Absolutely unprofessional hospital. My father was admitted for 6 days and there is just no coordination. Today I came for follow-up consultation (15 days after discharge. For that I came to the hospital in the morning, confirmed about doctor availability from front desk. They said doc available till 4 pm. So I booked a ambulance and brought my dad(who is paralysed) to the hospital. Now they are saying that the concerned doctor (Dr Rangwala) is on leave. The supervisor says it was a miscommunication. This is one example of many problematic areas with the hospital. The ICU treatment was a complete shitshow. You pay premium charges but service is just shitty. Only good part was the service in private ward for 3 days. (Specially nurse Smit who take good care of my father). Badly managed hospital. Arrogant and ill-trained staff(mostly). Avoid at all costs.

Surgical patients except *Cardiac* Come back to Hospitals with same or some other problems... might some lost there life so wont come too.. came to know from the patients are here from last 1months to last 3months.. n there parents are in ICCU OR ICU. 1. I was here for 5 nights and day with my mother... I Hardly visited my mother as being doctor 4 times during 6days premium stay. due to there policy to visit relative only between 4-6pm only one person... 2. dey do charge 5k-15k/night but dey are Not giving a room or Bed to patient Relatives... people are Sleeping out side hospital and on the floor of OPDs area... during the covid Situation... which is really pathetic.... 3. Their Security.... oooofff i wish they do job on border or at PMs house... coz dey do behave like z+ Guards... n Making Us Understand that this is badly needed in hospitals... so we all drs. are fool coz we dont behave like them in our premises... 4. except two three nursing staff.. every one is behaving like they know more than a dr. and a surgeon and we must have to obey dem. strictly else... they wont answer you and Skip from the place... 5. management Team.. Dey do really need one.. coz This Team is not doing der job properly... if the do continue such way... sure soon dey need a *LOCK&KEY* 6. Charges... thay charged you like private hospital... but dey serve you worst than govt. hospital. BTW GOVT. Hospital are far better... 7. marketing team... they will be there.. but just they need referrals... when u personally go there and ask there help.. thay will transfer to one other.... 8. when you get angry and Push ur limits till end... they will be activate like dey had powerful Energy drinks.. and Everyone started acting like they care for u lot... which totally fake.. at the end of the no results will come... this are my personal Observation after spending more than 50k+... which is quite more.. but i think.. if I'm not a dr. it will be near about 100k+... So, before coming to this hospital Do try Govt. Hospital might ull get better experiance than this... one star is Also only for Dr. Makbool sir n dr asfaq's help.. I am very disappointed with hospital security services and their management, there is no proper rest and waiting area for other than pateint, you need to take either hotal aur hospital paid service Rs.700 per person just for waiting outside, which is much expensive and I don't think every person's can effort this, their staffs are very rood and I meet with their service manager and she is also not listening complains even if you are writting in register, they are enjoying if people are crying in this hot season 45° Temp. I want to ask thier management for what purpose you are preparing this very beautiful garden which is not accessible for clients and human being. I will never recommended to any person in my life for this hospital. Please don't go there, you can find many more good hospitals nearby

The worst things is - In CCU-24 who is working under for taking care of the patient... Those are very Blunder guy. Nurse, housekeeping, MO all..... Really if patient is saying something like it's paining,or I can't able to do at this time. Then without thinking of patients, house keeping, nurse,MO is saying don't lie. There is no pain. My experience with the Narayana Hrudayala was quite good, all the management and nursing staff were good and helpful and available with my wife post her surgery to facilitate her. My only complain is that whatever time-slot a patient takes, doctor usually aren't available at that time. I know a usual reply I might be getting that, doc might be in OT but not everyday he/she remains in OT na. So, see to it.

Doctors and staff are Excellent , but if there is CGHS or Mediclaim , they are taking three to four hours or even more time to discharge the patient , which is required some improvement , during dressing work of staff was not at the level of satisfaction, overall the Hospital is best one.

My mother was admitted due to COVID and under treatment of Dr. Vivek Dave and Dr. Birjish for approx 2 months. Both doctors are the form of God. They and other staff cured my mother with the best treatment. The team of other doctors and hospital staff are also very good and supportive. Mr. Krunal (coordinator) is aslo very cooperative person.

