    This is one of the worst 5 star hotels I have ever stayed at and is a clear miss from a chain as grand as ITC. The lobby is very small and lacks grandeur. Seating only for 6-8 people in a small alleyway (which they call as lobby). In a 5 Star hotel, I would expect some good air-freshners, welcome drinks and more vibrant and creative space. This is purely a 3 star hotel lobby. The rooms were okay. The linen was very dirty with patches and spots on multiple locations. The AC only works if you request them to call an engineer. Bathroom had urine stains from previous guests. In a 5 star property, they should keep a separate shampoo and conditioner, but here they just mix it in a dispenser. The bed is super light and even some movements makes it move meters. Breakfast is decent with an acceptable spread compared to a 4 star. They labeled Pain-Au-Chocolat as a crossiant. Live Paratha they would only serve one variety which is not a feature of a 5 star. Overall this hotel is just inappropriate for a 5star and more of a 3 star.

    The place is advertised as a 5 star hotel but it's not even close to 2 stars. The management of the hotel has to really step up if they want travellers from overseas to stay at their hotel. The staff here is very lovely, friendly and helpful however there have been a number of issues : 1. We had booked accommodation for 1 person accidentally and then corrected it for 2 persons. We had a confirmation via an email from the hotel that they had noted the change but when we checked in, the person at the reception didn't accept the email and charged us extra for 7 nights. 2. Cleanliness is a zero for the hotel - there was mold all over in the bathroom, some walls in the room and broken tiles, we had to make a request to change the room. 3. We were moved to another room but the bathroom and even the toilet is pretty disgusting in terms of cleanliness. 4. The soap in the dispenser ran out - housekeeping does not even check the supplies; we had to ask for soap and were given a really tiny soap bar between 2 people - I called the help desk and asked them to fill up the dispenser, I had to tell them I felt uncomfortable asking for soap 5. The hair dryer was broken, we had to ask twice to replace it. 6. There was no milk in the fridge to make coffee/ tea 7. The rooms are old, there is no effort to renovate the rooms or even keep them clean to a basic level 8. The cupboard does not even have enough space to keep your belongings 9. The linen on the bed is old and the bed is not comfortable. 10. We had to ask to replace the fridge in the room twice, even then - the fridge was not cold enough. There could be a number of issues that were identified and hard to list everything in one but the hotel management can absolutely not advertise it as a 5 star hotel, it's almost fake advertising.

    The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, The food is so amazing and delicious, it was great. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend. The best hotel I’ve everyone been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building. Property is clean Overall, I had a great experience. Must try zodiac restaurant having lots of variety with amazing test.

    Very good hotel. Friendly staffs. Food, good spread however, taste is ok compared to other 2 fortune in the city.. Check out process took little late. Otherwise it was nice stay. Good for business travellers 👍

    We came here for only a night stay. The hotel was described as a 4-star hotel but didn’t feel like that in any way. The room we were given was very dirty. The toilet was not cleaned properly and the tables and lamps had a lot of dust on it. We had to ask them to change the room, upon which they said they would upgrade us which they didn’t. The second room was a bit cleaner but still not upto the mark. The service wasn’t very well as well. Wouldn’t recommend it.

    Had a 2 night stay here and it was a really good experience, The location is pretty good as it's peaceful and quiet. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, they were quite responsive to any query. My stay included breakfast for both days, and it was just amazing, the quality and taste of the food were great. There were a plethora of options available to choose from. The few little nit picks i can do was, for some reason the bathroom (shower area) could have been a bit cleaner. The view from the room i got was not anything to write home about, but i won't consider this a deal breaker. Overall a great experience, would surely recommend.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. While overall it was a pleasant stay, there were a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, the hotel reception's response time was not as quick as expected. When I called and requested a call back once the room was ready, I was informed that it would take approximately 1 hour. However, I received the call after around 4 hours, which was a longer wait than anticipated. Secondly, I encountered some issues with the room service. I requested a towel and had to wait for approximately 24 minutes before it was delivered. The lack of promptness affected my schedule, causing me to be late for breakfast. Additionally, due to the delay, I was unable to fully enjoy the breakfast as it was about to end. On a positive note, I must commend the hotel for their breakfast spread. It offered a variety of options and the quality of the food was good. In conclusion, while the hotel had its shortcomings in terms of reception response time and room service efficiency, the breakfast experience was enjoyable with a wide selection of dishes. I hope that the hotel takes these points into consideration and works towards improving their responsiveness and service efficiency for a better overall guest experience.

