A great experience. We had tried vegetable supreme pizza and Mexican Bowl, both were delicious. Eye-catching interior and amazing staff.

I visited tomato's on the weekend, they were more crowded than usual, their management was really pathetic, hardly could manage the orders and delays in the service, I had to wait for half an hour for just a naan order, when i got food on the table there was one small cockroach roaming around my table you can see in the video i attached, after all of these drama and delay in the service we couldn't enjoy the food, also the quantity was also not good compare to price, It was a really bad experience overall, I will suggest management to look out for these issues. I still say the ambience was good, but the services were pathetic.

We went there for our Team dinner when I was working in Ahmedabad. Amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great, the waiters are always so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food. I am going back.

Food was good. We ordered their signature Mexican hotpot (half,yes they do serve it in half portion size) Quantity was enough for two people. Along with that we ordered Manchow soup which was okay. Also the sea breeze Mocktail was kind of bit sweet. Server served Mocktail before the soup But overall a good experience Note- They serve Veg and non-veg both Loved the detailing in crockery

An exquisite restaurant with magnificent taste!! If you love retro hollywood songs and its vibe then you need to visit this place!! The ambience is just like an american cafe. Must try their biscoff cheesecake its the most soft cheesecake.

Went here after reading reviews. Awesome place. The place has an american cafe type vibes. Neon lights, many posters, old retro type posters etc. . The lights are little dim. The food is very delicious and tasty. Go here if you like trying out new cuisines. Here mexican cuisine choices are more. . We ordered Nachos - Nachos with mexican sauce, olives and grated cheese. Yes there wasn't melted cheese. But it was good, the cheese was different and it complimented the nachos. . Pizza sticks supreme - Nice alternative to pizza. Thin crust small pizza sticks loaded with jalapenos, olives, onion, bellpepers and tomatoes. It's like a mini pizza fully loaded enough for one person. . Veg chilaquiles - This flavour was more on tangy side. It has cottage cheese, onion, bellpeppers and beans cooked in mexican gravy and cheese. It was good. If you kike tangy sauce then can order. . Triple schezwan fried rice - It was the best triple schezwan fried rice ever we had. Quantity was good. It had crisy fried noodles and the taste was good, not like regular schezwan fried rice. The schezwan sauce was very good. It's in chef's choice menu must try. . Next wanted to order chimchangas, but the manager suggested to have Mexican hot pot rice. Would say it was different and very delicious. It is served with khari tortilla and cheese sauce on the top. Thank you for the suggestion. See the picture for reference. The quantity is very much, so you can opt for half portion too. You can rely on their suggestions. . Everything is great. The ambience, food quantity and quality.

tomatosrestaurant is really good with rustic feel to it. Interior and ambiance at Tomato's draws inspiration from the America of the 50s and 60s. There retro style ambiance with vintage graffiti and stras posters are eye catching. The menu has a blend of Mexican, Italian, Asian and Indian cooking. They offer veg as well as non veg. They serves popcorn as you wait for the first course to come. The taste, Quality, service and staff behavior was up to the mark. You fell like you came at vintage American restaurant. One should definitely visit this place atleast one time for sure.

I tried their pastries and it was damn good. The taste and it's freshness. Plus the pricing is also affordable. The place has some really good quality food , it's a bit costly but otherwise it's a must visit if you are a foodie and like to explore different different restaurants. Would surely recommend this place for thier pastry and food even the interior is amazing gives foreign look.

Food = Next to heaven. I still say heaven on earth, magnanimous and varied options of food in both, vegetarian and non vegetarian cuisines! One should be eager to go in this place any day anytime, big time. The retro vibes, song selection and ambience of this restaurant was just about perfect. Vehicle parking still remains a hurdle though.

FOOD - I have tried many restaurants and cafes in Ahmedabad and have been blown away by the food quality, variety, and taste of Tomato's. It's just amazing, better than most other food places here. You'll find different variety in BOTH veg and non-veg, which is so rare in Ahmedabad. The taste is heavenly! PRICE - A bit on the pricier side. AMBIENCE - They have a very Hollywood-dream Americanish vibe going on. SERVICE - Very good. Might get slower if the place is packed. LOCATION - For the unaware, people might assume it's only the bakery that exists there. It's when you get inside the premise, the restaurant entrance is visible.

Did not meet my expectations. If you are a hard core chicken eater and craving for authentic typical taste of chicken, then this place is definitely not for you. Very expensive as compared to the taste of food. Staff was not cooperative. We had to wait for half n hour to give the order and half n hour in receiving the order and half n hour after completing one chapati. The most offensive thing I felt was that they brought salad after we finished eating up. Taste of Food definitely did not match the price in the menu..staff needs traning. Just an overrated place. Would never recommend anyone. 👎

Loved this place. Ambience of restaurant is awesome. Food quality was amazing. Mexican Hot Pot was mouthwatering. Variety of dishes are available here. Lots of mocktails are also available here. Staff cooperation is also very good. Quick service. The only issue is that price of the food is bit costly but it's worth if you compare with quality and quantity. Must visit place for all the food lovers who wants to taste something different.

