Though the room alloted was not sanitised properly and I had problems with insects, however when I complained, they immediately changed the room. That was indeed a good and immediate response from them. The breakfast wasn't exciting as there was limited options and the person responsible was more concerned to note the room number than to see what could be made available to the customer. Anyways, a good place to check in.

It's a very good hotel. Staffs are kind and helpful . All the meals are delicious and so many varieties are available. Rooms are very clean and all the amenities are available. There are indian and continental foods in the buffet. Restaurant is very nice and clean. I wish them all success in their business.

I had a prepaid corporate booking and their team had no clue of it. Asked me to pay again. They intentionally slowed down the Internet to such speed, equivalent to no Internet. So that you will be forced to buy their paid Internet. The staff's response time is extremely slow. I requested a bottle of water at 10pm and it came at 12am. They deserve one star only for their kind restaurants staff.

The most horrible experience we have ever had with a lemon tree property.The problems are highlighted as below: 1. A laundry bag of another guest (not part of our booking) was kept in our room.while we were proactive in returning immediately once we got to our room and noticed.The front desk expected we pay INR 600 for that. 2. It was clearly a depleted property and not maintained properly 3. There was stench in the lobby and hallway 4. The towels provided carried a smell that was unbearable 5. The breakfast spread was mostly stale 6. There was no hot water in the room 7. Delays in providing crockery or any housekeeping assistance Numerous time we asked for the manager of the property,but there is clearly no manager. I request readers to pardon my language but the modus operandi of the hotel staff was to make any random staff member wear a black blazer and call the staff member a manager. Now obviously the black blazer was not iron man’s suit that this individual could do any miracles. We tried complaining with make my trip,the executive was Tarun Singh who could not provide any solution and kept asking for time.he promised to get back but hasn’t till now. Its a convenient location and good property. We visited at a heavy rush time of Utarayan that's why the staff was unable to cope up with room service demands. Breakfast spread is decent and food is tasty. Front desk needs sprucing up.

The food served was absolutely average. Typical stuff that you would get anywhere else. Staff was a bit slow but quite informative on things to do around. Major disappointment was the passage alleyway on each floor. They were forever dirty. The floor forever sticky for some reason. They need a major cleanup. Food wise, serving fresh buttermilk was a great idea. I preferred that over the food. And strawberry yoghurt smoothie was a lovely change too. Bare minimum. Also, need to mention one more thing. Usually breads are made customised for guests. Some people don't eat tandoori naan or maida roti all the time. Most of the hotels of similar kind provide missi roti aur plain chapati etc which is healthier. Yes I understand Gujarat has an overload of Amul butter and cheese and terrible health overall, but serve maybe authentic traditional food as well to the guests? Their are better Lemon Trees existing across the country.

i am facing difficulty to book room online but I'm unable to i, for same i was called to helpline no. but they are given on-other number & they also help less, also sent mail to customer care mail id & reminder on it but still no any revert given by them-on call & mail. I love everything about the Lemon Tree hotel chain especially on the Gujarat side. This hotel is one of my favourites whenever I visit Ahmedabad I must go here. Its infrastructure lightening system is too good.

Himmat vadapav center is a shop next to hutheesing Jain temple . The place is a bit hard to find from the busy area . They serve hot and soft vada pav’s here . The best way to get here is the small lane which is next to the Jain temple . Not that well maintained and unhygienic .

Pathetic services, staff was very rude no basic amemities were provided in the room, they don't even receive the calls. Breakfast was given after 2 hrs inspite of the multiple request. Site shows that pool is there but there was no pool. Limited options(only 2) in the buffet during the dinner, Asked for face tissues but was told that it's over ice cream was there is in menu but was not provided cause they said it's over, naan was there in the menu but they said that tandoor is closed because no one orders naan. Had stayed in this hotel seven years back. Quality of service has deteriorated a lot since then. Rooms didn't have basic facilities like soap in the bathroom, Iron , laundry bag, sterilized glasses. I had to get my WC repaired in the first hour and no separate extension for housekeeping despite a short key on phone , all calls were being picked by front desk. Blame it on Covid but food quality and restaurant service was pathetic due to lack of enough staff. Overall at every step we had to struggle and do efforts to make things work. Not a happy experience.

Beautifully located. Had booked a room for two. There was only one towel, only one cup and the TV was not working. Repeated requests went unanswered. Breakfast was a tepid affair. The good part was the fruits, bread and coffee. The masala dosa was not upto the mark. Upma was okay as was the idli. Would have to think hard if I would want to stay there again. By the way, the rooms are neat.

We had a very unpleasant experience at lemon Tree Ahmedabad. Especially, the restaurant staff doesn't even have knowledge of what Jain Food is, despite Ahmedabad having a significant Jain Population. Hotel location is though on river front area but the entrance is from a not so pleasant and thickly populated area. They made us wait over 30 minutes to just check us in into an already booked hotel. They don't have hot water available 24/7. The wifi server was off. Rooms were extremely congested. Bathroom had broken and stained walls. We asked for shampoo, they said they don't provide. You can decide whether you want to stay here despite all this but in my opinion you can get much better value of your money else where.

Lemon Tree chain had a standard to maintain, which they have miserably failed in this property (situated at Navrangpura). Service standards are very, very poor. The staff is untrained and inconsiderate. From not finding water coming in your bathroom and no one from the team responding for an hour to in-room dining serving you cold food, having the same buffet menu every day (I have stayed here for good six days). I would recommend converting this property into a government guest house, for the standards match very well!

The worst Lemon Tree I have ever seen. Two idiots are at the front desk who know nothing but pretention is they are the kings of Rajputana. Worst breakfast menus in adequate food. The front office team must be terminated at immediate effect at least to keep the brand value of Lamon Tree fame.

