Awesome atmosphere of the hotel food service was good and teast of is pretty good the menu of dinner and lunch is perfect. Staff of the hotel is very humble and helpful.there is also good parking facility and we and arrange all types of functional also

Aloft hotel is located just opposite of the main gate of Bhagwat Vidhyapith. It is centrally located trendy business hotel and has easy access from the Airport, business hubs and The Sachivalaya, the seat for the Government of Gujarat and is located on Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway- the express way connecting the twin cities. The main entrance is quite huge and it has nice ambiance, hotel staff was very courteous, supportive and friendly. You will be received with warm welcome at the time of check in. What catches the attention of a visitor to Aloft Ahmedabad SG Road is the sprawling and so beautifully designed lobby. Right in the centre is a circular front desk manned by courteous and friendly staff who are prompt and responsive in serving you. The lobby has a mini snooker board, a couple of ergonomically designed rocking chairs and a friendly pantry where you can pick up some short snacks and coffee. The rooms are very well equipped. The interiors are very interestingly designed and you feel pampered in the comfortable beds. You will love the lavish spread of items for breakfast and lunch. They have amenities like Airport shuttle, Business center, High-speed internet at a price, parking, pool and restaurant on-site. On room service front they provide Air conditioning, Alarm clock, coffee maker / tea service. They offer other amenities like babysitting, concierge desk, foreign exchange, game room, iron and ironing board, safe, copy service, fax service etc.

The staff are awesome. They were very cordial and the check-in and check out was a breeze. Breakfast spread was very good and the chef's sure know how to keep you happy. The lobby is very contemporary and nice place to get some work done. Just a niggle in the whole experience and that was with the internet connection. If that's sorted out it would be awesome. And hey guys have a conditioner with your housekeeping. Look forward to coming back.

The interior is good. Management staff is very helpful and friendly. As the staff is low on occupancy because of covid, the service was little slow. The food was very tasty.

Decent budget hotel on SG highway as compared to pricey ones likes Crown Plaza and Novotel on the same road. Breakfast and lunch buffer spread could be improved though. They have amazing fitness center which is well equipped and has a trainer as well. Can be a choice if your are looking for something decently priced.

The property is well located on sg highway and offers great services. Currently the hotel is not operational and is under renovation as it be being rebranded

Went in with very little expectations as the price was kind of low but when I got there was pleased with everything... My recommendations ... Never skip the breakfast food is out of the world.. if u are going to stay in mostly then don't skip the dinner as well... The food is just too good.. the gym was good... Pool is just to soak your self in ... Not really for swimming .. the entire staff of the restaurant is super helpful and friendly ... Each one of them would make sure I was comfortable and got everything I asked for very promptly even though it was busy at the hotel ... Location is good .. 20 mins from most of the good things in the city. Excellent for a short stay .. rooms are spacious.. Special thanks to Harish the hotel driver who went out of his way to help me .

I am a Canadian visiting Ahmedabad and this is my experience at Aloft Hotel. The Good: Very friendly staff and security. The rooms are modern and spacious and the cleaning staff is very nice. The Bad: They placed us in a smoking room even though we specifically asked to be placed in a non-smoking section. The smell of smoke in the hallways seeps into our room and it makes everything smell like cigarettes. It's also a health concern as we are non-smokers. There are stains on the carpet and sometimes on the linen. There is also a lack of hot water and we are only able to get luke-warm water when showering. The buffet is horrible. From the very few selections to the taste and quality -- overall very poor execution. Once of the reasons we booked with Aloft was because of their claim of "high speed internet". We discovered this was not true at all as the wifi in the room is 3mps and barely allows you to load a basic. Though they did replace the wifi amplifier in the room -- which increased the internet speeds. The lobby is nice but not practical. They have seating areas/work stations but no outlets? It makes absolutely no sense. Overall: This is a 3-star hotel at best. From the detail in the room down to the quality of the food. I would not recommend staying here as you can find MUCH better options for the price.

Wonderful place to stay with family. We stayed here with family for four days during December. The hotel though slightly away from main city, maintains Marriot Group's image. The rooms are neat and clean. The linens and towel etc are changed daily. Basic needs are provided. Bathroom needs improvement. A number of elevators are available. A small baby pool for swimming is provided. The reception hall is well maintained. The staff is very courteous and helpful. You get a cordial atmosphere and friendly environment. The restaurant is good with nice seating and attention is paid to customers. Though the meal and breakfast are good they should pay better attention to South Indian dishes. The tariff rates are reasonable and booking can be done on line. Good parking space is available. You get Taxis and and other vehicles very quickly though it's slightly away and this would be one of the reasons for you for selecting a good hotel, thus saving the cost. Recommended for a happy stay.

The rooms were very comfortable and so was the food. The service at the restaurant however was anything but efficient. In fact, they shut the buffet service half way through our breakfast!!!! The F&B section requires urgent training in service and customer satisfaction. Felt like this place required a senior manager to monitor standards.

Rooms are good, service is good too. The breakfast spread has good representation from many cuisines and the omlette station was great. The front desk can be more responsive. I asked for a power plug adaptor/connector and there was no response from their end. I had major issues in accessing their WiFi as well, it took more than 3 calls to the front desk to rectify the issue. Overall, a decent option to stay overnight. It's quite far from the airport though, takes about 45 mins in an Uber.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff was with great attitude, location of this hotel bit far from the airport but it was ok. Rooms were spacious, the hotel itself luxurious. Breakfast buffet had many varieties and good in taste. Overall a very nice experience 👍
