I have visited this hotel when my father had surgery in SAL Hospital, since all other nearby hotels were booked I had no other option than to tolerate there torture. The staff are unprofessional illiterate and they seriously don't know how to treat their guest. They didn't allowed me to pay online on oyo app and forced me to pay cash. Rooms were so small, no cleanliness, no hot water, and the toilet seat was broken. On oyo app they charge you RS 50 for breakfast but they give you RS 10 poha. They have stupid rule that you have to give your room keys to them everytime you go outside hotel. At the time of checkout, they forced us to give 5 star rating. Pathetic experience, never ever visit this hotel.

Worst experience. No service ethics or professionalism. Very small stinky room. No hot water in shower. There was dust all over and it was like dustbin under bed. Pictures says it all.

Very small and conjusted rooms, conjusted washroom, room size are small. Staff is not professional but happy to help. Its upgrade version of guest house

Had to stay for 3 days 2 Night No room service after repeatedly requesting Was told about complimentary breakfast Seems that was a myth never ever received nor a single bottle of water was provided... Budget hotel staff is courteous and friendly very close to sal hospital convenient if you have a patient admitted in sal hospital rooms are well mantained and cleaned daily

Worst experience till date....very disappointed ..room allotted other than I actually booked....no cleanliness..no hygiene at all...would have changed the hotel but I had already paid online....
