Despite the fact that the food is delicious, there are a few drawbacks. They are a little slow to take orders at a rapid pace, so the line to place an order becomes increasingly long. The temperature conditions there, in my opinion, are hotter than the ordinary surroundings. They look to be operating on a faulty air conditioner. Staff employees must listen to the customer and support them in crafting a request. I had the dreadful experience of having to constantly request that every single employee wash the table since there were unopened packages on it. But it was all in vain since they heard but did nothing. Atlast had to push the packages aside so that we could eat! KFC Outlet on the top floor of Nexus Ahmedabad 1 mall. The ambience and service is too good. Being managed by specially abled staff yet much better than other food courts of the place. The food quality is a bit on below average side when compared to standards of KFC .... However the case is similar for almost all KFCs around the state of Gujarat.

This is one of the most dirty KFC outlet I have seen. The food is like any other outlet however the service is a bit slow. The wait is not a problem but cleanliness is. The tables are not cleaned nor the floor if water is spilled over. Need to pursue the manager every time for cleaning. The staff members are well behaved. I liked their behavior, but it seems they are short of cleaning staff. Again only one counter is open, even if the line is long. This needs to be looked by the management. Please take it as a positive critisism.

This one is very spacious, with an ample amount of sitting space, also the staff is friendly. I had a spicy chicken burger which wasn't very convincing as I visit KFC a lot.

Good place for the chicken burgers! I have tried tandoori zinger burger 🍔 It was tasted good but the presentation was not even 1% what they have showed in their menu board !! Staff behaviour was not good at all ! You can go for non veg Meals if you are in a group ! The pepsi which they serve was not good also !!

Its a 1 stop destination for 😋 yummmyy delicious fried chicken. I tried Tandoori Zinger Box and it was very tasty. Their popcorn is my all time favourite.

Amazing combo deals. The burger was super delicious, and loved the portion of the fries! Nuggets were good and so was the chicken drumstick. The KFC combo was fulfilling and tasty. The ambience is cosy and clean. The staff is polite and helpful. It is a self-service restaurant and there was a queue to place our order. Was busy and had to wait in the line for approximately 15 minutes but definitely great food!

Previously this place was good and good ambience But today my experience was pathetic although taste of food was good but not the service. Here are the reasons why I felt bad. 1. All the tables and floor was too dirty 2. Everywhere there was coke spilled 3. It was Sunday evening, crowd was there but only one order counter was working 4. 15 minutes waiting time 5. No tray and so it was difficult to carry the order from counter to table KFC needs to improve the service so that customer can enjoy the food along with a good vibe and service.

First and foremost, the food at this KFC location is simply delicious. Their fried chicken is a must-try, and it pairs perfectly with a refreshing diet coke. The chicken is well-seasoned, crispy, and juicy. The menu also offers a variety of other chicken dishes and sides that are equally satisfying.🍗😋

This is stupidity. I have come here 2 times and both the time thave have made the stupid statement. Also they post the Wednesday special advertisement everywhere and when we come here they say they don't have this. @KFC please take care of this attitude of the shop.

KFC has stopped the chicken popcorn rice bowl and started biryani bowl instead. Frankly I would like them to again introduce the rice bowl. Their chicken strips are delicious. Do try.

Only one points they need to improve, they need maintain cleaning, social distance and table clearance on time.. because all table are occupied by clearance, No one is there to clear table setup for other guest So dirty restaurant by looks, However Food was yummy. That's why I give 4 stars I am deducting one star for cleanliness

Cleaning is not upto the mark. Staff members are very arrogant. Most of items are not available in the menu. They have items in the live if you ask for that particular item they will say those people are want to take a then only it can be possible. Example I ask for a Pepsi but they denied and mention that we have this option for online orders only. Letter I told to staff member to want to meet with the restaurant manager the staff replyed my manager is in back area he can't meet you right now. Overall it watch pathetic experience. On my last visit they are they said we don't take online payment. 🤬

I ordered crispy chicken leg bucket of four piecesbfor my son. The quality of chicken was pathetic. After a couple of bites my son realised that something is wrong with this. he stopped but since morning he is vomiting due to food poison. Rare I give negative review but this was just unacceptable by all means.

No AC, completely open environment. I sat there for 2 hours due to my delayed flight. I had left my jacket in my side chair. The cleaning staff lady took it without asking me. While I was leaving, I asked the staff, if anyone has taken. Shared my numbers as well. They didn't even help me checking the cameras. Very rude and taking customers for granted staff. Lady on counter was more occupied on her phone, than customer orders. Cleaning staff was one lady, for 15 tables... Not feasible. They should add more staff for cleaning

KFC was way better earlier. Now the standard has degraded but it's always a happy moment to enjoy a meal here.

The place was hygienic and well maintained. The billing section helps you with whatever you need. The food was delicious and the smell around there was mouth-watering. The Washroom is also neat and clean. Definitely a place to visit once and then you guys would never be able to forget it. The staff is quite alert and attentive.

In Nexus mall KFC was too small not sufficient place to eat.

Careless workers. Ordered 2 numbers 4 piece Fried chicken bucket. is was not crispy . And the Pepsi like water mixing in it. Very poor. Didn't maintain the quality of KFC

This is the ONLY alternative in Gujrat, Ahmedabad to have something quick & tasty. However the restaurant team under the Manager named VISHAL has decided to slowly day by day ruin The experience of Customers & SHUT down The restaurant. I went today at 2110 hrs for Dinner, Order Medium Pop corn & popcorn Chicken Biryani rice. I purposely told TWOCE the order taker that Would LIKE TO HAVE IT FRESHLY MADE & NOT FROM THE PASS. Firstly he did not paid a head to what i was telling him, on second instance & emphasizing he heard & over heard. I went & took a second table near to the Hand wash area & waited for the order to come. Now a clever Girl who is working there tool same stuff packed it for dinning in & barked that order 12836 is ready. I had seen it took it still tasted it & left the food all of It & offered Vishal & his team to Eat & enjoy this stale & stone cold food. Al the trainings are not even remembered & brushed up while making orders on shop floors. Tuesday evening at 2100 hrs when its time to close in 60 mins still they have massed up & prepared so much food & force us to eat that same Stale cold food. I don't understand that thier TOP BOSSES In DELHI, GURGAON & MUMBAI are have sound sleep in night where as their employees are steering this KFC ship to a dooms day . This is second incident in past 8 Days same Order same story.............. KFC You Are Incorrigible Jack assses......

For KFC, the name is enough only. The world's #2 favorite chicken, because for me on #1 place, the chicken which my mummy cooks is best. I don't think I have to review KFC, you always get the best quality chicken here which fascinate your taste buds. The chicken is extremely juicy and the taste is unexplained. Tremendous taste always. The leg pieces and thigh pieces are also big in size. Best always.

For Non Veg Lovers KFC is the best option in Fast Food Restaurant Chains. The Absolute best quality of Chicken used and the Absolute best quality of batter and frying methods resulting in crispy and crunchy upper layer and very soft and tasty inner. They have so much variety and the taste is just fabulous. My favorite item is the Popcorn Bucket. it's just such a bite size fun that you just can't stop yourself from keep eating it. There are veg options also. but for those who are Pure Vegetarian. Please avoid.

KFC chicken is delicious as always.. But there was a issue of cleanliness and shortage of staff at the restaurant.

Don't ever go for the budget menu, I repeat don't . Otherwise you are good to go regardless of anything you pick. Its been consistent throughout these years specifically this outlet. Just love to have those spicy treats.
