During
my
recent
visit
at
Eulogia
Inn
hotel
in
Ahmedabad,
I
had
a
mixed
experience
that
encompassed
both
positive
and
negative
aspects.
While
there
were
certain
commendable
features,
there
were
also
noticeable
drawbacks
that
affected
my
overall
impression.
Starting
with
the
positive
aspects,
the
hotel's
reception
area
was
impressive.
It
had
an
inviting
ambiance,
and
the
staff
at
the
front
desk
were
friendly
and
accommodating.
Additionally,
the
hotel
boasted
a
well-designed
staircase,
adding
a
touch
of
elegance
to
the
overall
aesthetic.
The
location
of
the
hotel
near
the
main
highway
was
a
notable
advantage,
providing
easy
access
to
transportation
and
convenience
for
travelers.
The
proximity
to
the
main
road
made
it
convenient
for
exploring
Ahmedabad
and
its
surroundings.
However,
there
were
a
few
areas
where
the
hotel
fell
short.
One
prominent
issue
was
the
service
quality.
Throughout
my
stay,
I
encountered
difficulties
with
the
staff's
ability
to
handle
things
at
their
peak
level.
Requests
were
often
mishandled
or
overlooked,
leading
to
frustration
and
inconvenience.
This
inconsistency
in
service
impacted
the
overall
experience
negatively.
Furthermore,
the
food
served
at
the
hotel
was
average.
The
taste
lacked
depth,
and
the
presentation
left
much
to
be
desired.
Given
the
significance
of
dining
experiences,
the
underwhelming
culinary
offerings
were
disappointing.
In
terms
of
facilities,
despite
having
an
underground
parking
area,
it
was
disappointing
to
find
that
guests
were
frequently
pushed
to
park
outside
the
hotel
on
the
main
road.
This
inconvenienced
guests,
and
the
lack
of
proper
parking
arrangements
was
a
significant
drawback.
Additionally,
the
banquet
hall
presented
an
issue.
While
the
inclusion
of
a
live
Chinese
counter
was
interesting,
the
lack
of
proper
ventilation
posed
a
problem.
The
smoke
generated
by
the
Chinese
fry
station
was
irritating,
as
there
was
no
arrangement
for
the
Smokey
air
to
exit
the
enclosed
hall.
This
oversight
compromised
the
comfort
and
enjoyment
of
those
attending
events
in
the
banquet
hall.
Considering
these
aspects,
I
would
rate
Eulogia
Inn
hotel
with
three
stars.
While
the
good
reception
area,
nice
staircase,
and
convenient
location
near
the
main
highway
contribute
positively
to
the
experience,
the
issues
with
service,
average
food
quality,
parking
arrangements,
and
lack
of
proper
ventilation
in
the
banquet
hall
require
attention
and
improvement.
It
is
my
hope
that
the
management
takes
note
of
these
concerns
and
works
towards
enhancing
the
overall
guest
satisfaction.
