Reservation Experience: Reservation process from the website is very easy. You have to pay full amount to reserve your table. Once the reservation is confirmed, You will receive QR code and other details. There is no option to modify the reservation. No way to contact over phone, Email were unanswered. I was told that to make any changes, You need to go to the hotel and meet them personally. There is no way to cancel the reservation. My reservation shifted from 1:30 to 2:00 and I was informed that 1 hr. before. Service Experience: I was offered a table which is slightly inside and tall table and service table was blocking the view. We have to request them to change it. Food serving was very slow. We have to ask for things multiple times. Not at all good experience. I was told they can't serve mocktails because the counter was closed at 3:30 although I asked multiple times before. We have to collect car by our own as there was no valet service after 3:30 PM. Food: They serve 13 course meal. Some of the items were good. Overall food was okay. If you are going for taste, Just skip it. Overall visit for just one time experience. Gave 2 start for location and trying something new. Feedback to Management - Please make sure that server just serve the item on time. - Clean the serving plates if they are empty from the table. - Ask them to be more attentive(To get something we have to ask for multiple times) - Make arrangements to allow changes in existing reservation. - To avoid food waste, Explain the portion size to guest before bringing it on table.

Patang (Re-Evolve) is a perfect blend of exquisite ambience, palatable food and exemplary management. Yesterday was my birthday and we decided to celebrate at this classy place. And trust me, it was a wonderful experience. We tried Finger licking Red Thai curry with Jasmine rice and to sum up with Gooey chocolate brownie bursting vanila from inside! Special mention for wait staff there, they were very helpful and humble. The entire staff seemed to be well-trained and service was fast and well-managed, right from waiting area, dinning to billing. Will definitely visit again on our special events!

This restaurant is more of an experience than anything else. It gives a splendid panoramic view of the city from its revolving deck. This deck is actually a dining space and thus one can enjoy Ahmedabad from the top while having your meal. Food earlier was better, but since its renovation it has been no so highly appreciated, specially comparing it with its price.

All seats were full, servers running from here and there, so not a quite place but a noisy one. Food having chef's special menu which includes dishes from all over the world may not be suitable for all. Some dishes were extremely great and some were boring. But the food quality is superb in my opinion. Views are excellent. Experience is unique and must to try. Want to see outside city more, choose Lunch time. Overall a happy and memorable experience.

The Centre houses large showrooms, shops, offices with terrace gardens and, the most innovative feature, the Revolving Restaurant named ‘Patang Hotel’. The east facçade is stepped back to create shady terraces overlooking the river. Patang restaurant, the first revolving restaurant of its kind in India, is the anchor of the development. The form of the structure celebrates the traditional “chabutara”, – where the birds are fed and given water. The project is a result of a close collaborative effort of of the architect and the structural engineers. It might be relevant a decade ago but now a days when we have so many options, this would certainly not come close to even top 10 restaurants in city. Except view nothing seems to be working in their favor. Food quality and options are below average, starters and deserts were not at all worth the money and time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. There was no neatness and cleanliness. The chairs had dirty covers, plaster was peeling off the walls.

A best in class and awesome place to visit. It is soon going to be landmark in Ahemdabad map. Hopefully it maintains it good food and awesome live music mentality. I request them to be more versatile in music instead of only regional music. All in all awesome restaurant and very good food. The dining experience, to be candid, warrants a 2/5 rating. While certain dishes were satisfactory, the main course failed to meet expectations. The management aspect was notably lacking, and the service, particularly from our server, was exceedingly slow. For instance, the soup took a staggering 1.30 hours to be served, despite repeated requests for timely service. Even a simple request for a toothpick took 30 minutes to fulfill. The lobby staff exhibited excessive rudeness and lacked professionalism, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I strongly believe that the lobby staff should prioritize politeness and professionalism in their interactions with customers. In light of these issues, the overall experience was quite dismal, making me hesitant to consider another visit. The only redeeming quality was the skyline view.

Most pathetic service. We came in group of 40 people. But very slow service. Only one veg & dal offered. Portion size is hardly for two persons & they served on our table of 7 people. Communicating with the staff proved futile as they exhibited a remarkable talent for ignoring customer requests. To add insult to injury, the concept of course sequencing seemed alien to them – pizza preceding soup, and dessert arriving before the main course. The lack of coordination and organization painted a picture of utter incompetence. This visit was a regrettable mistake; from the sluggish service to the staff's selective deafness and the mind-boggling mismanagement of courses, it was a dining nightmare. Every customer is treated differently and I must say there are lot of partiality that happens. Some get fancy glass and dishes and some get normal glass. When I asked about that fancy glass to be served to us, they said SIR WE ARE HAVING LIMITED GLASSES. What else u can expect from such Iconic hotel. An opportunity lost is the best way to describe this. Such a fantastic idea of revolving arena and a wonderful view aided by the picturesque riverfront but the food needs much more than just attention. This offers a buffet and an excellent view across. The concept of revolving arena also excited and creates a zing. The cutlery, seating and cleanliness inside on the floor is also wanting attention and maintenance. Overall, not a value for money place and one can visit to have a feeling of the view and the experience but do not have much expectatuon from the food being served.

