The hospital and staff is amazing. I was struggling with gastro issue since a while and got in touch with this hospital. They were easily able to detect the issue. Surgery process for me was very smooth and effortless. Doctors and staff are very accommodative. Service is also on timely manner. Highly recommend this place for gastro and digestive related problems.

Not satisfied. Medicine was too costly and that was also only orange juice and energy sachets. Doc Ravindra asked to report as cannot diagnosis my father’s condition. We have done all reports a month ago so send via WhatsApp but no response from Doctor after 10 days too. At that same day we need to consult a local MBBS, with his 1st dose - my father felt a good in bowel movement. Specialist cannot do which a local doctor does. After this review. I will definitely get long reply from them with their all excuses but it will not work.

I recently visited the Bopal branch of Gastro plus when my mom had severe gastro problem. Dr Mayur patel is very humble,compassionate and understanding. He listens to your concerns, gives time to the patient and hears their health issues. He explained the cause of the concern, and the treatment procedure in simple words. The Team Dr Riya, Priyanka all were warm, courteous, supporting and compassionate throughout the treatment. No unnecessary reports or scans were forced upon. ! Staff was good enough to follow up to check on patient at regular timings. I feel blessed to know you and have you as my doctor.” The hospital was clean and staff so helpful that one can feel at home even during the treatment.

On the first visit with my mother as a patient. Dr. Ravindra Gaadhe sir has attended and gave sufficient time to my mother and listen carefully to her previous treatments. He had an identified 4-year-old Abdominal Complaints on our first visit and resolved it with on-time surgery. Specially Thanks to Dr. Ravindra sir for made a good impression on the patients with satisfaction. Confidence building was good. Not recommended. Unnecessary reports, after doing endoscopy and 2-3 other reports, they were unable to understand the problem, how they will treat. Only the behaviour was good, nothing else.
