Worst security guard and valet staff. Today I went for the dinner with my friend at timpani restaurant. After reaching the hotel, I handed over my car to the valet. The valet gave me a coupon with number 24 written on it. After having dinner when I came back, I handed my coupon to the valet so that he can get back the car. The valet came to me and told me "we are unable to find your car's key" and then he told me to come to his desk and recognize the key. After reaching his table, I immediately recognized my key and found that the coupon which was attached to it by him was written number 9. I told him that this is my car's key, he told me "we can't give you car, first produce the documents". I told him that documents are inside the car, we will go there you verify it. He told me that he can't open anyone's car without the consent. I told him that's my car, and it's error from your side. Still he was denying. After some minutes he came with my car and told me to give my photo I'd so that he will release the car. I also verified him the documents still he was denying.I presented my photo id and still he was rude. Remember it was error from your side. Not mine. You should have taken care of. It's total harassment. Even it was your error, still I cooperated, verified the documents but still I was harassed by the security guard and valet. This is total harassment and please get in contact with me as soon as possible. This event took place on 10/10/2023 where I entered the hotel around 8:30 pm and exited the hotel around 10:30 pm

The rooms are fine. The service is good. It's a well maintained property. But feels a little old. Could continuously hear some sort of water pipe right in our room walls. The wall are thin so alot of noise comes from other rooms. Morning breakfast is very good.

We had horrible experience with this property, the reception staff very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Upon our check in I questioned the amount payable as there was confusion with GST, the reception staff got upset and angry with us. Upon finishing our check in, the staff through the room key on the desk. She didn't even have the courtesy to tell us our room no, or the WiFi details or even what level was the restaurant for breakfast let alone breakfast time like any other 5 star hotel. I complained to the manager, she tried to help but very disappointed and nothing could fix the way we were treated. Same night I called to get our our laundry done, they said they will come in 2 minutes, waited 25 minutes, called again, same story, no one showed up, upon my 3rd call after taking to the manger, after 48 min they ended up coming. Breakfast, 🤦‍♂️, half full water bottle on the table, table for 2 had just one glass, table uncleaned from people before us, no salads, no one around to pick up plates. Over all horrible experience and will never book with this hotel ever again. I had booked Radisson Blu Sydney for next week, I have now cancelled that booking thanks to this premises. Would not recommend at all.

I have stayed in this property for a business Trip. Nice rooms, people at reception are very hospitable. I had 5 start stay experience, until i used dining service. The buffet has great spread & variety of food option. But my experience in Dinning are wasn't great. The restaurant manager was very rude.

Nice and clean rooms with all the facilities. Dinner and breakfast is also tasty. We have had dinner in their restaurant, the great Kebab factory. The starters were so good to try for. Plus location of this hotel is in the middle of the city so that you can visit any other city areas very easily.

Loved my stay here, with the most wonderfully welcoming staff. Rooms well equipped and very comfortable to stay at. The cuisines have their own magical aura which i thoroughly enjoyed. Would love to visit here again for sure. 😁

The design of the room is good. Infrastructure was nice. Bedding is soft had a sound sleep. Breakfast options of varieties make you so excited that you get into dilemma what all to eat. However I loved the breakfast for what all I eat. The water sound at the sooths you so very well. The table center with Rose in a water bowl gives you so peace. Overall I loved the stay and food. Location is so good, its very near by to River Front main attraction of Ahmedabad for me.

I informed well in advance that I am a wheelchair user and need accessible room. However found the room size is very small and there wasn't specious. Washroom was accessible however shower room is not accessible for wheelchair user. Food is good. But room cleaning and bed was mess. The staff entered the room without my permission while I was sleeping. Spending lots of money but there's a chance of no privacy. I was about to fall because of no hand railing available in shower room. Also the tape is very far and not possible to manage alone.

