The service was nice where they made sure you got what you need. You should generally expect a waiting time of 30mins for dinner.

A very good place for authentic Punjabi taste lovers. The place is heaven on earth. It's newly renovated, and the interior is earthen based. Pure taste, real taste. The use of spices is just apt. The way they serve you reminds one of Punjab...That pital thadi and earthen bowls for serving. Just one drawback, the parking could be well managed.

The restaurant has two seating space, one on the ground floor while others on first. The interior could have been better. The food is impressive with a touch of punjabi cuisine. You might find waiting during rush hours, weekends and festivals. Dedicated parking space is missing though. Their dishes is what you can count on.

Beautiful and Punjabi culture ambience. The staff is really good and responsive. You will get table and floor seating options and also there is a rooftop arrangement for evening and night. This is my second experience but at a different branch. But it is just awesome restaurant and perhaps the only authentic Punjabi food restaurant in Ahmedabad. The food, the taste and ambiance is first rate. What has impressed me a lot is that I can have a combo if I order any kulcha. Plus there are few more combos also available. These combos are great friends with your pocket. So if you are looking for some yummy Punjabi food then Jassi de Parathe is the place to go.

We went to jassi de parathe on recommendation and it was worth it ❤️ . The food was very tasty and excellent service. The staff was very kind and helpful. The interior of the place is very smoothing and gives you a ruskit feel . I order my favourite baigan ka bharta which was beyond my expectations . We also ordered makhani plate which was also finger licking. Inshot food is awesome here abd you must try it .

It's a very cool atmosphere here. The service is very good and quick. If you want very good food then you have to be patient to wait. Such good food and quality, but keep in your mind that Quality have a higher price.

Delicious, authentic food which tastes just like as if cooked at home. Finger licking good. They even serve lots of butter and complimentary curd with all their parathas. Makke di roti and sarsa da saag are worth trying. One parantha is sufficient for one person. Salt was a bit on the higher side. Sitting arrangement is very interesting with options to sit on the floor cushions. On the whole beautiful ambiance and good service.

That's a place where everyone will like the food and ambience. They have a pretty extensive list of parathas sectionalized into Aloo, Pyaz, Gobhi, Lahsun, Subzi, Paneer, Kale Chane and Mushroom Apart from parathas, they have a fairly long menu of Punjabi food. The food is really nice and their staff is also good.

Well, I have visited this place many times for authentic Punjabi Parathas. To be very honest, this time there was a disappointment in terms of food as per expectations and as per their name in the market. (And what yar...Masala Papad, the basic thing was also not upto the mark... please do something...we love your food normally, and we have recommended many of our friends/relatives already)

If you’re going to this place by it’s name, then don’t go please. 1. Food Food taste is not upto the mark. It’s usual taste than other restaurants. We ordered one sabji and qty of this actually weird. It’s not enough for 2 people. Also you can see there is dryness in achhar. 2. IMPORTANT: when we complete our dinner. That person came to us and asked two questions at same time “ how did you like the taste, do you want to order anything else?” And we said no snd he went What’s that??? If you don’t want to actually listen the feedback about the taste then why did you even ask???? Secondly, while giving bill to us, he asked to submit the review in restaurant’s tablet So i give, food:3 service:3 So he just took away tablet from me and do not allow me to even submit the review. And just only asked that why only 3 on service? I said it’s average and he just went. Don’t even asked that what’s the issue and all and what’s lacking on food. It’s so mean!!! 3. While ordering the food, that person is in hurry to take order and take the menus away from us. Also no smile or greeting while taking order. 4. Atmosphere is so stressful at there. No good interior.

Atmosphere and ambience is good along with service. Clean and eye comfort lighting. Ample of space to seat for a group. Wash basin is right outside of the place which is a bit odd and doesn't go along with the setting. Food: 1. Starter's quantity is a bit low wrt the price. 2. Combo meals give good value for money. 3. Cholle purji chaat is not worth it 4. Paneer bhurji is less tasteful

One of the best Paratha I had. Tiny place but well kept. Menu is great and we had three varieties of paratha and everything was equally good. Lassi is too good. It’s not a fancy place but definitely worth the stars they have got.