    I Have been a regular Fortune guest, todays experience of check in will make me think again to book this Hotel. I was in reception at 2.35 pm and got my room keys at 4 pm. Most inexperienced and In efficient front office staff I have ever come across( the Front office manager Mr. Parth was not even in proper uniform and the lame excuses he was giving was ridiculous and not professional. This particular hotel shouldn’t be rated as 4 star. Closing this with a promise to never visit this property ever.

    Fortune select definitely lived up to the expectations the name invokes. Mr Gaurav at reception ensured a very smooth early check in experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality at this hotel and would definitely book it again if we came to Ahd

    Stayed during national games. Overall had wow stay experience from food to rooms every expect gave mesmerising feeling. Breakfast had lots of varities and rooms were spacious with control panels near bed to control all lights air-conditioning and curtains all ere automatic very modern and luxurious room.

    We went for Dinner at their Zodiac restaurant available in ground floor. We have not visited for staying so not putting anything for room. Very good and polite staff. Good service and enough servicing staff, so once you complete the food of one part, they will take used plates from your table immediately. The quality of food is very good. Chhota Tarbuch is like mixing of pista katari and gulab jamun, but very very delicious. Angoor rabdi and jalebi also very tasty. They are Servicing hot fulka roti and other roti on table. They have verious types of fresh salads and sweet dishes available, which is not seen in other all such buffet dinner. Overall experience is very good for us all.

    Had a bad day here (also because of other things). Worst thing here is being judged by your looks, your company and the vehicle with which you arrived. Talking about the rooms, not ready before you check-in. Nothing is complimentary except 4 water bottles. Even the basic things are not there in the room, you need to request everything and those will be provided after 2 hours or never. Mini bar won't work, shower pieces defective, salty water in showers and taps (not sure if the water in Ahmedabad is like this everywhere or just here). And I expected a Smart TV in the room (probably not imp for y'all). Also rooms are not sound proof, so beware with your privacy. Ambience is good, City view is awesome. Didn't try any food but heard they have great chefs.

    The front desk staff are definitely not from Hospitality industry, I am sure due to Covid-19 lockdown the trained ones have gone back home and they have appointed some low budget ones. Rest everything is good, A good hotel given in the hands of unprofessional front desk to manage.

    Nice ambience. Food is good and buffet is great in qty but not is taste and options. The desserts are nice. The salad needs improvement. Food overall is great. If you love to take your family friends for one in a time gathering the restaurant is the best place to be at.

    We had a fab experience at this property. Stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was upgraded to their Club room category. The in room dine service was top notch and the food was great too. They accommodated the breakfast for my wife in our room as she was not well.

    Excellent Experience I stayed for 3 days for business meeting and staffs were too cooperative and supportive. Rooms are spacious with all the required facilities. Food is just awesome, they have varieties, specially sweet & salad sections was decorated good. Food was also delicious in taste.

    The non-vegetarian Thali was excellent. I really think all the south Indian non-veg lovers should definitely visit to this restaurant it will take you back to Chennai. Moreover the à la-carta food is also excellent special shout out to the chef ,!Mr Shiva and thanks to Ms. Shruti whose personal attention to our cuisine had made it really special and memorable for us. I rate the mutton dishes 5 out of 5. Fish preparations were also delicious. Firstly the Payasam just took me back to Kerala.

    Being welcomed at Fortune Select lets you feel like part of the family. Friendly staff are always ready to help. A great selection of food from their restaurant. You are in for a treat, from starters through to desert. Bathroom facilities can do with an upgrade and a good cleanup. All and all, Fortune Select makes a great stay.

    The hotel staff was very generous. But the stay was bad. Definitely not coming back or recommending it to any one. The bed linens and towels were not clean. I got bed bug bites all over my leg. The property was filled with mosquitoes all over. This was the second visit. Last visit I had raised an issue with food and the same was reminded by me at the time of arrival. But there was no improvement. Even the basic tea was not made properly!! A big NO for my next stay.

    We went for a team dinner of 50 people with our client who came from UK - the place is dull, staff is cold, nobody treated us at entrance, asked about feeding room at reception and the guy went on the call without answering. Food quality is cheap, many of our staff including the client got sick - when we called them about this, their answers were lame like “we had this many other ppl, nobody complained”. Definitely not going there again and not recommended

    I had a wonderful experience staying here. My room was neat and clean and the staff made sure that I staying safe. All the precautions were taken. I thoroughly enjoyed delectable food. I would recommend it to solo, couple and family traveler. Staff and service was great.

    The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations. Which will come in affect as the noises will jarr your stay for sure. The staff are somewhat not in sync with the hospitality sometimes. Our room wasn't ready. The power plugs of the suite wasn't working well. They need to really take better maintenance and care of the place. It's a good place to stay in but I won't come in again until they take better care of their guests. The restaurants are nice.