Came back to this property with family as I was impressed last time. Very disappointing this time. 5 stars for housekeeping. The food is at its worst Taste is bad. Menu is still limited. Few items avalailable to order and When asked they say it's becuse of corona but they are running at 100% occupancy! Breakfast buffet menu is limited, no greens no green juices, no chesse and many other stuff. Dosa is like pan cake not at all crispy. Local varities are less and south indian more. It's the biggest bluder expecting declious Idli in Ahmedabad or Delhi and expecting delicious paratha or dokhla in Chennai or Hyderabad. Clearly understaffed interms of serive. In a suite too we have TV whicih upon changing channels says "you are not subscibed to make payment call..." This messge comes after every alternate channel. Why to have a HD TV when you cannot afforrd to give all the channels. Else it's better not to give anything and ask residents to cast the content form thier mobile. But to cast the Netflix of sony you need to provide a smart TV which you haven't. It looks like staying in a lodge where you have a limited channels to watch and yous are forced to watch what hotel has subscribed for. On top of it Airltel settop is not game at all. It has not options like kids and entertainment sections. The 250 ml packed water bottles placed in the room were stinckig. The front desk is way too busy. I asked Ms *****a that I would like to meet the duty mmanager and was tading infront of her for 10 minutes but no repsmse fromher absolutely as she was busy in checkouts l. Not a guesturer to sir or that it's getting delayed. All in all it kind of mixed response this time. Last 3 times were very good. *Swimming pool at the backyad is a disappointment.

Business class rooms are comfortable, but nothing outstanding given the price range. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, but the service can be a bit slow at times, especially during rush hour (around 9am). During checkout, I was wrongly billed an extra ₹1000 initially, but thankfully I was able to detect the mistake while cross-checking, and then they corrected it - not sure if it was an honest mistake, or a ploy to extract extra money by banking on the fact that many guests do not cross-check as critically!

This is a functional hotel and don't expect much except bed and breakfast, the quality of which is that of a 3 star. Not worth the price paid for a 5 star. But not bad. So if you've compulsion to stay in this area, not a bad choice.

We had dinner. The ambience was lively. The buffet spread was wide , freshly prepared and the tandoor was lip smacking . The Chef was attending to us personally. Overall a good outing !!

Unfortunately this hotel is on our Company preferred list. In case you want an early check in - this is not your hotel. They’re toothless to offer you even water after asking you to wait in the lobby. Absolutely hostile attitudes if you have arrived early to 2 pm. Rooms, Lication are really good.

It was excellent experience, at our visit at the Redisson blue- Kabab factory. Food was excellent, so tasty ( as usuall). The service and ambiance was also excellent. The staff, who served The food were courteous and were serving with smiling face. I would also like to add that the lady who was serving our table was too nice and service oriented, as from our conversation she got hint of the occasion and she along with other staff and chefs , lead it and helped us to celebrate. Really good gesture. To sum up excellent food , service at comparable price

Currently staying at this family run hotel and it’s absolutely brilliant. Very comfortable rooms, excellent bathrooms and top-notch breakfast. My one tiny little gripe is that there’s only one pillow per person in the room, but to be honest it didn’t affect an excellent sleep or experience overall. Staff are all super friendly, too. Excellent staff! Breakfast available. We arrived early, the kept our bags so we could explore. They arranged transportation as we needed it. We will stay again.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The staff on the desk were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is fresh and clean with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was great with a good selection, the staff at breakfast were brilliant and working extremely hard to replenish frequently. Housekeeping was excellent we asked for an extra duvet late at night and this was brought up promptly. This hotel is excellent value in terms of location and the price we paid. I had a very nice experience being at the hotel for 2 days. The service given in terms of food, room service, cleanliness, room accessories etc. Were extraordinary and remarkable.

Hotel is located in good location. Rooms was comfortable and staff is cooperative. Easy to get the public transport nearby the hotels. McDonald's, KFC and other food options is very near to hotel as walkable distance Superior rooms was not upto the mark as need maintenance as my room washroom door have locking problem.

Room is decent but not what is expected from a brand like Radisson Blu. Buffet items for breakfast and dinner is quite limited and tastes mediocre. The interior however is quite nice. Bottles and other small aspects are classy but it does not compensate the lackings.

Everything, the ambience n food was good. But a big minus point was that in this hot weather, they refused to serve cold water. Surely they could have cooled the water bottles before placing them on the counter. Even after request ing for 1 cold bottle or even ice, they refused to offer the same. What a shame.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. You will get almost everything you wish in nearby locations. Rooms are very spacious with a very beautiful city view from the window. The food is very delicious. I enjoyed the stay.

