Its a South Indian restaurant. But the taste might be different. Food is really good. Bit expensive. You may face difficult for finding the restaurant since it's on the 3 Rd floor of one complex. Service is good.

With so much debris around, not easily accessible, still manage reaching the restaurant nestled in a corner.... . inviting place. Water served in brass tumblers in the first few minutes, subsequently three chutneys and gun powder served in cute brass containers...................rising expectations. Right air conditioning, well organised seating, mild Hindu devotionals and a smiling server.....................soaring expectations. Rasam idly with generous rasam, medu vada. Dosa and Uthappam must try. Sambar and rasam served in a Alauddin magic lamp type saucer and washing off with filter coffee.. The server was serving as if he read each ones mind and expectations. When the bill arrives with paan you don't check the bill twice....leave a generous tip. Because Heart is full....Stomach over full

Good place to have sankalp style south indian food. As usual taste is little bit off from the actual south indian food have bit of a Gujarati touch to it. Place has open as well as air conditioned seat space available. Their service is okaish nothing extra ordinary. They have a parking space available in the building. Remains crowded on weekends dinner times.

i have been visiting here since my childhood, the finest place to eat dosai and idly vada. Sambhar 5/5 Chutney 5/5 Usually on weekends you'll find rush here ,but waiting is worth it for food here The prices are a bit on the higher side but you'll definitely be satisfied with the single serving quality and quantity

Must try Maysoor Masala Dosa. Food was awesome, it was very clean and friendly staff. They even have indoor and outdoor options, they have space for small functions and gatherings good for 50-70 people. Took pics of masala Bundi and Dahi Bundi but dosa and uttapam were so good that I forgot to take pictures. Must visit for authentic south Indian food with family (average 200-400₹ per person)

The only place in Ahmedabad that u can assured of absolutely tasty, delicious, sumptuous and good quality food. The place is hygienic & the service is absolutely the best 👍🏼 I would recommend this place to everyone.

Pathetic. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. My worst experience at a restaurant in Ahmedabad of all time. The ambience is a -1/10 with a totally congested space and zero sunlight making one feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome here. Its good to revisit your old memories. Although today there are many more Sankalp outlets and other south indian restaurants around the city, these 1 gives you the real feel of Sankalp. As always their food has authentic south indian taste. Have maintained the same hospitality and friendly staff.

Ambiance wise, this is one of the best branch of Sankalp as it has a cool terrace. Amazing taste as usual but for this Rs. 200/- dosa, interior can be improved. This location probably hasn't been renovated for a long time and it feels dated.

Food here is awsome but avoid visit on sundays as they are more in hurry and sometimes serves cold food. Otherwise it is good. Unlimited menu is excellent except sizzler in it. This isbthe worst sizzler i have eaten.

I spend a good amount of money & what I get served is cold sambhar. Food quality not upto the mark. Cheap & congested seating arrangement. Housekeeping staff not properly trained who lack etiquettes. Roadside guys are better. Food served was cold, even roadside food tastes better. You cheaters serve different chutneys & use that same chutneys in cooking what's new in that man. No responsible manager available in the restaurant & you people charge like you are serving diamonds. After a long search & rejecting 5 to 6 places we landed up at Sankalp. The exterior of the Resturant isn't appealing but we we entered the Resturant we found it to be very well designed, perfect indoor temperature meeting upto international standards, extremely polite & humble Manager, waiters , captain.... Food was excellent and authentic South Indian in taste ... Had to most wonderful experience and came to know that they have branches not only all across India but World too..... They claim they're serving taste of South. But its worst. They are ruining the name of veg pulao, masala dosa etc south flavours. And cost is meaningless.

So I have been eating at this restaurant from years and even after all this years they are successful in maintaining the quality of food appealing. Their services are amazing too and I must say that eating here is always worth it. This place is personally my favourite and holds lots of memories I have made here with friends and family.

Food is very good.Restaurant location need to be changed.It is in very ancient complex. Also parking you have to struggle if you are going on weekends or holidays. No parking provided by restaurant you have use AMC parking which is also challenge in evening time.

Food is good but the service is not so good.. as it was Sunday and crowdy they don't attend the table properly.. sambhar was not at time on table. We are having anniversary of our family member and we brought cake for cutting and tell them serve on table for cutting and after that pack it in box. They put that cake open on their dish table till we had our dinner..and then also after so many time of reminder they came with box which is not of cake.. it was their sankalp box and cake'box they trash.. that is oky but they pack the cake in front of our eyes very rudely they throw cake , candles and knife broke and that broken knife also they throw in box.. it's was so rude service.. instead of celebration of anniversary we all family members disappoints.. they bring pan also too late when we all people go out side the restaurant. Big disappointed this time..
