    I’m a national golf player and I was suffering from chronic low back pain since past 8 months. I couldn’t possibly find a better place than High 5 for Physiotherapy.     My son is into competitive swimming. He has long hours of rigorous training. With his kind of training comes lots of injuries. But since he joined High5 they have made sure that he has injury free swimming. They have not only focused on increasing his strength but also ache free body. The coaches here have a positive attitude which brings out the best in kids. I am glad that I chose High5 for my son.

    I am a national swimmer and I have been training with High 5 for over 5 years now. They have a very holistic approach to the athlete. Through very hectic schedules and back to back competitions, High 5 trains me to perform and achieve my best every single time.

    Priyanka and her team follow a very thorough and scientific approach to strength and conditioning, not seen or heard off in Ahmedabad. Lively environment, personal attention, specific drills/exercises for key muscles... I always look forward to going to High 5 Sports Performance. The perfect start to my day!

    I joined High5 two years ago for postpartum weight loss and fitness and I have been hooked to this place since then. There isn’t a better gym for functional training, the coaches at experts in their field and the attention to detail is impeccable. Not only, they helped me shed my excess weight, but also, improved my overall strength and fitness. After trying so my places in Ahmedabad, I have finally found the one, my postures have improved, I feel confident about my body. High5 truly has been a blessing to me.

    Any one looking to enhance their performance in sports should look no further than High 5 Sports. Priyanka herself being an international athlete takes super care of all her athletes with a very scientific approach. The good part is you can be of any age and there is specific training for everyone. Keep up the good work High 5 sports.

    Really professional fitness programs for each individual sport... speaking off as a tennis player , Priyanka di’s Training program has really helped me with improving my strength and conditioning .. I’ve been working with her for more than 3 years.. a really good coach with a really good experience of what to do and how to do things , she’s really creative with her exercises .. she puts a real effort in her makin her athletes reach another level of fitness ! She’s fun to be around 😃😃.... . Love working with her!!! never been so satisfied ❤️. Holla !

    There were many places I tried physical therapy but by far High5 has been the best. I had some pain for a long time and after a few sessions with Deena ma'am the pain was all gone. High5 has been doing a great job at training and physiotherapy. - Arhaan Harsh

    Been training here and taking physio sessions for a long time here now. I can assure this is the only gym in town which looks after athletes. They are super careful about the form and their plans. It's been a great journey with them and I don't see myself going to any other gym in the town. The physio is really good w her work and knows what she is doing.

    Amazing experience. The best place and the best coaches to work with. I highly recommend High 5 Performance as they know how to push to the limit in the best way possible with fun workouts. It has been a few months training with Puneet Sir. He has been a fantastic coach.

    High5 makes working out not only so much fun, but super personalised according to your goals. I have been working out with them for a little over a year and I have seen a marked different in my fitness levels. Working out with my trainer Puneet has not only been a blessing for my physical fitness but also taught me a lot about correct posture, the science behind certain exercises, etc. Would totally recommend to any ahmedabad resident who is looking at getting a little fitter.

    Since I started my workouts with High5 in December 2019, I have seen noticeable improvement in my fitness. There is a good variety in the workouts that make them fun, while still challenging. What I like most about High5 is that it is not a typical gym. The workouts focus not just on building strength, but also improve speed, agility, balance, and endurance, in line with the demands of one's specific sport.

    I have tried 10+ different gyms and trainers and this is by far the best. Apar is an amazing coach and really takes a lot of effort in understanding individual’s goals. The studio overall gives a great vibe. Very few people at any given time, music that gets you going and high quality equipment makes it one of the best places I have worked out at.

    High 5 has introduced Physio therapy service with which I’m really very happy. I’d got chickengunya in ‘20 September and my ankles were giving me lot of trouble for almost year and a half. Tried Physio therapy for months but it did not help. what Ms. Deena did at high 5, with manual releasing, it really helped my tight and shortened muscles gain some length and the strength that I could take 10k long hike. If you have a problem which is not getting resolved or curing simple issues related to Physio, I highly recommend going to high 5. They know anatomy and therefore know what they are doing.

    Joining High5 and training with Coach Apar has been an amazing experience. He is genuinely concerned and involved with our fitness goals, continuously monitoring and adapting our sessions to help us achieve them. He, along with all trainers at High5, is a highly qualified trainer who stresses on all requisites for functional athletic fitness, be it endurance, mobility, strength or cross function. High5 is a great place to work out at: not too crowded, good people, great vibe and fantastic quality equipments.

    High5Performance is a thorough facility for physical training, with special emphasis on correct techniques for every workout. They have some of the most unique workouts for various muscle groups and the trainers make sure we learn each and every workout with the correct posture control and technique. I love the fun vibe this place has yet focussed at personal attention at the same time. “I must be a glutton for punishment though.”

    I was suffering from neck pain and stiffness in neck from last 21 days. It was very painful as I have to work for 6-7 hours on personal computer. My son advised me to visit Dena Mam. She advised me to take 5 sessions of physiotherapy. From the 1st session, i felt lot of relief in my pain. Slowly she advised me to do some exercises. The exercises she taught me were very much relaxing and it gave strength to my neck and shoulder. Before the 5th session, i was relieved of pain and stiffness. After completion of all the sessions, i am feeling good and found flexibility in my neck. She is very talented and moreover a humble physiotherapist. Thank you so much Mam. I am very much thankful to you as I was very much worried of my neck pain. In my opinion If someone is in need of a good physiotherapist, they should consult her without any doubt. I would like to give her 5 star rating.

    Coming from a personal training background, I was a bit hesitant about semi-private training but High 5 has a great group of members that are fun to workout with. Bhavik is a great coach and motivates me to push a little more every session. A physio session with Deena after a lower back injury helped me get back in the gym in a couple of days. She knows her stuff. Priyanka and Apar are great coaches as well.

    I have been going to 'High 5' for six months. My progress is slow but very steady. I have taken Physio assistance as my knee pain and headaches. After the sessions they are almost gone. All instructors are highly qualified and always available to train. Kudos for your efforts!!

    Amazing vibe and atmosphere. The personal attention that all the coaches give to each and every person who comes to train there is outstanding. Whatever your health goal is - the coaches will make you achieve them. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Small and private gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts.

    I’m an athlete and have been training at High5 for over 5 years. Everyone at the gym, including other athletes that train with me, are equally motivated to help me achieve my goals. Everyone pushes each other to get the best out of one another. All exercises are done under proper supervision of the trainers who make sure the chances of an injury are minimized. In case of an injury the sports physio looks after you with utmost care in order to help you get back to complete fitness. 💯💪🏼🔥