There is a very noise pollution when entering the hotel. Also Valet parking staff is not there. At entry get no security guards to open the door. There is not an accurate signage of washroom. There is no staff available to provide water at entrance. To much leak off at this hotel. Said to say this totally mismanagement. Thanks.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Radisson blu, CG road, Ahmedabad. The hotel is well connected and is walking distance from farming, Starbuck, law garden market. We loved our stay and hospitality. I was traveling with senior citizen and a toddler and every one was well taken care of.

Just said yes without understanding. the services of hotels were amazing ,the staff was also well mannered and really helpful. In Radisson Blu we visited timpani and the food there was so good and flavorful. There are many options for veg and non-veg food,salads,pasta,beverages and deserts. The staff is very helpful and behaved. Overall cleanliness and hygiene in surroundings and food is just on point.

Pathetic service by Monika at the front desk. She told me to pay room upgrade charges for a free room upgrade. When I pointed out the same to her she did it even have the courtesy to say sorry and she was making faces. I had to literally force her to apologise. This is not acceptable. To add the shower was not functioning properly and even the TV remote was not working. Pathetic service.

3 Nov 2023 around 9.45am I came to the front desk to check out. I was second on the queue, together with my friend. There were 3 person in the next line to me. When I was given the invoice, my name was spelt wrongly, I immediately corrected it. But the guy who attended me passed it to his female coworker, but at that time the coworker was attending to my friend. The guy continued attended to other guests. I waited for about 5 mins & asked where is my revised invoice. Then it took them 2 minutes to re-print and still have it with the wrong name. I was really pissed because the other person who came after me already done their check out. So I corrected my name again & warned the guy, next time do it immediately..not just left the guest waiting. I was wearing a green shirt with hijab, if he is a concerned host, he would have noticed that I have been standing for too long that other guests are no longer there. Before I left, I told him "I waited for 20 mins"..he never bother to say sorry or thank you. Please, train your staff properly on how to treat your guests. The overall experiece was good, but because of this bitter incident, I was very upset for the whole day

I had no idea defrauding customers was in the rule book of Radisson hotels, due to their unprofessional behaviour i lost 14000 INR, And all they have to say is i will get a refund through the bank but its been a week and i see nothing coming back, Shubham, the manager was very forward in giving his number to call if i didnt get the refund but i have called twice and he isnt even on the phone, maybe he takes me as a dumb person, but i wont sit quietly if i do not get my money back

Everything was good, except that a hair dryer I requested for was not delivered even after 2 calls. All you had to say was no, you couldn't! I would have understood. Instead of saying yes and not doing so!

Service in Restaurant is very poor, only 1 waiter is serving in restaurant, 4-5 tables are in waiting. Anytime better to prefer any other 5 star hotel. Rooms are clean, Quality is good but not maintained. Washroom curtains are opened and damaged. Thanks.

The staff Suvan Ali ensured that I do not miss Ganpati Bappa on 19th Sep'23 i.e. Ganesh Chaturthi Day. He made a very beautiful Ganesh Murti in my room with the towels and spread flowers around it. It was awesome!!!! Never seen something like this before.

Very poor response to customer requests. I waited till almost end of my stay to earn precious third towel in my room booked for three packs itself. Even after booking three rooms, my vehicle was initially not allowed to park inside hotel premises. It needed some heated arguments to finally get the same in. When I reached to reception to explain my problems, I found at least two other persons having complaints. Finally, to pacify my and, they didn't charge me anything for the extra three hours that we stayed in one of the three rooms. Really a sad story when it comes to customer experience, that too after having spent so much of money. But expected at this level and that too in service industry.

Feels like to get a 5 star rating they have just ensured it's there in the property. No washrooms at the pool side which is located Near the parking area in the ground. Disgusting one single changing room and that too is not maintained well. Overall does not give you a 5 star feel at all. It can be rated a 3 /4 star property. But overall just bcoz the team is courteous and always ready to serve. Covid protocols are maintained well so a 3 star to this !!

Poor hospitality. Restaurant attenders were lethargic. Rooms are cramped but liked the TV. Front desk least bothered about you stay or not.

