Chose
this
property
as
it
was
by
ITC
but
my
experience
with
the
service
of
the
housekeeping
staff
as
well
as
the
women
staff
who
were
more
in
number
at
the
dining
area
and
in
charge
of
the
breakfast
time
were
absolutely
dismal.
To
begin
with
the
house
keeping
staff
never
cares
to
sufficiently
replenish
the
tea
bags
and
sugar
and
artificial
sweetners
in
the
room.On
requesting
for
some
extra
tea
bags
etc
they
hand
over
a
couple
of
them
which
are
again
insufficient.
The
other
major
disappointment
was
the
inhospitality
by
the
staff
at
the
dining
area,
reached
for
breakfast
and
I
was
frantically
looking
for
a
clean
table
but
with
no
one
around
to
clean
the
table
had
to
seat
myself
at
a
pre
occupied
and
unclean
table.After
a
couple
of
reminders
the
table
was
cleaned
up
but
the
dirty
table
napkins
were
left
there
itself.A
few
more
reminders
to
give
me
a
table
spoon
were
delayed
as
much
as
possible.
The
staff
usually
is
barely
attentive
and
they
seem
to
be
engaged
at
the
counter
in
some
conversation
constantly.If
reminded
for
something
that
we
had
asked
for
prior
it
would
be
met
with
a
snob.Finally
I
had
to
apprise
the
manager
of
this
entire
experience
which
I
observed
for
consequitive
two
days.He
was
apologetic
for
the
same
and
assured
that
we
would
surely
have
a
good
experience
hereon.
Suggest
that
there
is
rigorous
and
better
training
in
basic
hospitality
etiquettes
rather
than
displaying
a
snobbish
demeanour
by
the
staff
at
the
breakfast
area.

my
experience
post
apprising
the
Manager;
Mr
Prasad
of
the
above:
There
was
indeed
a
notable
change
in
the
service
by
the
staff
during
breakfast
hours.
The
Manager
as
well
as
the
Chefs
extended
warm
hospitality
for
our
remaining
stay.I
extend
my
thanks
to
them
for
their
prompt
corrective
measures.
