One of the worst experience of attending the gym.. Totally MONEY MINDED AND RUDE STAFF. First they call you day and night for their schemes like spams, convince you to visit and then floor manager tells you about price hike. Floor manager makes you wait only to flaunt her ideas and her achievements (which are none) of knowing some big shots and then rudely walks out on you.. She didn't even let me talk to the trainer which I wished to book.. HORRIBLE IDEA.. Though I would appreciate the sales staff for working too hard, but the floor manager is pathetic. I wanted yearly membership plus alternate day personal sessions. She constantly asks me to enroll for general membership and when I hint of paying more she asks for daily personal session, totally MONEY ORIENTED APPROACH. Gym is overcrowded, thanks to fake and cheap schemes, no floor excercise , very few trainers, no attention by trainers who make you feel alienated once you pay the fees, bad quality instruments, no good results to show.. They grade their trainees as gold, silver and diamond, feeling sorry for their trainers. I would sincerely request the owners to please ask the floor manager to pay attention to the gym rather than just boast about being class apart.. Thanks..

Initially gym owner and trainer talk polite till your payment. After that they never ask about your work progress. U have to extra money for diet program also. Initially 3-4 days they teach your and after u have to do your own. So expected results never achieve in such gym.

Small gym with all the basic equipments that one gym should have. It gets over crowded in just 20-30 people working out at the same time. After the lockdown was lifted, the gym did re-opened, following some of the Govt. guidelines NOT all. There's no ventilation in the workout area, all the cardio exercises equipments are kept adjacent to each other, they don't have surface disinfectant to use on the gym equipments to clean after every use (even though they had charged an extra amount Rs.1000 from every member for Covid-19 safety). I would personally not suggest this gym, if anyone is looking to join in this pandemic conditions. There are other big and spacious gyms available in the same locality.

It's been a nice experience of buying membership. The trainers are very supportive and very polite in communication. They also prepare customized diet chart for clients and guide them to achieve desirable fitness

The trainers r best . And staff is also d best and very polite . They treat pleasantly. And cleanliness is up to the mark . Minus point is : they have less equipments and space as compared to other neighborhood gyms

1 STAR is ZERO STAR, without selecting STAR, Can not submit reviews. When we Visited first time @Maninagar Location, GYM Executive Mr. Lakshit explain gym facilities and show entire gym. Same day he told about pricing and given in written about 7000 Per Person for 12 Month. so me and my wife decided to join together by paying 14k for 12 months. After few days when we asked again for the pricing and negotiated on same as we were approaching another GYM's also in Maninagar, and we have finalized 2 GYM's out of all available in Maninagar. We fixed the deal and contacted same executive for the payments, he turned from his words on pricing and asked about Rs 7500 per person for 12 months. I sent his WhatsApp communication still he did not accepted. i still have all the conversation with me about price. BUT when we visited with payments he again turn from his words, and said "8000 per person ka bhav he, kar na ho to. yahi he rate aabhi, baki kuch nai hoga" me and my wife visited after office time near to 10:15pm on 05-06-2023. so no reliability on words, no need to faith on staff. very casual behavior with clients. ALL FEEDBACK IS FOR INTENSITY, JAHWAR CHOWK LOCATION.

Perfect gym for my requirements.very positive feeling and vibes. good equipments and best gym in Naranpura area compared to others.The owner prashantbhai is very knowledgable in this fitness field and helps and guides perfectly to achieve your goal. And lastly all the trainers and staff are very courtues and always greet in postive manner.. from the reception to floor area..keep it up and wish you aal the best.

Today is the second day of my at the shyamal branch gym. Very rude behaviour from the trainer named Sanskar.. front desk staff was gud...but trainer has some other attitude issue..no courtesy to call or greetings and when u ask him about exercise so they just behave like boss..and they want me to call him sir with so much attitude... please train your staff with customer centric behaviour and services.....

Best gym in naranpura. I visited 3 4 gyms in the same area but I like intensity the most. They are service oriented people, gives you proper knowledge of exercise and diet. When it comes to hygeine level, no one can beat intensity. I would recommend to experience intensity.

There aren't sufficient trainers and even they don't treat people properly after taking the gym fees. I would suggest to avoid joining it.

Hi since 2 days I am trying to call to IIM branch but it's not getting connected meanwhile I called Narayanpura branch and Shyamal branch and gave my name and no but then also no one called...then again I called the no and they say that we will give yr no to IIM branch Now thing is that the owners are different and they have only one call centre no on Google maps so that's why they r not interested in giving leads to other branch So kindly keep seperate Google maps page for each branch Thanks

Joined gym for less then a month and they took 4000. Worst management. Not responsive gym at all. I called 4 times since last month. But they always say that they'll call back with my issue solution. They are just there to take money wrong way.

This gym is full of unprofessional trainers with the mindset "fielding bharne se setting ho jayega." The moment I joined this gym nutritionist started stalking me and gathering my personal information. Worst part is that this phyco girl with the help of gtpl all the time started stalking my internet activity and trying to grab attention. Such low backgrounded people trying to manipulate we'll set customer . Be aware .it was my biggest mistake to shift to this gym from Life fitness stadium

One of the best gym u could fiind int city. It jas got all working equipment, great trainers, best results. U get diet plan, sona, fitness test, facility in ur membership. Go for it without a doubt if ur looking for a gym

Those people have money to bathe dogs and cats but no money to pay staff salaries If he goes to ask for it, he should make a voucher himself and sign it himself and say that we have paid your salary. A gym owner can stoop that low Speak.??.??????? Fraud? How did I cheat you? I asked for my salary for working and if you are so honest, why not my salary and my ghee money, if other people's money can be paid on time, then what should not be asked from others? Only God will reach you