Nice place.. but had a terrible (for the lack of a word that describes unhappiness but not so bad) The bill was paid much in advance the invoice took 30 mins post checkout, which irked a bit. The buffet was good, but surprisingly missed on the local flavors, had plenty of Punjabi and south Indian. Being a Punjabi settled in south India.. was looking forward to local delicacies but were missing from the menu. Big disappointment on the food

Not a five star hotel anymore. The non smoking rooms also had smoke smell. Ordered food online and had to go down myself to collect, no one available to collect and bring to room. Even the service seems laid back, i had wifi issue, twin bed issue and it took them almost 20 mins to bring a fresh plate to my room after calling twice. Rooms are spacious and clean.

This is the best hotel to stay at the heart of the City. The service is excellent and the food quality is awesome. They serve breakfast with the live counters. It may sound little costly for the personal trip, but the cost is according to the standard they provide. It is highly recommend to the people on the business trip.

We go to expensive hotels to ensure good stay. The room telephone was not working and hence could not book car from hotel and could not coordinate with restaurant and missed breakfast. There should be system of checking the things. They say they keep on calling to reply query but phone does not ring in room. They may probably correct it but i faced it.

Went there in a business meeting with some team mates and clients. Conference room was filled with all facilities. The acoustic conditions of the conference room was very well. Dinner was mind-blowing. I checked their rooms as well. The services provided by them was very smooth. Staff was super cooperative. Hotel premises were neat, clean and maintained very well.

I booked two days stay with this hotel and i had the best experience with staff and services. Right from the moment we entered the hotel everything was managed effortlessly. Strategically located property. Tactful & intelligent front office staff. Despite much hustle & bustle, all guests were looked after well. There were no frayed tempers. Elegant rooms with excellent cooling. Clean amenities. Request the front desk for a couple of drinking water bottles & the young delivery person rushes in in seconds. Electrifying response. Cannot be better. Yet, the banquet department needs some sprucing up. Tablespoons were kept to serve pulao or rice, and many more dishes! They tend to get hot from the under-the-dish heating flames. Corporate meals in the conference hall should not be made to look like weekend campfires! Audio-visual department could not be faulted upon. Just perfect.

Our experience of Timpani restaurant in Radisson blue was very good. The staff was very good and helpful. Food was really delicious especially Grilled Fish. I could recall the memories of my London trips and Grilled fish. God bless the Chef and helpful staff.. I am going to visit again and again.

Only 30-45 minutes from the airport and the hotel is located in the city, near to so many markets and places to visit. A beautiful way to spend one's day by shopping. Very helpful and friendly staff. Absolutely Pathetic experience. Just checked in . Nobody to pick the bags. We had to carry ourselves. Reception staff uncourteous. Got into the room and found lights to be be very very insufficient. Bathrooms does not have basic toiletries. Strongly recommend to avoid booking this hotel. Its not a 5 star hotel for sure as being sold.

Pros: 1. Located centrally and near prime area of Law Garden and CG road 2. Decent breakfast 3. Fast room service Cons: 1. Unprofessional behavior - inspite of booking in advance for early check-in (read chargeable), when I arrived with my family consisting of a toddler @ 6.30 am, I was informed that no room is available. Somehow, after lot of discussion I was offered a smoking room consisting of separate beds and assurance that I won't be charged for the same due to Hotel's overbooking. At the time of checkout, inspite of telling the staff 2 hours before about the waiver, checkout staffed started behaving unprofessionally about charging the same. Co-incidentally the person who gave verbal confirmation conveniently was not reachable. Ignoring the promise given, I myself agreed for paying half the amount for early check-in, still the staff was quite rude in the behavior. Will ask the management to take notice of such behavior. 2. Bathroom needs overhaul - old fittings 3. Breakfast staff torturing guests to give 5 star rating on Google on the spot with mentioning their name in the review.

One of the best property at the prime location of Ahmedabad. I use to visit this property most often and I really enjoy staying at this property. Food is very nice. And service is extremely good. Staff is well trained and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property for stay

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The staff on the desk were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is fresh and clean with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was great with a good selection, the staff at breakfast were brilliant and working extremely hard to replenish frequently. Housekeeping was excellent we asked for an extra duvet late at night and this was brought up promptly. This hotel is excellent value in terms of location and the price we paid. We as a family really enjoyed our stay here