    The rooms are spacious.. Bathroom need renovation, especially the washbasin and the toilet bowl had stains due to aging. Renovation was on,.so couldn't explore more. Staff were good, can improve, especially at the front desk. Restaurant was beautiful, staff, especially Nikhil was friendly and always ready to help.

    •Good spacious rooms with 5 star amenities •Service staff for rooms and restaurant were upto expected standards •Breakfast spread was quite good which included cold cuts, indian, oriental, desserts along with multiple healthy drink options •Dinner buffet was delicious with; lot of options •Good location, easily accessible.. Palladium mall within walking distance. **The exterior of the hotel was going through a renovation during our stay hence the bamboos outside the window in the picture.

    Rooms are small. Neat. They give toiletries, decent ones. You also get a shaving kit per person and toothbrush and toothpaste also. No bathroom slippers provided though. Also a MAJOR LACUNA IS THAT BATHROOM/TOILET EXHAUST CANNOT BE SWITCHED ON IN ANY ROOM by the user. This leaves the stench lingering which is okay for couples but not for friends or unrelated people or professionals booking a room in sharing basis. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO OR THEY SAY AT THE HOTEL, FOR NO ROOM SHALL THAT EXHAUST BE OPEN. SO DO NOT BOOK THE ROOMS IF YOU ARE GOING TO SHARE THE ROOM WITH A NON-FAMILY MEMBER. Food is excellent, but NO TAWA ROTI and request for multi grain bread or rotis was declined. Desserts are really good bt lachcha parantha is not good, it's same as tandoori roti, almost. Bathrooms are tiny , very small, and so are rooms. NOT SUGGESTED FOR A LONG STAY. FOR ONE DAY STAY ITS OKAY, IF YOU CAN STAND THE smell of your roomies morning routine. OVERALL, ITS CLEAR THE ROOMS ARE MEANT FOR MARRIED COUPLES. (HINT : bathroom and bed is separated by a glass sheet.... You can literally watch the person take bath crystal clear , unless you wish to drop the curtain!!!) Kinky for a couple!! But weird for any one else.

    To Be honest this is not @ all 3 Star also. It’s just Corporate Business Hotel. If people book for family I will Recommend please don’t Book. Worst Experience from this Hotel. In Night their Air conditions Gets low from everywhere lobby, Rooms everywhere. My 8th floor lobby Ac was not in working. Yeah Their Staff valet Parking Morning Guy and Security Morning Guy were Humble and Good Nature and helpful For Directions and many more. But overall Experience was Worst Sorry just coz of location I am giving 4 otherwise I won’t.

    The rooms are huge, and it helped that they bumped me up to club room as a free upgrade. Very classy and airy. Great food, good service. Ankita on the front desk was very helpful but overall, the entire team waa a delight.

    Just back from Ahmedabad and enjoyed the hospitality of Fortune Select SG Food is Good Restaurant Staff is excellent and supportive (mentioning Shravani, Iti, Aniket and others were all very helpful) Property is ageing and needs upkeep. Dustbins, accessories around washbasin, shower Housekeeping Department is slow, please pull it up We had pleasant stay and recommend Fortune Select SG

    Rooms not up to the standard of a hotel labelled 5-Star. Staff not well trained. Also the rooms were not clean, table dented and broken, Side lamp was rusted. All in all very underwhelming experience considering the prices charged.

    Check-in was not a very pleasant experience. Every individual guest should have right to obtain a room key ( not to have fight for it) Staff in the breakfast area not well trained they lacked common knowledge too. Not really their fault it is the responsibility of the hotel group. The waitresses working in the same dinning area during lunch were completely incapable of good or adequate service as all (3) got the order wrong. Received very good service by ‘Chef’ Rajat Also another member of management who me I did not take name was very helpful kind & concerned about my health. On the whole - Adequate training is all that is needed in comparison to hotels in Mumbai Delhi Bangaluru etc.

    Personally disliked the food. The Onam preparations were not up to the mark and price was very high. The service was poor, the hotel is severely understaff or may be a cost cutting measure to earn more profits. The ambience too is below standards.

    We went for Sunday brunch, compared to the pricing food varieties were less and taste and ambiance was average. However, hospitality was good . Out of five I'll give 2 stars to food, 2 stars to Ambience and 5 stars to hospitality.

    For the facilities, bit costly. However stay was comfortable, accomodating staff and breakfast spread was awesome. Quality of food is good.. Question of how much you as an individual pay for it. Bit conflict within me on this.

    The fern hotel is best for staying. ambiance of hotel is great thay have different types of room like sweet & club or normal room thay have in house cafe for breakfast, lunch or dinner and also have 24x7 room service.room price is not much is high it's normal.