One of the best visited Hospitals in terms of medical services, the approachability of the staff and guidance rendered by them are praiseworthy. The staff member at the reception specifically Hinaben parmar is of great help. All the things in the hospital is so streamlined starting from the entrance with the security guard, he filters out the people with genuinity to be allowed disallowing any unnecessary choas inside the premises. The serviceability of premises and the facilities are awesome. The service staff and to mention the service manager herself is always with the staff supervising the conduct and smooth functioning of hospital. The canteen facility is just amazing.. the food offered is no mundane prepration. It is careful and cautious prepration, worth trying the Dosa.. he he...overall a wounderful experience in terms of medical facility and hospitality of the staff and doctors... I am sharing my experience at this hospital 1) Behaviour of Security: Rude = 0 Star I was talking with canteen boy and security guard told me that talk to me about it. That makes no sense if I have work with him why would I talk with security? Are you a police officer or what? Do I need his permission to talk with anyone? RUDE BEHAVIOUR. I don't know his name but on the Date 31st July 2022 around 9:48 PM he was near the main Lift of central area near ICU. The guards wander like they are boss or something. Bossy Behaviour, Rude Talking, 2) Behaviour of Nurses: Bad = 1 Star Some nurses are so much worried about their all patients that they don't even understand that the patient on RT tube must be fed slowly. My grandmother had jaundice she could not eat properly and she had vomiting issues and nurses were feeding her like a normal person. ( Not all but some of them, but this is not ignorable because its the patient who is adjusting a living thing ) 3) No Proper Place to Sit for patient's relatives = 0 Star Every where you go there is one security person who will tell you that you can not sit here. OMG we are here for patient. You are growing because of our money and we can not even sit on the grass or anywhere else? 4) Cleanliness Good = 1 Star 5) Health care facility Good = 1 Star Why I gave overall 1 star because if I am paying good then I should receive good facility this not what you get extra or something beyond what you have expected. You pay the money = You get the facilities 6) Doctor expertise Good = 1 Star

Every staff is helpful for the treatment of the patient in the hospital. Proper treatment is given by the doctor. The little people are getting good treatment in the hospital through various schemes and assistance of the government which can be said to be very beautiful and useful.

The staff and Dr. Raghvendra Kashyap were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Raghvendra Kashyap really took his time to explain my father conditions with me as well as my treatment options. But too costly, almost twice then other Multi-speciality Hospitals, not recommended.

Discharge process is excessively slow. It already has taken 5 hours and still taking more time. This need to be fixed. And about process and rules of meeting patient in ICU need to be reconsider. Really impressed with the cardiologist he is really humble and explained me each and every single detail about management and treatment of patient. Impressed with the stuff who were in ER they were quick in treatment. Administrative staff need to improve their self in terms of discharge process.

Doctor treated me Dr.Manish Maheshwari is excellent. Other staffs are also good and cooperative. The area needs improvement is washrooms which requires lot of improvement. In General ward number of washrooms are less in comparison to the number of users.

Very Bad surgery do , In this hospital visiter doctor do surgery, they not provide patients water and water glass. I don't know why others people rating high, I think they all ratings are dummy( not real) , I faced this is very bad survice for patients. No any staff tack care of patients.

Dear sir In Narayan multispecialist hospital ahmedabad due to concern with paperless.. Patients aren't provide hard copy rather than they are asking for money in order for hard copy.. And in conditions when patients ask for a report then they ask for money in order to get a hard copy.. Does it feel likely for this hospital.. Isn't it a worst decision of narayana hospital.. And if you don't look upon my solution for which I complained above then i will go further for email to CGHS and Narayana head branch (banglore) .. Leaglly Or officially.. Not good service available..counter work is too lazy..it's take too much time for billing inspite of we have cashless plan.some of our reports not done..we are from medibuddy and our plan not include breakfast or lunch. Heena mam support a lot but it takes too much time at sample collection counter..physician service was outstanding as he consult us very promptly.

Dr. Nikunj Godhani has performed my spine operation. Their nature and way of treating them is very good. My pain has got a lot of relief within a week. All the doctor staff of the hospital, all the nursing staff including Nurse Smith have the best behavior and also the nature of the cleaning staff here.