I don't know why people line up to have a seat here. First of all you have to wait atleast 45 minutes to get a table. The interior is dark, cleanliness is below average. Service is fast because all food is precocked. I mean everything tastes like frozen food. Plates were oily and not cleaned properly, I asked them to replace them and the waiter just cleaned it with a tissue paper infront of me. I would not recommend to visit this place if you don't want to fall ill the next day. Even the menu card was having food sticked on it and nobody cared to clean it up. Not for family, nor for friends to hangout. Earlier this place was amazing, but now they have spoiled the quality and service completely.

Although the interior was Dhaba style it was quite shabby, with bad lighting. The service was really slow. We had to keep reminding them of our order and had to wait for quite some time. The food was good, nothing unique though.

Jassi de parathe started out selling parathe's...a mother & son venture...but now it is a brand...not only in Ahmedabad but also Vadodara etc..We had paneer mutter, kulcha, & mango lassi. All three were great Of course mango lassi is made from mango pulp...but you should try their PATIALA LASSI & PARATHE. Parathe's were quite filling & tasty. We tried aloo aur pyaaz de parathe. It's a little heavy on your tummy. But taste is A 1.

Money worth spending if you like cottage cheese then barbecue paneer is a very good option

Obviously good food is available, however no drinks available. But their old sitting arregme they have removed. So prefer their Prahlad nagar branch If you want seating arrangement.

We had Aloo Pyaaz Da Paratha, pyaz da paratha,corn paratha, Sabji Biryani. Both tasted awesome.The Kulcha combo with Dal Makhni, Chole Sabji, Boondi Raita was great. Dahi with Biryani was awesome and Try Dalbati combo best.Biryani was on a spicier side, but liked it very much.Ambience, Seating and Service was awesome too.Surely will visit again.

The quality evergreen, today they made a mistake by serving less quantity against my order. It's 100% shocking for me, after long exercise for to clarify this by repeatedly calling. Finally they picked up the phone and short out the issue caused by them.

The old charm is lost. Visited again after long time, but one cannot find that premium feel. Though, the food is great. Biryani was very spicy, so don't forget to inform the person taking order to make it as per your preference.

A go to place for all kinds of Punjabi parathas and patiala lassi. You think of a paratha and they have it in the menu. Also the parathas tastes differently based on order. Parathas are tasty served with pickle chutney and butter. Lassi you have one and you do wish to skip the next meal. Lassi is thick consitant and tasty, with almonds on the top. Just yummy. The dal makhani or maa ki dal was awesome. A must visit place when in Ahmedabad.

Best punjabi food, parothe are the best with dahi and they don't have sirke wali pyaaz and have a limited menu but initially pre covid there quality was far better than what they do now.

The service was quick but the food was too salty. And the place was poorly lit. It wasn't very crowded but I wish they did better service in terms of attending the customers. Overall the place didn't match all the praise it had been getting.

It is always a great food they serve. Following pendamic, we sometimes choose to have meal in car instead of hotel. They make dine in car convenience better as well.

We have been visiting this place for years. And earlier this place had authentic Punjabi taste. We used to love this restaurant because of the quality of food provided. But now, I must say that the taste has deteorated a lot. The starter which we ordered was not freshly made, it was cold. Don't know what has happened to them. It was an amazing environment and best plate to chill and make good memories. Though Paratha fillings was little disappointing, the condiments along with parathas was indeed great.

The orignal teste of Punjab I like all things which i ordered traditional they give red chutny and achar which is mind blowing the both subji I ordered is so testy and I like it their aloo paratha is also full with mukhan and their lassi one full glass of lassi that so famous patiyala lassi is legit I like this place.

Must have dish Kadhi Pokerwali and chawal!!! A mesmerizing Delhi flavoured chaat is a kick-starter!
