This is the worst gym of my life. Any day he suddenly closes the gym (navratri,1st january). If there is any problem in gym, there is no solution. The same reply is received from the manager that do mail and complain. This gym is a waste of money, please don't join the gym

This gym chain is a fraud. I joined their Gym at the Panjarapole branch in November 2022. In January 2023, I found that the gym was shut down without any prior notice, and for a few days, I kept wondering whom to contact as the reception number was not reachable. Through my calls at other branches, I came to know that the gym has been shifted to the Vastrapur. Upon contacting the Vastrapur branch in January 2023, I was told that I will get my refund by Feb 15, 2023. I waited for a call till Feb 15 but didn't get any call or information about the refund. I again called the Vastrapur gym and they told me that I should wait till March 6th. I again waited till 6th March but didn't get any response. On March 6th, when I called a number at vastrapur gym, my phone was hung up saying that we don't have any update about the refund. Following this, I personally visited the gym and met Ketan Desai, who told me that don't worry I will get the refund by 21st March. I again waited and went to vastrapur gym on 21st March. During this visit, I found a surprising change in Ketan's behavior wherein he started arguing with me that we are not responsible for Panjrapole branch...He argued illogically with me and said that "humara us branch se koi lena dena nahi hai"..."amul se doodh khareeda hai to mother dairy pe thoda jaoge refund maangne". These statements were surprising for me and I was frustrated upon hearing these statements from the person sitting at the reception of Gym Lounge. I didn't want to get into an unpleasant argument with him so I simply asked him the final date by which I can get the refund to which he told me that we will call you by 25th March. I again waited and visited the gym on 25th March and Ketan told me that we don't have any update and I should call them on 27th. I called the gym on 27th March (today) to which the receptionist replied that Ketan is not available and no information is available about a refund. Following this, I visited the gym and met Ketan and instead of understanding my situation, he started arguing with me saying that "mujhe diye the kya paise"...etc etc. I have even sent an email to their main office but didn't receive any reply or call. Never join any center of this fraud gym

Gym lounge- Motera, will shut in short time due to new manager (Mr.jayraj and new Trainers). Jayraj is not liable for position of Manager. He has only 1 answer of all questions and any suggestions, and the answer is “ upar se permission nai he”. I would like to give them minus points. The trainers & Manager are not interested in teaching and take Activity classes. Now a days group activity session (Legs, Abs and boot camp) not taken due to they all r busy in given personal Training. I am asking trainers to teach but they r too busy in themselves. Third class staff behaviour they only interested for personal training. Even though Manager & Trainers are conveyance to client for personal Training. I think management should think over your staff behaviour. trainers look like they need a trainer. Totally unprofessional. if u r doing wrong exercise, trainer don’t tell u the right way. Worst gym now. So much of rush because of low fees. some old clients are left and some are not coming due irregularity in taken group session and worst trainer. Manager also do not know how to talk with clients, no time value.......

Third class staff behavior they only interested for personal training. So much of rush because of low fees. I think management should think over your staff behavior.Prashant and other guy is only good and always keep smiling but other ...

Even If you go around 4 in order to avoid crowd. They will not switch on air conditioning even if there are more than 10-15people. Try going in evening it's claustrophobic.

Worst gym so far. All trainers are unskilled and unprofessional. All they look for your money and subscription after that they will treat you as a burden. Vasu trainer is very stupid.

I am all readdy 15 month in gym member but service not good & manager behavior likes kids any time problem in gym but not resolution gym lounge motera name is very big but management is very poor in comparison of other gym activities and management and staff natural was nice So plz notice this my problem vijay sir if a friends birthday we bring cake for him and manager says that gym members are not allowed to bring the cake to the gym and not allowed to cut the cake into the gym very poor this behavior is of manager and your gym lounge staff so we are not not satisfied from this if any thing happen into the gym we are not responsible for that thing

This is a best gym with affordable and lowest price. Also you will get a best advice and guidance for transformation of your body with proper knowledge of all personal trainers. It is advisable to join with your family and friends.

It's a fraud gym chain..I joined a gym and they shut the gym without any prior notice.. they didn't refund any fees..pathetic management as nobody is answering to the queries since last 4 months..they are just interested in opening a new gym every month and not the proper service..also the staff and equipments are okay..

No communication on gym timings after lockdown and phone is not lifted yet.

At the time of deal on membership whatever they offering is not at all there. Even they do not have any good trainer who can manage basic floor exercise session. Kitchen and steam bath is just to show off. Total waste of money.

Although this is the first time i visited to a gym on a friends advice but i have to say that it is a dedicated gym...with its economical prices of packages..it is must visit gym for those who wants to be fit..
