Last month i visited Croma to buy a speaker. A variety of products was shown to me as per my requirement by Mohit Pandya. He was my repersentative. He is a nice human being and has good knowledge also. I bought this BOAT speaker at a fair price

It's a very very big store. There are a lot of household equipment like TV, refrigerator, AC, laptops, mobile washing machines, home theatre, sound bar etc. Staff was also helpful but if you go on Saturday or Sunday then there is a very very rush.

10 months ago Highly appreciated with following covid-19 protocols at the store. Limited entry at same time, No more crowd inside the store, properly maintain social distance and regularly sensitization all the products which is more in contact with people. Temperature checkup with thermal gun is properly doing. As all products are same in all store but in this pandamic we should take care of ourselves as well as society. So please visit the store if you want to buy but don't do just watching and coming and comparing with other store. It's just wast of your time as well someone else time too. I purchased wireless car charger from the store and it works properly.

Today I went to croma . Mr. Darshan Solanki was my representative. I wanted a laptop with gaming processor so he showed me multiple options with keen interest to get my requirements fulfilled.. the representative was really humble and knowledgeable. I liked it's service and also the prices were better than other competitive in the market.

They sell you things and services just to make numbers, and you will be disappointed when you will never receive meaningful responses to your filed concerns in support calls. They will simply loop you through the system without giving enough support for your problem. Customer care, nodal & grievance officers do not respond back. Who doesn't know about Croma. Almost all kinds of electronic items, home appliances, Fitness equipment, Smart devices etc are sold here. I have purchased Philips mixer/grinder from here at a good price. I always recommend to buy anything from here when some handsome offer is going on.

Very bad at service. They don’t take return damaged product thought it’s in warranty. We have to fight it otherwise staff giving obligation to company n company give obligation to retailer for damaged product. So it’s chakravhu they are creating where no clear specified who is responsible to take return or replace the damaged product.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with Croma's customer service. I recently purchased a pair of earbuds, and they started malfunctioning shortly after. When I contacted Croma, they asked for a service charge to fix the issue, which was quite unexpected. I believe that a product's warranty should cover such issues within a reasonable timeframe. I had hoped for a more customer-friendly resolution. Hopefully, Croma can improve its customer service and warranty policies to better assist customers in the future.

Croma, a well-known store still left me feeling disappointed. The main issue I faced is that there were many salespeople in the store, it seemed like none of them were very interested in helping customers, including me. This lack of assistance made the shopping experience frustrating. Additionally, I noticed some problems with the prices of the products I wanted to buy. The price tags on the items did not match the prices in the store's computer system. This inconsistency was confusing and made me wonder about the accuracy of their pricing. In addition, it seemed like the salespeople were trying to convince me to buy more expensive products. It felt like they were using tactics to get me to spend more money, which was not fair to customers. All of these issues made me question the store's management. It seemed like they were not effectively overseeing the customer service quality and pricing accuracy, which is crucial for a store's success and customer satisfaction. I would not recommend making any purchases from this store.

This one star is only for the SHOWROOMS AMBIENCE. We have purchased 4 electric items before a month and we Needed installation after a month, sales people committed to get the items installed whenever needed and when we request. Raised request to install the items 3 times already, today is a 4th time. Don’t know yet when will the items will be installed. Already communicated with customer service thrice this week and every time time the request gets cancelled itself. When we here about Croma, we think of after sale services. But here is the reality. Let me know if you guys need screenshots of the requests. Sorry to say but the fact is that I have got worst post purchase service ever. Suggestion to Croma team, COMMIT ONLY WHAT YOU GUYS CAN PROVIDE. I hold a business too, I know how to sell as well as how to give a post purchase service. Great Service by Mr. Mohit Pandya. One of the finest Sales Advisors I have come across at Croma.

I brought Boat Rockers 258 pro + from this store. They were not functioning well and battery was going dead faster than expectations (50 hours was its battery life but may be not even 30 hours it was lasting). I went to replace it. They not only replaced me that piece but said to choose any neckband or ear buds or headphones from that range. I wanted Sony neckband but they were out of stock then I brought Rockers 255 headphones. In this product base is phenomenal and with maximum volume I could hear it like speakers with low volume. So go for it.

Pathetic experience . Purchased aquaguard ro from croma dev arc . Product was faulty . Replacement arived after some days which was also faulty . It has been more than 15 days . I have requested for refund so many times . Yet not received refund and also no body is coming to pick up the product . Both faulty products are at my home . I have visited so many times but everytime they say wait for 24 -48 hours .also they don't receive call on number mentioned here . Don't buy any product from this outlet . Better go to any other place Will update about what happens next
