The hospital is having amazing facilities and staff. Doctors are very polite and easy going. Overall administration is amazing with all the inbuilt facilities. It is a leading cancer hospital. The ICU and general ward facilities are great with equipped equipments to monitor pulse rate and all.

Worst experience of Hospital administration. First they provided incorrect discharge summary, editing of which took almost 5 days. Even simple insurance query needs multiple follow up to get resolved. Never thought of such bad experience from such well named hospital.

Very good facilities and very helpful staff. Just had my ACL surgery here by Dr Priyank Gupta from FORTE ORTHO team and absolutely had no problem at all. Everyone at the hospital is very humble and helpful from the receptionist to doctors and nursing staff. They even provided ambulance service for us and they were with us till we reached our designated seat in train. Thank you HCG hospitals, Dr Priyank Gupta and FORTE ORTHO team for a good experience. The experience was great! Quick and easy! But please don't force people to review. after vaccination when we are supposed to sit for some time we are forced to review, obviously politely though. My father was suffering from a hemifacial spasm issue. We admitted him to HCG Hospital (7th Floor) for MVD Surgery after consulting with Dr. Suvidh Turakhiya on June 23, 2022. Very well managed hospital with best of the best Cardio-Vascular-Thoracic (CVT) surgeon Dr. Brajmohan Singh. I happened to be here for the bypass surgery of my Uncle who was without any medical insurance policy. We referred Dr. Bhupesh Shah who further referred us to Dr. Brajmohan Singh who was very forthcoming, completely genuine not only in diagnosis assessment but also in recommending the value-for-money procedure. His team, including Dr. Ajay Rathore (Anesthetist) and Ms. Shreya Shah (CVT coordinator) makes the perfect combo for patient and his/her family. Hospital staff from security, accounts, or canteen are very straight forward and eager to help the patient and family. I had been suffering with Spinal Pain due to age related degeneration. I had consulted few Spine surgeons in other hospitals in Ahmedabad and was little skeptical about the possible paralytic attack thereafter. Hence, I consulted Dr Amit Jhala, spine surgeon in HCG hospital for second opinion. He earlier treated my wife for thoracic region fracture about 15 years before and she recovered well after his treatment. He assured me that with the latest technology, the possible risk of paralysis is nil. He advised me to get admitted in HCG Hospital to undergo spine surgery. I checked in the hospital on the 21st November 2022, underwent the surgery on the 22nd November, in which cages were implanted in my L4 / L5 sections of the Vertebra. It is only a wonder that despite this complex procedure, I was made to walk on the 22nd evening itself and discharged from the Hospital on the 23rd November itself. My experience right from the registration till the discharge was amazingly pleasant. It's been a great experience with HCG Mithakali and Dr. Himanshu Mathur (Forte Ortho Team) for my mother's knee replacement surgery. Recovery is really fast and She started to walk without support in third day. Dr. Mathur is really having accuracy and great precision for such surgeries. My experience about triple sharing deluxe room and treatment: 1. Very spacious. Lots of space between 2 patients' beds. 2. One bed for relative beside patient's bed. Very comfortable and clean. 3. Partition by curtains available. 4. One common washroom for 3 patients. 5. Frequent cleaning of floors and washrooms. Best part - 1. All the nurses, boys and security staff are super helpful and caring. Security and helpers will escort patient till they sit in the cab outside the gate. 2. Various teams formed to seek feedback in the areas like infection awareness, cleaning, nursing, facilities, etc. One can raise the concern without any hesitation. Feedback given by me to their team: 1. For any new medicine purchase, nurses take the signature on the medical bill, but if they return any item they do seek any authorisation. Return procedure should be formed where items to be returned also gets validated.

Hospitality is good, according to my given package. Nurses are regular, and they attend you whenever you call. Your health checkups done regularly. Other personal staff are helpful. Cleaning staff comes regular, they have register to monitor their schedule. Food is ok, not the prefect, however, according to locals taste maybe that must be fine. But can be improved. Hospital incharge also comes regular for feedback. People are polite and respectful.

Staff at the reception of nursing and health checkup are extremely courtious,well behaved with a positive helping attitude. After receiving tests of verious investigations we were referred to Dr.shwetal gadhavi consultant at the HCG hospital has analysisd the reports and instructed as the remedial measures to be addopted along with the reasons to prevent future deterioration and damaged to the body system. To be at hospital for patient is not a joke. Here we come to get relief from our physical diseases & not to develop mental stress of follow up of needs. At HCG hospital for each thing I had to keep on chasing staff. As a patient whatever I needed during my stay I had to remind atleast 4times. It was not for a day, it happened each day. Dietician service is worst. No communication, no concern about patient need, not at all bothered about anything. Totally waste of money to be paid for Dietician. Cafeteria service is very very slow & that to without frequent follow ups by patient, they don't take any action. Pharmacy services are poor. In this condition COVID they take whole 1day to provide only mask. For many things I need to shout literally on staff to do follow up. Is this the way I was torchered. I was physically stable patient still I got frustrated by your hospital services. Thank God that I found Nursing staff & housekeeping staff cooperative. They use to help me in all needs.

