Yesterday, I visited "Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad" for dinner at Momocafe, and I must say the experience at the entry gate was nothing short of awful and downright insulting. I arrived on my two-wheeler and entered through the gate, only to be abruptly halted by the security. Instead of allowing me in, I was directed towards the backside of the hotel, while individuals with four-wheelers were welcomed through the same entry. This discriminatory treatment at the entrance was not just frustrating but deeply humiliating. Despite the unpleasant start, hunger drove me to reluctantly take the wrong side of the road to access the back door entry. However, what awaited me there was even more disgusting. The back area was filled with garbage, leftover food, emitting an overpowering stench akin to a dustbin. The situation was so appalling that I felt nauseous, ultimately leading me to abandon the plan of having dinner at the location. This entire experience not only ruined my mood but also shattered my desire for a decent meal. The lack of consideration for two-wheeler guests and the deplorable state of the back entry have left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the overall service at Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad.

Excellent hotel to stay comfortably. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained with all required amenities. Food quality is awesome specifically breakfast and dinner menus. The staff members are well trained and extended v good hospitality and welcoming. The spa centre is very unique and gave me a relaxing feeling. Overall hotel Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad is a perfect place to stay either single or with family. And also a good place to celebrate family get together and events. The courtyard by Marriott is my first choice to stay.

Well let's talk about the location first. Although satellite is a good area, View is not that spectacular from the windows. Rooms are nice, tidy, properly asthenic but also typically hotel rooms. Nothing new. Also it's always felt something missing rather it being the working station with multiple desk connection console option or the floor lights but it was comfortable space and lights were good so bearable. Bathrooms could use temprature controlled shower panel but it's rather just common hot and cold adjustments. Service from the staff is extraordinary. Neither overwhelming nor insufficient. Overall good experience. Property is good so worth spending money.

One of the most exquisite five star hotels in Ahmedabad. The food here was absolutely amazing, the hospitality was good, too. And the hotel is located at one of the most happening cross roads so the view is just amazing! Definitely worth a visit!

The rooms are quite compact, but the location is absolutely stunning. While the food was satisfactory, it's worth noting that there is a significant number of non-vegetarian options available. As for the room service, it can be described as moderate.

I was here for a night on my short business trip to Ahemdabad. Flight got delayed hence reached pretty late. Nice property, staff is courteous. Rooms are nicely maintained and are of decent size. Had a good night sleep, linen was fresh and pillows were comfortable. Used in room dining at midnight, pasta and sandwiches were tasty. Buffet breakfast I would say was average. Taste I would give 5/10.

They allowed scammers like the Pacific Holidays group to scam people of their money by hosting a fake event at their hotel. Read the group's critic reviews on the internet and you'll understand what kind of group it is. Marriott should have been cautious about what they are doing. It's not about money only, it's about experience what you get from a place.

During the stay at the hotel, we had ordered dinner using the in-room dining facility at the hotel. The bill for the same was somewhere around 500 Rs. We received 2 calls early in the morning at 7 AM as a reminder to make payment for the same. We said that we would make the payment during the checkout process. Even after this, the hotel sent one of their staff members to the room at 7:30 AM again asking for payment. This is absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. We have been loyal customers to Marriott for a very long time. The staff almost behaved like we were going to run away without making the payment. Coming to our room early in the morning asking for payment is not something which is acceptable from a big brand name like yours.

Business Trip with more than 25 delegates/business leaders for two night and three days. 1. The Hotel has a huge lobby now this gives space for the guests to wait. We shared all guests ids before hand and it helped in quick check in. 2. Rooms are slightly old but you don't lose out on the premium experience. Hospitality at the hotel is outstanding. Met the General Manager, Deep. Head of Sales, Tushar. And the entire team was courteous. 3. There is a roof top swimming pool, I missed out on that but it was good as my colleagues pointed out. 4. One area of improvement is the end to end execution during Dinner and Breakfast on a busy weekend, at the Restaurant. Need more training for the team to understand how to manage guest experience in rush times!. Overall, must visit and great experience.

Firstly it's just beside the highway, the hygiene is very well maintained as its name is already quite popular. Staff is very helpful. Quit place and the decorations is also very beautiful as I have seen it of Christmas. Overall very awesome experience of mine.

Visited Momo cafe as a part of my business meeting. We ordered coffee to go with mushroom 🍄 Risotto. The taste of the food was good but services was not upto the mark , as they took too much of time to prepare the order.

This is one of the oldest five star of Ahmedabad. Rooms have been maintained taking into account old property. The food is decent and team is courteous.

The stay was excellent, and I enjoyed Live Sitar play during breakfast in the restaurant. He was playing Money Heist and other new tracks with Indian fusion. Loved it. Sorry, I missed the Sitar player name. :)

We went in a large group of 11, the staff were very hospitable at all times and ensured we were all being looked after. The rooms were very clean, good sizes and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our stay and a lot of us have specific dietary requirements which were met and they had a variety of choices to eat. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

One of the most senior staff person has no manners to speak with new guest. breakfast was pathetic. I asked to staff, she said you have paid all payment in advance. So we can’t help in any way. And they think they are greats !! 🤫

Sabhita ( in charge in breakfast) is the friendliest among the friendly staffs at Courtyard. She is kind when interacting to people as we are Indonesian far from home, It is such a great gesture of her. We feel amazed by her courtesey. Overall hotel was great and flawless.

