We
had
horrible
experience
with
this
property,
the
reception
staff
very
rude,
unprofessional
and
disrespectful.
Upon
our
check
in
I
questioned
the
amount
payable
as
there
was
confusion
with
GST,
the
reception
staff
got
upset
and
angry
with
us.
Upon
finishing
our
check
in,
the
staff
through
the
room
key
on
the
desk.
She
didn't
even
have
the
courtesy
to
tell
us
our
room
no,
or
the
WiFi
details
or
even
what
level
was
the
restaurant
for
breakfast
let
alone
breakfast
time
like
any
other
5
star
hotel.
I
complained
to
the
manager,
she
tried
to
help
but
very
disappointed
and
nothing
could
fix
the
way
we
were
treated.
Same
night
I
called
to
get
our
our
laundry
done,
they
said
they
will
come
in
2
minutes,
waited
25
minutes,
called
again,
same
story,
no
one
showed
up,
upon
my
3rd
call
after
taking
to
the
manger,
after
48
min
they
ended
up
coming.
Breakfast,
🤦♂️,
half
full
water
bottle
on
the
table,
table
for
2
had
just
one
glass,
table
uncleaned
from
people
before
us,
no
salads,
no
one
around
to
pick
up
plates.
Over
all
horrible
experience
and
will
never
book
with
this
hotel
ever
again.
I
had
booked
Radisson
Blu
Sydney
for
next
week,
I
have
now
cancelled
that
booking
thanks
to
this
premises.
Would
not
recommend
at
all.
