Great place for meetings, small get together, family outings etc. Also cook for a small birthday party. Service is very good and pocket friendly. The ground floor tables are wheel chair accessible. However no brialle, but the waiters help out. The management also assists senior citizens and give them tea / coffee as per choice. There is a small library on the first floor for free reading. Take aways are good. They also seem crockery and thermos flasks.

Really delicious and tasty food with reasonable price and decent ambience. Must try their cold coffee and variety of parathas if you are paratha lovers. There are also good options for Jain people. P.S. It’s the initiative of very known ‘Varie Tea’ Cafe.

Amazing ambience, i really loved the vibe, and as always chai was amazing. You can try combos to make food little affordable, but worth try as taste of food and tea is amazing.

A very bad experience at this hotel. We had ordered 4 masala tea and it came after a long time as if the tea leaves were ordered from Assam. Also,the tea was sugar free which was never ordered. The manager simply said that it was a mistake and gave us 4 sachets of sugar after explaining everything to him. By that time,the tea went cold and we had to drink that tea after spending 320/- for 4 cups of tea. Never ever visit this stupid place and waste your money. The staff is super dumb as well as arrogant.

If you want to feel the real taste of tea and royal ambience, Wagh Bakri Tea Lounge, Gujarat college, Ahmedabad is the place. Either be a couple or single or group of friends or business meetings, this is one place one happens to be. Staff is humble. They have got a lot variety in tea, green tea, coffee and snacks. Service is quick. I am very happy to be here.

Used to frequent this particular store as being from abroad, it reminded me of an Indian version of Starbucks, not anymore. I felt embarrassed being kicked out in public for just ordering tea and occupying the seat (not more than 2 hours, waiting for a friend) even though more than half of the store was vacant. Your junior staff and valet attendants are amazing but few employees of yours need training on how to handle such matters without shaming and making customers feel unwelcomed. No more desi Starbucks for me, I am better off where I feel welcomed, at the real Starbucks.

I've ordered w cold coffee and & Chilli Cheese Club Sandwich No doubt the test is awesome but the order management is worst, I've waited for 45 mins and after that waiter served us wrong order, waiter forgot what we have ordered and which order belongs to which table, the waiter is confused in orders. Cold coffee is too good three stars for cold coffee only. Just need a bit better order management.

Amazing Ambience! Friendly and polite staff! Great Range of products for sale from the brands. since i had purchased iced tea from the menu, i can tell about it. there was an ongoing offer of b1g1 which i came to know when the billing was done. wow, i got a 50% discount on a single item. the portion size took a 100/100. the menu although was not so vast. and lacked no onion no garlic items as well. the crockery being sold on the counter was heavily overpriced as compare to how much it really should have been of.

Overall a nice place for quick drink sessions. Lovely seating area upstairs. The food options are limited but sufficient over a drink.

A wonderful place to visit and enjoy the multiple tea choices. The ambience is good. They have their range of products for sale. There are premix varities available as well as the regular tea leaves . The outlet is well managed and i must make a special mention about their staff. They are extremely reliable and helpful. On our visit we had left behind our wallet. They kept it safe and tried to contact us with the credentials found in the wallet. Kudos to the team for the efforts they took to contact us. Needless to say we were relieved and excited to get back our precious wallet. We will for sure visit the place again!

Experience very bad service from people over there. By Chance if you need to return and exchange packed item you purchase a day before you will Experience the real service and each sales people sitting will see and treat you as if you came there to take free there and all sales people including cashier will treat you badly. I purchased different tea of around Rs 3200 in total. (2100 +1100 next day) but Experienced very bad service. They gave a gift to lady who bought for rs 500 but didn't gave to me on 1st day when I bought of Rs 2200 , next day when again I requested they gave. High don't recommend it.