We had bulk bookings and got the best deal. Staffs were very courteous as well as helpful. They have different floors for smoking and non smoking rooms. Java cafe had delicious food. Room size was good enough.

Third class service. Don't stay.. don't stay.. don't stay.. Latest experience dtd.21/09/2021 No early check in on the name of fully rooms booked. They are literally making us fool. There was one person had checked out in front of my eyes, they even accepted that it is vacant but they don't have maintenance team to clean the room hence they could not provide us room. I don't understand their point, the big hotel don't have the maintenance guys/team. The early checking is an essential service for corporate travelers like us, I do have early checking and early check out too. You must reserve couple of rooms for travelers like us. This hotel is failed in providing the corporate service to us. Now I will never stay and never prefer anybody to stay in this hotel further. 2 month's back bad experience. I ordered cutlery to eat food and they took 65 minutes to provide it. They did it in the name of non availability of maintenance team. They always have some excuses in the name of CUSTOMER SERVICES. My message to marriot group, nothing happen if you just built a big hotels, if you need business then you must build good customer repo and healthy experience.

We were a group of 8 people and had booked 1 suite and 2 normal rooms. Check in was 3 pm. We reached 12 pm. They gave us an early check in to the suite. Next day we asked for delay in check out and they gave us one room extended for 2 hours. They wer courteous and understanding. During breakfast I did not like a certain dish, found it bland, the staff took feedback from everyone and when i mentioned this, the chef personally came to understand the issue and make it as per my preference. Shows how much they value customers. Good rooms n beds are provided by all. These small things make a difference.

Trying to cope with The Marriott standards, this hotel gave me a good stay experience. Experience with the buffet wasn’t the best including slow service and wrong orders. However room service preparation turned out to be excellent. The manager Mr Badshah and few other hotel staff put in their best efforts to make my stay comfortable and tried to provide whatever I needed.

Average Taste , 4 stars for the Receptionist who literally helped in collecting the caps and party masks placed on the table, infact she helped us in clicking the pictures, very kind girl she was.

Visited this regular haunt till a few years back for a family dinner. The quality of food and service at this hotel has gone down drastically over the years. Short on staff, there is no personalised attention while dining. It seemed that the waiters were untrained. Cutlery was not cleaned properly and had food deposits. Simple requests took a long time to be catered for. The hotel needs to up the ante to be back into reckoning as a fine dine place.

Not what I expected of the place, great looks prime area, good cleanliness but mediocre taste. Just overrated if you have ever tasted kachori samosa etc in Rajasthan or Madhya pradesh, these place comes no where close to their local shops, I tried pyaz kachori and samosa along with rabdi and kaala jamun, And believe me when I say very average taste Depending upon what they charge for their items and what they claim as their brand they are no where close to it. Go to local Rajasthani halwai near you anywhere in Ahmedabad and the taste will be alot better than here.

Great Place to stay, Specially in the morning the Live Flute Performance is amazing while you have your comfy breakfast. Giving 3 Stars because the Gym doesn't have Fresh Towels- you need to call them up every time and ask for it.

Good place , it has a restaurant and a cafe called as Java. Have been to Java , it’s nice and place has good vibes too. As it was full Today , I decided to sit over at their restaurant. Staff was unattentive , had to call staff by waving hands twice. This cud have been avoided. Had juice and a hot chocolate, price was fair as per the standards , restaurant look is good not that great vibe. Juice was fine , hot chocolate had definite scope of improvement.

It's a nice place but they need to experiment on new varriety of sweets especially in Sugar free sweets. Only three options in sweets consider very low. At least five to six option of sugar free sweets must be their for customer to choose better option... Like dry fruits sugar free laddoo.

We went for spending an evening and were asked to leave soon, as other customers were waiting! Literally, the cleaning guy would have cleaned me if I wouldn’t hv moved in next 2 mins. I took my moong daal halwa and went to the bill counter to complain about the staff by quoting his name who asked us to move out. The bill counter guys did not even bother to my problem and casually told “hum dekh lenge”! This happened today at 2100 hrs! Recommend to take away as the food quality is good! NEVER GO FOR A CASUAL DINING.

Had a great 5 night stay in total at the property. Easy check in, helpful staff, good buffet breakfast. Loved their flavoured organic teas. Food served at the conference I attended and otherwise was good. The gym is small but well equipped but did feel that a support staff being around would have been better ( though I used to go in early at 6am so not sure if staff came in later). Thank you for a peaceful, pleasant stay.

While the property is good, strategically located, offers delicious food however what I loved the most is their hospitality and personal attention to each guest. They accommodated my request for early check in, since they delayed offering me room for couple of mins they were polite enough to send me a Sorry note... Not that it was required but it definitely won my heart and increased my confidence on the brand Marriott!!
