Very poor service. The staff has absolutely no leaning to any kind of even a basic guest experience. We had an official business meeting and with corporate agreements. Snacks and high tea at both times were served cold. Lunch was just above average. Rude behaviour from staff. Will definitely not suggest this place to anyone.

I went to this place to attend a close relative's marriage where the staff did an outstanding job. We had the opportunity to meet their Owner, who is a humble personality. Valet Parking is available and feels experienced. The banquet is amply sized for Indian Marriages still proper ventilation for Vivaah-Homa (sacred fire ceremony) wasn't there. The ventilation worked slow compared to the generation of fumes, as the topic is on, Air Conditioning worked as it should without any issues throughout. Our 150 guests (as per COVID-19 guidelines) made their lift service slow, there are 2 lifts for 9 (or maybe 10) floors. It was fast-moving but couldn't manage with our requirements. Food was delicious and flavourful, Chefs were able to balanced taste making it neither spicy nor bland. 👍🏼

Rooms smell of smoke. I requested a non smoking room but the room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the toilet had cigarette ashes. The towels and bed sheets also had bad smell. The floor carpet had cigarette marks too. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Best rooftop cafe. Must try shakes and sandwiches here. Best view of Ahmedabad can be seen from here. Must visit. Best place to enjoy your favourite Game live. I loved watching IPL here.

Got recommended this place from my friend for their simple thali so visited to have dinner. They serve thali for 80/- in which you get unlimited meal. They daily change their menu which consists 3 varieties of veg, Rice and Roti. It is kind of a buffet so you have to serve yourself except Rotis. Taste is good and the people running the place are too humble. You can get thali for 70/- anywhere else so from that POV can't say this is the best place. But still a better place. 👍Thumbs up to this place.

Spent 2 days and nights there and I must say I’m satisfied compared to there rivals. Though they need to change the breakfast menu, they almost serve the same breakfast with little change. Room service and staff are very polite and friendly. Food and beverages are as expected expensive. The basement has some different awful smell. Lifts and rooms are large, free wifi for up to 2 devices. TV airs almost all channels. Reception hall is large, wonderful ambience. Very close to the main SG HIGHWAY.

I have been to this place many a time to attend functions and at their restaurants too. Their ambience and seating are great. The food is delicious. I would rate it a 4/5. The only reason for giving 3 is for their insufficient parking space.

Had very bitter experience, we have booked non smoking room from 16/6/22 to 22/6/22. While we are checking in, manager has allotted us smoking rooms, then we asked for non smoking room, the response was hotel is full, we can't help.The booking was done 10 days before. Upon repeated asking again given smoking room and the same response, hotel is full. Then we demanded for non smoking room otherwise we cannot stay, then they have given no smoking room. The amenities are low standards, food is not upto the mark, behaviour of front office not good. Overall rating for the Ramada is 1 star hotel.

It was not that nice as per prices they take from us for the room and the things or food packets which are available inside the room are not complementary for who are staying they take their charge also. There should be some flexibility in that if we drink water also that too is paid for us

from day 1 when checking to hotel, we informed to staff. that no TV is working at room..still TV issue not resolved and requested us for change the room. no proper response from management.even wifi is not working even password provided and we ask for resolution still not resolved issue... simply they are telling" we are checking" but no proper response and no issue resolution,even we have to take follow up with call multiple times.

Have to provide good service. I have just visited such hotel. While visiting I have parked my car in to 2nd basement. The condition of such basement is like slump area with dirty water.

⚠️ They accept money in cash only. No online payment. Neat and clean place with hygenic unlimited food in 90rs only. People of all class come here to eat. Food is also very tasty and staff is well trained. Along with unlimited thali, they also have a kind of food stall in outside area. You can get pav bhaji, mancurian, dosa etc items there. Requesting all not to waste food. You won't get unlimited food in such cheap price anywhere else in ahmedabad. Eat respectfully 🙏

A good hotel on the busy corporate road, the hotel has a limited parking available for the cars. I was here as a part of my company's conference , the conference hall was good enough for 70-80 people. The taste of the food served at the conference was also good.

One the best thing about this hotel is service is amazing and food service is the best. One of my colleague has forgotten passport in hotel and we were at airport and asked hotel to drop passport as we can't go back n bring if we do so we will miss our flight , hotel drop the passport with their staff with the charges and we didn't miss our flight. Hosted a team meeting here recently with 70 people. The meeting rooms were quite comfortable but the restaurant was too small for such a large team. Quality of food, staff and service were quite good.

Highly disappointed ! Very Unhygienic ! Lack of cleanliness. Not at all value for money. I wont recommended RAMADA AHEMDABAD. Firstly we booked the hotel with advance payment, but we were asked to pay security deposit of Rs. 2000.00 at the time of check in, we have not faced any such formalities in any of the hotel group. The bathroom of the  first room which was alloted to us was not clean, there was PAN SPITS in the bathroom, which shows lack of Hygiene during COVID times. The door was shower cabinet was not closing properly, hence we were alloted new room. Even in newly allowed room again there is lack of hygiene and cleanliness Mattress were not clean, Mixer in Shower was not working hence was forced to bath in normal tape. Bathroom was not clean properly. Highly disappointed. I booked this hotel only due to Brand name RAMADA. But I  won't recommend it to any one. Book any  other hotel but not this one.

Located in a good area. Quite good places nearby. Property is just about okay. You expect better services from a Ramada. No swimming pool. Gym is just 5-6 equipment kept in 1 small room. Roof top restaurant is just about okay too. Overall no extraordinary experience.

Ramada is one of the best hotel in Ahmedabad, specially the locality is awesome. Easy to commute to any part of Ahmedabad as it's near to SG highway. Room service is good but there is no doormats outside bathroom. Restaurants are upto the mark, even there is rooftop restaurant Sphere Lounge that's also nice in ambience.

I stayed here only overnight. So my opinion could be skewed. Rooms are clean, well kept. I wish they keep coffee sachet along with tea. Breakfast was not to my liking. I preferred to confine to eggs and bread. Indian fare was too spicy. Check in- check out was very smooth.

Check in was smooth. The room was clean and wel maintained. However, even for things like flip flops and dental it, the housekeeping had to be called 2-3 times. The service is quiet slow. Breakfast was avg.

A neat & tidy hotel, ideally suited for business travellers. I chose this hotel as it's walking distance from my office. Food is good, service excellent and the rooms are kept neat & clean. However the smell of the nesting pigeons tend to the rooms if the bath room window is ajar. I have found the locks of these windows in a couple of rooms, either broken or missing due to which the window doesn't close tightly and the above problem increases. They do have a gym & spa. The roof top restaurant adds to the allure & romance of a quiet dinner.

The place has an amazing view from their rooms. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. They have a rooftop place to dine, which is fabulous.

Rooms are too small. You need to pay security deposit of 2k which will be payed back during checkout. During rain, the parking fills with water(drainage water). Service is good. Food is good. Stayed in Ramada Jamshedpur which was far far far better.