The food was so delicious and service was also nice. The interior is like American 80's-90's cafes/pub which adds plus point to it. Food is on pricier side but quality and taste justifies it. I liked their Maxican Hotpt, Grilled Cotton Cheese, Chicken Parmiagiana, Chicken Mirch Masala and they had a party which was mixture of Chocolate and Mangoes which was amazing.(Never try their Chocolate Walnut Pie and Apple Pie)

Rude. Only concerned with turnover of tables. Literally ask you to eat fast and leave. Price of a fine dining with the service ethos and attitude worse than a street cart. Food is always dependable but if you wish to feel herded and shooed, come here on a weekend.

Amazing food! Bad restaurant design with only one washroom shared by both the genders. So expect a lineup as if you’re traveling on Indian Railways. The architect should be fired. And restaurant management should shed some money because it seems too cheap to stand outside a single washroom which also happens to be the area where you wash your hands. This experience doesn’t justify the price of the food.

Heard a lot about this place and so wanted to check out. The food was decent, not that great! The service was very slow though. We had to call out 5 times just for someone to take our order. The Mexican hot pot did taste good.

A solid 4/5. Food was really good especially the portion size. New comers to this restaurant order accordingly because of a larger portion size. Very nice ambience and decor. We ordered Mexican hotpot and arrabriata fussili pasta. Not only was the taste average, twice we had to send back the pasta. And yet they got the order wrong. The taste was either bland or too sweet. Twice the same dish and still the pasta is soggy. Spicy arrabriata is sweet and the hotpot feels like roadside fried rice. I am surprised actually as the Chandkheda was pretty good. how is this outlet so bad??

Their mutton kebab was delicious, avoid the Mexican hot pots. Wait time was too long, but they give you popcorn while you wait 😂

Tomato's serves excellent food and service to their customers and take care of them properly.. trained staff was their .... talking about food they serve finger licking food..now coming upto ambience...okay!!!!! no word for ambience just lit.....I have never seen this type of ambience before it so unique and pleasant u feel like u had dinner in NYC 😂

The first and the oldest of the franchisee, this place has an altogether a different vibe to it. The retro look of an American restaurant that we witnessed in our school days is still intact. Well we ordered the Grilled Chicken in Tex Mex Sauce and The Ever Popular Chicken Stroganoff. Both the dishes were very delicious. The quantity servings in every dish worth the price. Enjoyed it.

I have just ordered 2 items on Zomato . Chicken lasagna and chicken parmigiana. To my surprise the chicken lasagna is just a dish of boiled chicken mince and one single lasagna sheet with no sauce or flavours . Chicken parmigiani wa s like a 600 bucks dosh with only a 100 GM's chicken and 50 GM's french fries . Pathetic experience in food taste and qty

This restaurant is based on old days American theme, like how you see in old American movies. The ambience is good, and you can just blindly order Mexican HotPot as that is the bestest and must try dish. The restaurant has a basement which offers great ambiance; however, there is one downside of this as the cellphone reception is almost nill (I personally find it good as you can enjoy the dinner and time). They accept all digital and card payments, their staf is also good and while you decide on your meal they serve you plain simple popcorn, which I find it cool. They also have great starter and yes they serve Vey & Non veg food both.

However for veg must try Garden sclet, maxican hotpot, lasagna, other dishes are also excellent. Per person cost is around 600. Punjabi is also good. They have mocktail bar. Also the theme of the restaurent is classic.

The food is excellent to say the least! The ambience will remind you of an American Diner of the 60's. They have nailed the savoury but fall short on the desserts, the crust of apple pie was too buttery and tasted more like a shortbread than a pie crust. Overall great experience

We have been loyal customers of tomato’s for many years. But this time we had a very bad experience. The quality of food has been compromised. One of my friends has been badly sick with food poisoning since last night after eating the food here. And other’s are experiencing stomach aches. This wasn’t expected from such a restaurant. Highly disappointed

Retro themed restaurant in Law garden area. There was a wait time of about 15 mins to enter the place. The complete downstairs is having a great ambience. We ordered tomato soup, Mexican hot pot and apple ice tea. The tomato soup had old bread crumbs but the soup was good. Mexican hotpot is a must try. Although the pricing is on the higher side, it can be a one time experience in Ahmedabad. The basement area doesn't have network connectivity.

Really good ambience!! Have heard this is a best place for Mexican food and It doesn't disappoints you on taste. Cost is too high and service is okish and yes you won't get any mobile network if you are sitting in basement and it can be a good or bad point depends on you and your partner😆😉 But yeah have a spilt bill 🤣 😂 🤣 😂

I have heard alot about this place so went for the lunch over there but it is over rated place. The service was so poor at this place and the food too not at all worth to visit

The "Tomato" Branding is so tomatoey! XD The place from its board from the street looks like it would be dusty and unclean. But you're gonna be so wrong! The place is so good!! It's clean, the service is fast and the food is good. It's about 80% good. There's still room for improvement. Quite on the expensive side. But tbh, they are as good as Ahmedabad can get.

Always an awesome doing to visit this place as it is one of the oldest concept restaurants even before these kind of restaurants were tight of. To good to be true. Herculean quantity of meal. They give complementary popcorns till our order got prepared😁,I like their thinking.The staff and manager itself attended us to check whether everything is going out and how’s the food. I like the atmosphere and service there. Since then it is like my go to place. Must visit.