    If this is 5 star I don't know how this industry functions. This filth I can see with my bare eyes, I don't know about the bed. I didn't sleep on bed but on the chair next to it. Tall lamps are rusting and the fabrics comes off . One lamp I saw from far that there was duck made, but from near it was torn.

    This hotel requires a massive overhaul. The staff is super slow and ignore guest calls. The linen and towels were visibly dirty. Even the basic things in the washroom needs urgent maintenance. Not sure how they claim to be a 5 star hotel. The only reason they get 2 stars is for the quality of the food at their Garden Cafe Restaurant. Their management must look into the day today maintenance of the place. Lastly, they follow a new system, their staff checks the mini-bar everyday. Never seen anything like that. Massive scope for improvement!

    It was great stay at The fern. Hotel staff is well mannered and will always greet you when meet. Housekeeping services are fast and resolved instantly. Breakfast at hotel was also good and up to the mark.

    Had amazing experience with our stay in fern. Spacious and clean room. Good room service along with two restaurants and two halls this is really good option for any office conference or parties. Food was also nice and very nice service by the staff.

    The Property and it’s Staff is just Pathetic. The services and conduct of staff was awful 😢 throughout the stay. The staff has a tendency of putting wrong bills and they cannot be trusted. And over and above their GM Mr Dogra who is suppose to take the responsibility of the Hotel is also hopeless and doesn’t have guts to face the customer and accept their reviews. It’s better to stay in some Motel then to stay in Fern and spoil your mood and time. Just Pathetic hotel with irresponsible manager.

    Bad Service. After completing the checkin formalities, no one bothered to take our luggage or escort us to the rooms. Fortunately, I had stayed there earlier so knew how to reach out to the rooms. Morning breakfast spread was ok but should score zero on service. It took them 45 minutes to serve tea and that too after couple of reminders.

    We ate the Dinner buffet on a Monday... For 5 the bill was approx 5,500 which is totally not worth the experience of the food... The food was constantly empty trays and when it came, it was measured and really less quantities... Between 5 people less than a quarter plate of a single starter came after a long wait... Overall.. sparse, not delicious and highly avoidable experience... We will definitely not be going again .. this kind of an experience is not what you expect when you pay more than a grand per head. The wait staff is overwhelmed and confused i think by the state of affairs in the buffet restaurant and overall this was a waste of time and money. Cannot believe it runs in the same building as dravida

    Loved this hotel in terms of room size, food taste & buffet spread. Outdoor seating is there besides zodiac restaurant. I liked the smart remote systems to operate curtain, lights & ac. I want to mention once again for Food. Taste is really amazing and you won’t be disappointed even if you are only vegetarian.

    Luxurious place to stay, room's are spacious and large french windows gives you loots of roomy feeling and positive vibes. Lots of food options in veg and non veg both. Hotel staffs are humble and supportive. Interior design is simple and butiful.

    Staff is so much rude nd untrained. Very bad behaviour of vinay and sushil in way of talking specially. Being in hospitality they hv to make sure our stay will be nice and safe. But they are behaving like they are doing us a favor. Stay has been booked before a month ago nd they don't have any records of it. They asked us to pay the full bill prior to the check in. We hv done that as well. Still receiving rude calls to leave on time from staff even before one our of checkout. If minous rating exist, i would like to give -5...

    Ambience is amazing of Zodiac restaurant. Food also tasted great and fresh . Overall good experience . We also got amazing buffet offers from other Apps, that made our experience worthwhile.

    Limited choice of fare.. but the quality and the taste is excellent. The delivery order portions are quite good compared to many other restaurants in the same league.

    First impression & it's Bad impression.. I guess you guys need to get your room standards checked once. AC - Noisy & doesn't work well for me. Controller machine was beeping all over night 😄 Main Door - Stays open & your housekeeping boys has kept this open 5 times 😅. You can cross check if I have complaint or not. Bathroom - Check the algae over bathroom curtains.. come on guys.. this is rediculous. No outside food* this is epic to understand! Best thing is view from Bedroom window & Breakfast! It's Not coming next time 😉

    Horrible in 1 word. They claim it as 5 star, i don't feel like giving them even 1 star. Rooms have stains everywhere. Washrooms are worst. Commode has stains. Wash basin is choked. Also the bath area is not properly designed hence the water doesn't dry up easily. Called in room dining for 30 mins, no one bothered to pick up. TVs will have regular channels, no HD channels, no OTT. breakfast is the only good thing about this hotel. The Central Air conditioning doesn't have any control in the room, so even if you switch the AC off, it will be chilling cold in the morning.
