    I really love this gym, it's way different from other gym, actually wait, it's completely different from other gyms. Over here there are hour batches, the workout starts after each hour. We can always go at anytime between the gym timing.

    It’s been couple of months here now, it’s the best environment for doing exercise. I love coaches here - they are the best, basically you will learn great deal about movement, posture, breathing, lifting and also enjoy your time along with friendly fellow athletes. Definitely recommend it.

    Place is very great plus here you can find rope battling, boot camp training, Zumba activity, etc fitness programmes. It's like outdoor activities for fitness. Also CrossFit games are part of fitness.
