Worst experience while visiting it second time. Food was worse, not a single item to praise. Today went there for my wife’s birthday and we're literally disappointed. Even desserts were not tasty, which happened first time.

Amazing experience. Food quality and taste were good. I have chose the buffet option which has limited menu item in it but still all the foods were good. They also served a brand new innovative dish name Alita which was a mixture of egg, pan cake and pizza but they were not like that.. It was delicious.The ambience was also good. Staff member were friendly and helpful.

The vibes are truly amazing here, once you get in you can feel the foodie atmosphere. The food is very delicious and super fast services is available. It is one the best places to eat at a worthy cost.

Went there for Sunday brunch. Food was too good but felt veg main course options were limited may be because of Bengali theme. Rest everything was good.

Food is below below par. Limited choices and very slow service. Majority of the positive reviews are forced on by the staff so dont go by it try place like itc narmada which has amazing food and great ambience too

One of the best. One of the worthy food I had at this place!! Many more options they have for vegetarian and we had ordered few dishes!! Soup was not bad Kebab was just superb it's simply special!! Main couse we have ordered one paneer dish and dal makhani Paneer dish was one of unique dish and dal makhani was simply fresh at all!! Dal was consistency!! Breads was simply superb... Cleanliness is next level, Another good thing is the staff was cooperative. Whith this the total visit is cheerfully completed. Still I'm happy to choosen that place for dining!!

I had a strange feeling inside. Every staff member I met, from valet to check-in to pick up to cleaning staff delightful and helpful. The food was also very tasty. Thank you!

I went for dinner with 2 of my friends, we reached the restaurant at 10:25PM. When we sat down for buffet dinner, the waiter said they will be closing in 15mins but as we have just entered he will ask the team to extend it for 15mins more. We started with Soup which was ok, nothing special. They had 8 types of Salads, Chaat Counter , Live Pizza, starters. We went for Chicken starter which was delicious along with Paneer with was tender soft. Then we went for the main course where there was nothing different or for interesting nor the menu nor the taste. While we were having Stater the waiter kept coming and saying SIR, we need to close please place your last orders, this should be informed us before we were entering the restaurant. Then we had been served deserts at the table itself as they were closed which was no good in taste. I seriously ask people not to go as there was nothing good nor the taste nor the service.

The ambience is very nice. It was very quiet and nice place away from hustle of the city you can say. The food was nice and service was fantastic. One more thing I would like to add its an ideal place for dinner date. If you planing a date for your spouse then go for it

Excellent restaurant, with à la carte or buffet service. Excellent, really excellent desserts. Friendly staff, always ready. I must especially thank Meena who always welcomed me and my colleagues with a smile.

Food was okay. Service is very slow, the staff is just running around. Not expected from Hyatt. They are super careless after taking heavy rates on dishes. Clear soup was just- water with veggies, pasta was pathetic. Would not recommend