It was purely a chance visit - the driver brought us to the tea house instead of the coffee shop, misunderstanding our instruction as the coffee shop we wanted to visit was also not too too far from there. It has an unassuming front in a strip mall of assorted businesses, but once I stepped in, I quickly realized it was a quality place, but wondered about how expensive it would be - after all this was Ahemdabad. To my surprise, the prices were reasonable, the variety extensive and the packaging exquisite! I was happy to purchase a variety of teas for myself and family. My favourite so far is the Darjeeling Hot tea - comes in proper tea kettle! A must visit if you are a tea lover, or to simply purchase tea as gifts

Very nice atmosphere around the lounge with good internal ambience. Quality of food were really good and tea was absolutely refreshing. The only thing I feel which needs improvement is the speed of service which was on the slower side; having been half the crowd available at the point of time I visited. The speed of delivery could have been better. Rest all good, don't hesitate even once to make a visit to this place with your family/friends/colleagues.

An Elegant Tea Cafe. They have great varieties in Tea. Very Good Ambience. Good Menu. You can even Buy Tea Packs from which is not available in local markets. Nice Concept, this type of Tea Cafe should be planned even in Mumbai or Thane side.

You can have 4 packets of Wagh Bakri chai in the price of 1 coffee you order from here. The interior is ok but is it worth to charge this much for a cup of tea or coffee? I will not visit this place ever again. And the nuggets I have ordered was freezed which are available on stores, they just simple fried and served 3 pcs of it for 170 Rs..like seriously??

Tea and snacks were good. Ambience was also great. I found staff very rigid on their procedures. Usually family/friends share tea among themselves. I was not given an extra cup stating that it was not the part of their SOP.🤑 Next time I will carry some paper cups. I saw nearby table using paper cups for sharing tea. Hopefully their SOP don't restrict this.😆😂

Finest cafe i have ever visited. Ambiance is great, food is outstanding. The best part of this lounge is the quantity of the tea. Its heaven for tea lovers. With details about the brand they have tea leaves on sale. You can buy that too. You actually can brew and taste tea leaves before buying. lounge is designed very well with great combination of colors. Staff is friendly. Its a really nice place to have a relaxing time. The tea is nice but more than that the ambience of the place is awesome. The staff is very polite. The chai plate which they give had a very unique shape, something they got it customized for them. This was something new to see. They even give u a complimentary khakhra to munch on which you enjoy your tea!

Nice cozy place for hangout, ordered the paneer cheese sandwich which was good. They also searved complementary khakhra (1 piece)cheese flavored one,along with tea.

Lovely tea lounge with great ambience. You immediately fall in love with the bright & colorful decor. The staff there is prompt and courteous too. The tea and fast food/snacks are also good and value for money. May be the portions for certain items can improve (Eg. French fries).

UPDATED - 17/08/2021 Lounge experience has worsened significantly. They dont have sugar free coffee (hot nor cold). Even the air conditioner was not working. And the first floor which was the eye of lounge is closed for now! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the city with too many cafes a tea lounge stands out by itself. Wagh Bakri Tea Lounge is a good place to meet your friends during the ongoing pandemic. They've maintained the social distancing norms up to the standards. They keep requesting and reminding all their customers to keep wearing the masks before and after the meal. They have a sanitizer at the entrance. The food as usual is still amazing here. We had ordered the Vegetable Maggi and cheesy fries, both of which were amazing. I would recommend this place for a brief gathering of friends or meetings as they have kept up the corona safety norms.

Some comfortable seating. I went on a Sunday evening when it was crowded and noisy. Service is non existent. The waiter comes after ages and keeps some of the change at the end. Suppose it might be a good place to hang around in on a weekday.

5 start for Lounge and 0 star ko Tea store staff behaviour is to bad , they don't have sufficient space so they didn't request you to go outside from shop they said with Touch "Bhai bahar jao tame" Third class staff.

It's a okay place.. went during the pandemic time in the month of Dec2020 and only ground floor was functioning . Rest all was closed.