Food was tbh 3/5 some of dishes were really great some but i feel like I didn't like their main course. Our server was so good n highly educated about everything. The only thing I didn't like was their management. Their lobby staff was way too rude and way to unprofessional. Specially the lady lobby staff she treated us like we are not their guest. Worst experience -poor management, no accountability. We booked for lunch for 2 f9r a special occassion and when we arrived there, they said there is no booking because you did not pay while no one asked for payment while booking not did they mention that our booking is not confirmed yes. They simply said that it is booked. The team kept blaming each other and there is serious lack of accountability for such a big name! By the way, thank you for that behaviour because it made us look around and we found a gem, Spiceville at Hotel Nalanda, the best food and service. Do not go to Patang unless you call them thousand times to confirm booking, go in person and confirm booking for your special occasion. They do not care about customers.

Great food but poor table service Went there on Monday evening at 7PM expecting it won’t be busy as it’s weekdays but most of the table were reserved. If you are food lover with good taste pallet then you will love the food, the only bummer is the service. They serve 13 course meal and each item needs to come in right sequence to savour taste of each dish but it doesn’t seems to work that way. Most of the time I was waiting for dishes to come and they missed total of 4 dishes out of 13. You may not have beat experience if you are going on a date night with special someone. After talking with Manager it’s turns out they were low on servers but they should manage all these, customer should not be suffer from their lack of management. I am giving 2 stars as the staff has good friendly attitude and wants to improve their service in near future.

Not upto the price, honest review! Food was waste, i would really appreciate if the chef knew that how fancy things tastes. The view from the top of Hotel Neelkanth Patang was amazing especially night view. The Hotel is located on banks of river. It rotates after a specific time thus giving us a 360° view of Ahmedabad. The food served here was fabulous. All types of cuisines were available. One can eat as much as they want of their choice.

All stars for the view you get. The whole dining platform revolves giving you a nice view from all sides while you are seated at your table. It's a veg restaurant and the food is decent but could be improved. It would be nice if they will start offering nonveg dishes also. Little expensive and offers buffet.

It's a revolving restaurant and you have 2 hours of time to finish your dinner. The whole resturant revolves and let you see the beautiful city with your dinner. All that you can eat. The view from top is so awesome! You can see almost so far from top. The food is delicious and the service is pretty good. Just a little thing is washrooms are kinda not so hygiene. When we ordered, the food came fast. I was just enjoying the view from top. The food is kinda costly as well. Would highly recommend to visit at least once if you haven't. I don't like the ground floor though. It doesn't feel like we're in such a good hotel from ground floor. Rest everything is good.

Book your table in advance as there is limited seating in each slot. The food is very tasty and the ambiance is amazing. A rotating restaurant at a height of 220 ft gives a nice view of the city and the Sabarmati. Live music and prompt service makes it a sweeter deal.

Excellent ambiance, a splendid view and exquisite food elevates the experience to a next level. Loved the starters and explicitly the Sushi it really left a lasting impact on my taste buds. A timely and apt service by Mr Nepal Singh and Mr Kishan was the cherry on the top.

I would like to thank Abhay and Deepam for their polite and prompt service to us. My compliments to the chef and his team for the multi course lunch. Our servers explained about the food before serving the same to us. You would get a feel of a classy French restaurant when you eat the food. Each course had a different style, garnishing, presentation and taste. Overall it's a great value for money. We went there for a corporate team lunch. But I am definitely taking my wife on a date in Patang.

My husband booked for 9 people for our anniversary.. the ambiance is great but too noisy.. he already told them to arrange a cake .The table was decorated but there was no cake arranged. Ours was the 9.00 clock slot.They called us before to tell that there is 20 minutes waiting time, so we went accordingly. The waiters were in hurry to serve they almost ambushed us to serve.. one after other. Water was not served on time. We had to ask for cutlery again and again. Around 10.45 the staff , sat at one of the table and started having dinner. They were completely in hurry .Off course there was NO CAKE. Because the lady who had a talk with my husband about cake had left.

The only one and one of the few restaurants, which revolves and one can enjoy 360 degree vis of Ahmedabad city between Ashram Road, Nehru Bridge and Sabarmati river, now full of water round the year, thanks to Sabarmati river front project. It is about 30 years now of its existence. It has changed ownership and earlier even non veg cuisine was available is now stopped. Though it is since 10 years, I visited it last. Good food and nice experience to enjoy, while in Ahmedabad.

If you had to choose one place to feel the vibe of Amdavad, this is that one place. The view is amazing, the place is never overcrowded, and the service is amazing. The main course has a lot of scope for improvement, but the location makes up for it and more.

Must have, one time experience just for their engineering. Ambience and live music were pretty great. Now average part of restaurant is food; starter - tomato one was meh but lemon one was fresh and hot, macroni was outstanding, kabab was nice too everything else 👎 main course - paneer sabji, jeera rice and dal basanti were worth trying. Desert was most delicious part - shiro, rasgulla, pastries, ice creams 😋 yum!

Beautiful at night, scenic, the amazing Riverfront and Ahmedabad cityline really take your breath away so much that it becomes so much worth it to come here at least once! But it doesnt stop there as we enjoyed the Romantic Live Music and the great variety of Veg Food which you usually do not get to see. Non-vegetarians may feel left out but yet I do recommend coming here at least once nonetheless. Most of all it really revolved ever so slowly thus we were able to look at the entire view as we almost sat till the entire thing revolved once. Worth going once at least if you are looking for a romantic, nice and scenic dinner.
