All time favourite place for food at odd hours.. when all fine dine restaurants are closed and your are hungry for delicious and quality food this is the place - also open at wee hours post 11 pm till 2 pm ish There signature dishes are khichadi . Tawa roti . Paneer bhurji. Egg curry and their green pudina chutney is amazing

Good interior, neat and clean, they take care of hygiene also. Staffs are very cooperative.

Checking time is a big issues. I have stayed 4 times there and everytime when requested for 1hr early check or late check out they asked us to pay Rs 500 extra. Non cooperative staff. Food is good looking cation is good. Check out time is 9 am which is also quite early.

The ambience is ok. Chilli garlic toast was good. The biryani was on a little Spicer side. A decent place to dine but i have been to better places. There is one right next to this one named Artilla inn with amazing food and almost same ambiance.

Late night dinners are with egg curry n khichdi here. It is a routine for me as the taste is same since years. Good food.

Hotel was Good but Receptionist was not cooperative. I was check in late night due to delayed my flight. And It was really worst that they forced to checkout by 9:00 morning.

Food is good, regular client. But this time I found that restaurant has increased ratri around 8%, and quantity is less in compart previous time. Otherwise Tasty good, Good Service, good staff.

I have booked Hotel telephonically for my superior and concerned person on call asked for advance payment then ai informed him that we are from Company work and using always credit card for payment.If you wish I can pay advance through Gpay then you can give me back money wile I will pay through credit card. Then concerned person told It is ok just ensure booking should be confirm and when guest will check in at that time you can pay through credit card and asked me share guest name and mobile no. After that he had not picked up calls from me and my boss and after many calls he received call after 3-4 hours and told at last moment that your booking is cancelled because ou have not given advance payment. It was very unprofessional approach from this big Hotel. It was so pathetic for me to book another hotel at the last moment. Very bad experience first time during my professional carrier. I have never seen this type unprofessional people.

Had really great experience staying at the Western, Im from Canada and was looking For a great confront while staying with my clients, had an excellent service and also had great experience trying there Indian authentic food.

Great in all respects except the food. Food is too costly. Rest all are excellent. Rooms are good and well maintained. Service is really great. The service guys are very quick and helpful. The reception person is a bit serious one but does work great.

Karari bhindi was awesome must try i love it

Must try: Khichdi, Sham savera subji, Karari Bhindi, Tawa Roti(It's just like home). Good thing, I went at 2:00 am. And I was welcomed the same way they do at any other time. Excellent taste & service.

It was a nice hotel with all the arrangements. The only problem is unwanted excessive charge for early check -in in case you have done online booking. I was charged 500+ GST without receipts for this extra amount paid.
