I just took a 4 month online training course to improve running ability and it was really amazing. Not only it improved my running but overall conditioning of the body has also improved. I am able to run a lot longer than i used and also playing other sports has also been quite easy as my body is free flowing. Thanks Mrunal Sir for his guidance and the intense workout sessions.