All service good from Doctors and operations side, Hospitality is good, according to my given package. Nurses are regular, and they attend you whenever you call. Your health checkups done regularly. Other personal staff are helpful. Cleaning staff comes regular, Food is ok, But can be improved. Hospital incharge also comes regular for feedback. People are polite and respectful.

I injured my knee around January 2022. Over the course of a year I consulted multiple surgeons, phsyiotherapists, had multiple MRIs. I was eventually advised to see Dr. Priyank Gupta (Forte Ortho team at HCG hospital), who visits lucknow once a month. He gave me detailed explanations of his diagnosis, and was transparent about which aspects of the diagnosis he was unsure of and would need further tests. I had struggled with getting time from doctors in the past but not with him. He clearly has a lot of ortho patients but somehow makes meaningful time for each. He helped me maintain positivity & be well-informed. He encourages questions via whatsApp. He connected me with past patients and his team at HCG hospitals. I had a lot of reservations about having my surgery in Ahmedabad rather than my home city of lucknow but after meeting Dr. Priyank, speaking with his team, I decided to go to Ahmedabad. I am glad I made that choice! His team and the hospital at large, his coordinator Dipali, travel consultant Tikam, nurses on my floor, to name just a few, are incredibly professional. The hospital is clean (on par for e.g. with chandan hospital in lucknow which I have frequently visited) and all the employees from the attendings to nurses take time to explain things to you. The whole lucknow to Ahmedabad for a major surgery and being back has been made so much easier because I was always informed by them about what to do next. I was suffering from acute pain in my both legs and i was taking pain reliever tablets regularly. I consulted Dr Himanshu Mathur (Orthopaedic Surgeon ) in Jodhpur and after thorough investigation he advised me for Knee joint replacement I got admitted in HCG hospital Ahmedabad on 26th May and my Surgery was done on 27th May.About two hours after surgery i was able to stand on my feet with help of hospital Staff. Since then there is very fast recovery and today on 31st May i am able to walk without any support. Had a TKR operation by Dr. Pravin Nandwana (FORTE ORTHO team). A very well qualified and experienced team. Dr. Nandwana is quiet friendly and best to remove all the doubts and concerns regarding pre and post operative. Hospital staff is very friendly and cooperative. Very bad experience with poor HCG there are no staff available and awaiting since last 2 hours and there is a queues here it is not hospital and it is like a railway station and civil, vs hospital more than better than poor HCG I was in HCG in the morning and it doesn't happened first time. i am brijesh pandya from surat date 18/10/2023 today the reply received from the doctor of HCG is not correct at all but I don't have time to talk on the phone so tell me you have passed one. I never thought of coming to HCG MAI or the doctor there would answer that. My grandfather is undergoing operation on HCG on 03/10/2023 or when he was having pain in the lungs, he called doctor DEVENDRA PARIKH. He replied that you should answer the call again and again otherwise your number will be blocked. The man is in pain or this HCG doctor always talks like this, is this a hospital or some government market, if you get that reply then it will be good if you get money. Se bat karte hai ye log this is not a hospital this is sarkari market jo esa answerab milta hai this is so rubbish please take some action now

Hello I am Manjula parikh age 60 year female. I am from kukshi dist.Dhar M.P. I was suffring from knee joint pain since 8 to 10 years. Very disappointed and unable to walk in home , street or anywhere. I have treated by so many ortho physician regarding pain and taken too much medicine for it but no results got to me. Then we will dicided to visit Ahemdabad for a treatment of joint pain where we meet Dr Vishnu sir. So we decided and admite to HCG Hospital on 4/12/23. Surgery done on 5/12/23. All things is amazing . Same day they stand the patient on her legs. We are also surprise with this thing. We discharge from hospital after 5 days. We are too much happy with this surgery . Also suggest to this type of patient to do this. Hospital is good and Doctor is very good. I have done my Angiography over here last week through Doctor Jay Shah cardiologist and I must thank him for doing it nicely. He is very competent and done proper diagnosis. However, there can be good scope for improvement in administrative activities. My discharge got delayed due to delay done by medicaid team. Moreover, I was not properly explained about care to between post my discharge. Proper dos and don't alonwith follow up action related proper information would be more helpful.my overall experience was good barring few administrative issues where improvement can be brought upon.
