This place was recommended to my by many of my non veg lover friends so I had to try it out. It's a huge place and yet so crowded that we had to wait for our turn on a weekday for dinner. But I'll have to say that it was worth the wait! We ordered manchow soup, clear soup, french fries, nonveg platter, butter chicken, cheese garlic naan (it was soo cheesy) and roti. And wow! I was in love. It's hard to find good places in Ahmedabad that server good quality non veg food. So if you're a non veg lover, i highly recommend this place to you.

Strangely Unfair & Disappointing 2nd Experience: This was my 2nd visit, and I'm updating my review from 4 ⭐ to 2 ⭐ 1. While entering (single male) they insisted on outside seating (11:00 pm in the month of December) and denied laughingly inside the restaurant saying it's ONLY FOR FAMILY. 2. FOOD WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING Chicken 65 was absolutely bland like boiled chicken, when I requested them to make it spicy... One of the waiters took it back and brought it with sprinkled Red Chillies and power 🤷🏻‍♂️ WHAT A SHAME. 3. Chicken Roganjosh, could have been better but again they added Red Chilly powder on top (name sake to make it spicy) and spoiled the whole dish. When I complained, they laughed and said you only asked it to be spicy. 4. The table beside me was complaining regarding chicken being served instead of mutton. Paying 800/- for 2 dishes and getting this quality and taste of food is absolutely not worth it. The only good thing was their Green chutney and their ambience and bon fire... For which I am giving a 2 ⭐ rating. Over all, highly disappointing 2nd visit.

Please hesitate from trying "chicken garma garam", its just tomato puree with few pieces! One can try chicken kheema paratha

Ambience is great. Food is good. Service is slow during peak time. You have to wait for long time during weekend and Public Holidays. Tables are too close to each other. The place is too noisy. You can visit this place if you just want to have good food.

Amazing non vegetarian restaurant In a prime location. Fish pakora was amazing, the head waiter is very nice and helped us in selecting the dishes to order. The shikari goshth was too good - all in all a great dinner we had today. Thanks

Surprised to find good non vegetarian place in Ahmedabad. Wide options of non veg food. Good chicken and mutton dishes. It may be spicy for some people, so better ask the staff before you order.

I know simran farm since a last decade. Always serve delicious food. Renovation of the place and choices of tables are really comfortable if you come with enfant. Good thing is even at entrance they have kept some fun point for kids. Good initiative. Food is great. Little spicy. So when you order mention it. Their butter garlic prawns 🍤 are great. One should try.

Simran farm & Restaurant is old restaurant with modern ambiance. This restaurant has a small playing area for children at the entrance. Outside sitting is available along with Inside sitting. Food quality is satisfactory as compared to the price. We have ordered full king fish cost us around ₹520. Taste was good but I am not very fond of river fish so It was difficult for me to bear that pungent fishy smell. We have also ordered Mutton korma which cost us around ₹400. Mutton was soft and tender and gravy was as normal as any subji nothing special. We have also ordered rumali roti to go with korma but rumali roti was expensive i.e ₹75 p.p. but if we leave price point side roti was undercooked that was biggest drawback. Staff was friendly but the service is slow. It will cost close to ₹1500 for two people if you are ordering basic one soup one starter and one maincourse.

It has been one of the oldest restaurant in this area. In oast it used to be a Tava with a spacious setup in a open space with green bushes around. Over a time it prosper and urbanisation have engulfed the area. It is a nie a two stories restaurant with seperate facility for family. However, i was expecting the experience if eating in a open space with with aroma of food. Food: there used to be a traditional menu of Tava fry items which now has partially replaced by typical restaurant menu items .. we ordered couple of items and all were little spicy then the normal. Quality of food was good. Ambience: if the restaurant is nice that what you expect in a restaurants. Nice a quite place . Service was good and it was quick. This place have changed with the time and worth experiencing it especially for nonveg food.

