I visited Basics salon by seeing its reviews, but to be honest, it's nothing like the one you see in photos. They only have 3 Staff members and none of them are that skilled. Each of them asking each other what to do next and how to do it. And they leave one customer undone and get onto another one. I had a hairwash and haircut over there and had a worst experience. They made my hair look good at first when they styled it, later when I came home, I saw that the hair weren't cut as expected. I had to adjust my hairs by myself and even had to go to another salon to adjust it. It's waste of 350₹, instead I suggest to go to another salon like Capelo, where you'll find skilled professionals. I want my money back and sincere apologies from the owner.

I had a haircut at this place. I hardly get a haircut because I love long hair and I am scared that the hair dresser will make my hair too short while cutting. But nisha gave me the haircut as I expected while maintaining a good length and still making it look stylish. Also the staff is very polite. Keep it up!

Had a hair wash, haircut, shave and head to back massage. Found this place in Agora Mall and could not believe how good these guys are. Pankaj gave me one of the best head and back massages. Due to the Navratri festival the price of the above was nearly half the price. Keep up the good work Pankaj and the team.

Came here to get ready for wedding prep. Nisha the main staff here managed to blow dry my hair in 15 minutes and accommodated all my nail requests. Highly recommend

Went for keratin treatment and they truly deserve 5 start for the service. Nisha and Harman were an absolute delight. Would be definitely visiting again.