Such a terrible hotel. Very old property. staffs here are not responding for any of your queries. Very ordinary breakfast. Even for dinner they have provided a cold sandwich which is worth of 500 rupees. It's not even worth for 30 rupees. Roadside you will get better quality sandwich. These guys are spoiling the name of Lemon Tree. If you want to have unpleasant stay you can book this hotel.

The rooms are ok. Need a renovation for sure. Staff is super slow. If you have breakfast included in your plans be prepared to wait for an hour atleast to get anything refilled in the buffet breakfast station.

Dear Shri Sunil Dubey, Associate Director of Sales, Please refer to our telephonic discussion on 7th February, 2023 regarding my stay at Lemon Tree Hotel , Ahemdabad. Please take note of following : a) Upon our arrival at 1700 hours, we asked for a bathing stool, a bucket, and a mug. After we took a bath, your hotel gave a bucket and a mug, but the bathing stool wasn't available until after our visit. b) We each paid Rs. 861.16 for an early check-in for two rooms. This is extortion. I suggest to Lemon Tree Hotel management that rather than utilising these ludicrous extortion methods, why not simply cut off your guest's head and take all the money?

Old property room was okay . Buffet spread was not good and even dinner spread also . Food quality was above average . Overall if you are looking for just night to spend then this hotel is okay

I have stayed in this hotel several times. The facilities are OKish. Rooms are spacious, interiors are good and location is also central. The toiletries are provided but no handwash is available in bathroom. The breakfast has very limited options and that too are not always good, which leaves you with hardly one item to consume. The staff is also friendly. However, there are issues with the housekeeping staff. Even after complaining on my last visit that the bedding should be changed on a daily basis, the staff is still changing the bedding on every alternate day and the housekeeping manager claims that it is the same in all hotels, even in 5 star. I am concerned with where I stay and not with what happens in other hotels. Being a hotel,you are charging same for each day, then what is the logic behind not changing bedsheets on every other day? Why dont you charge less for every other day then? Also, the cleaning staff pass their time watching TV in any random room after checkout or may be in a room where guest is not available at that time. Experiencing this was very disheartening. I did not face this earlier, but during my recent visit there is a lot of disturbance in the hotel, noises and song sounds, might be by the guests. Such a negligence in housekeeping services are not acceptable to me and so I had to end my current trip midway to change the hotel. Wont come to this hotel again!!

About Rooms The rooms are spacious and also have all basic amenities like Tv, AC, phone, work desk, kettle etc. Cost An average cost of a room is somewhere between 4-8k depending on the demand. Location Location is good, as all main areas are nearby, Riverfront is 2kms, Railway Station is 4kms, Airport is 8kms. Food Breakfast is good as per cost, it's 400+Tax per head. Service Chandan , Deepak and Mr.Manohar Singh (Head chef) provided exceptional service and always extended support since we were traveling with infant, the food requirements were different but all were on toes to fulfill the request. Also Mukesh from house keeping provided us good service at the property. Kudos to the team as we extended our stay at this property just because of these staff members.

Saw at least three rooms that were in a very bad state of maintenance. Lobby is well maintained but the rest of the building, not so much. Musty smell through the corridors and very dusty lifts.

On the name of Lemon Tree Hotel one can expect least of the same. Rooms were dirty, Toiletry KiTs were not even after we asked for the same. My experience was not nice. The hotel staff are not at all accommodating. I was traveling with my parents (both senior citizens) and they denied early check in. They said there is no room available however when I checked online, plenty of rooms were available so I had to book room for one day before. The room was spacious. The bed sheets and blankets were dirty though. I had booked room for three ppl however they only provided two towels. There was no hand towel. I requested for water next morning twice as we exhausted two bottle water which was provided at the time of check in, however no one brought it to the room. I had to go down myself and get water. The breakfast was okay however we had to wait for 10 min for clean plates. In conclusion, the hotel is okay but the service is bad.

OVERPRICED AND VERY DISAPPOINTING! I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights with my wife and 2-year-old son in November 2023. We went with this hotel because of their decent-sized rooms, but apart from that, everything else was just mediocre. 1. Very unfriendly staff - When we requested a late check-out, so our son could rest a bit, Mr. Sandeep, the hotel manager on duty, was only interested in making more money and had zero empathy for a customer who stayed for 10 nights. He always had the tariff card ready for any question you ask. We were so disappointed that we left the hotel immediately and booked a day elsewhere. They didn’t care. I have never seen such mean and unfriendly staff in the hotel industry. 2. Cleanliness of the rooms - Rooms were never cleaned properly. Every evening, we had to call housekeeping to get our room cleaned properly. 3. Overpriced - Very overpriced for what you get in return. 4. Breakfast - Limited and repeating menu. 5. Wifi - never worked. Almost every day, we hear people complaining about something or the other, which shows the state of affairs of this hotel. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. Nice hotel but quite dated compared to Rajkot Lemon Tree. Fitness centre is very poor. Staff are kind and helpful though. In particular, Deepika on reception, Mazuludin who helped with our bags, and Vishan and Deepkumar who looked after us very well at breakfast each morning. Thank you to them all.

It was really a great experience with lemon tree hotel. Amazing hospitality very humble staff and convenient location. We have got tasty food by Citrus cafe.With the help of these guys. I came here on a school tour from Haryana. This hotel was truly on of the best hotels I have ever seen. The fact that this hotel has 4 star rating leaves no doubt in this. The room service was fast, rooms were clean but the food was not good (breakfast). Overall, it was a nice experience. The service by the employees was absolutely marvellous. They were ready even at night. A good place to stay!