Simran is one of the oldest non veg restaurant in the city i guess. Me and my friends visited last evening and tried their food first time. We have ordered multiple dishes so, let's breakdown one by one. Chicken lollipop - Disaster dish (Never order) Chicken tikka - It was the only good dish Paneer Bhurji - It doesn't have any taste so, need to left this dish (Later parceled) Butter chicken - If you really want to try good butter chicken in Ahmedabad then this is not the restaurant Chicken tikka masala - average dish Dum Biryani - Good I was hoping some good taste and experience in this restaurant but failed !!

The food was stale and raw, both these things lead to food poisoning. Do take this feedback positively, you're a well known and old giant in the market. The service and the response from the owners were really disappointing too. Not at all hospitable.

Over all a nice shop. You can get Chicken, mutton, etc. Too crowded on holidays. Around 20 people ahead when I joined at 10. Butchers behave as if they are doing you a favour but the service is quick.

Very nice experience. The atmosphere was good and family-friendly. The main thing is the test of food.. Non veg lovers from Ahmedabad must come here. We tried malai sikh kebab, pahari Tikka, etc. Chicken parotha is a specialty here.

The food at this place is awesome! It's also priced decently compared to the food quality. Even though the restaurant was crowded, we got our food quite quickly. The staff is very nice and give you good suggestions. We tried the chicken sizzler, chicken biryani, Kesari Chicken, Mojito, Blue lagoon and Pina colada. All of these except the pina colada were awesome (couldn't taste the coconut in this at all).

Good option for non vegetarian food. We ordered shikari murgh tikka for starters which was way too spicy and taste was just okay, but full marks to delicious Mutton Korma.

This one is very beautiful place for nonveg food lovers. It's near airport far from Ahmedabad City but worth to visit it. They have huge space and amazing seating arrangement inside and outside. Service is very superfast Ambience is claasic Food is tasty, yummy and lip smacking Price moderate The beauty of place is its location , it's a bit far from Ahmedabad City but superb place to enjoy nonveg food. You can find good options of chicken, mutton and sea food here. Cleanliness and hygiene was too good. Very cooperative staff. Really a wonderful place to have nonveg food.

Not bad not soo good. As limited seating options. Order taking guy was also not very friendly. Not explaining and suggesting anything. We tried Pahadi Tikka, sheekh kabab, Chiken tufani, Garlic naan. Everything was soo delicious. Value for money.

The food is good. The staff is also good. One thing which I don't like about the restaurant is they don't allow to you to go on first floor if your group has only males. 🤨

Food is good, but waiting is there, you will have to wait for food, of before arriving you can book the table on phone call. Its not expensive / tasty food served here.. They have space there, they should use to avoid waiting..nice food in surrounding.

We dinned in for the first lime last night here. There was a wait and the sitting is on first come basis only. They even have a takeout option available. Simran is mainly famous for its non veg food...so we tried some non veg & Vegetarian snacks as well as main course. Veg dishes were good especially their hara bhara kebabs. Their Nonveg shikari Murg was amazing but the main course chicken Kolhapuri was not impressive. Still was a fair place to dine The real issue we expirenced was next day, upset tummy!!!

I visited after refurbishment. Ambience is attractive and pleasant. Very polite staff and carrying too. Highly recommended for non veg lovers. Slightly expensive with comparing to others. Don't order Mutton bheja fry as it's qty is too less. You will feel like it's just for testing 😜. Else everything was up to the mark. And yeah, parking is a headache there.

It's one of the best & must visit place for non-veg lovers. You will experience one of the best non-veg foods available in city. Visiting on weekends than keep in mind you might face couple of hours waiting special during festive holidays. The only thing that needs to be changed is their attitude at take away counter. You will find guys are tired, energy less & absent. It gives a feeling of ignorance as I have to request quite a few times if I am need of water or redbull & this experience repeated for 2 times making me conscious about my bad experience. Restaurant with so much fans & popularity needs to be attentive & kind. It's a bitter experience pl reply with your experience if I missed something.
