Very very very worst staff behaviour As well as cleanliness. Their is no fan facility available on patient bad in general ward.Totally west of money west of time. I strongly suggest all of you don't admit your family here hospital facility very poor I think government hospital is better than this hospital. Hospital having 4th floor but lift facility not available for patients relative's. I was very tired because everyday i has to use stairs 10 to 12 times for bring medicine and other work. I gave 1 star becouse thair is no choice for below 1 start otherwise i will give below 1 start.

Good Hospital at Navrangpura. Operation Theatre was too Dirty & wasn't fumigate. Special rooms was dirty & unhygienic. But Nursing Staff was so helpful & well behaved. During admission Hygiene manager comes & ask about hygiene and any complaint. But Staff is good & cleaning services comes in the room 3 or 4 time per day and cleans Bathroom & Room with Cleanser.

The doctors are not giving proper treatment to covid -19 patients even doctors are not exposed there name to patients n proper tablets and other medicines are not given properly so please don't preferred this hospital for any treatment

Good hospital for one time treatment only if you are expecting surgery pls pls avoid, I had kidney stone lithotripsy three times after stent removed I had complications urine stopped sometimes pause throughout the day so I went back but doctor was on holiday and there was no replacement. So I had no choice but to consult another doctor on my own which cost me . After spending all that money I still had to spend becos there was no doctors in . What should have been free treatment, it cost me 1500 rs consulting. I would strongly suggest not to have surgery in this hospital

Pros 1. Very nice and knowledgeable Doctors. 2. Good Infrastructure. 3. Cleanliness everywhere. 4. Parking facility. Cons 1. Big con is unprofessionalism and rude behaviour of staff. Hospital management should take some interest in professional training of staff. Specially non-medical staff. It's because my respect to the doctor otherwise I might had a fight with your staff. 2. Pharmacy of the hospital is not providing any discount where all other pharmacies are giving at-least 10% off.

Worst experience ever , the staff and senior management is taking the patient for granted , they are all just money hungry , least hygiene and no cleanliness , they are so arrogant that they say if you dont like the service than change the hospital , this is what you get after you pay handsome money the truth of shrey hospital is that they dont accept to change their hospital and their behaviour they just blame each other and finally they do nothing , the patient only expects to have a full amount of service in return the money he has paid nothing more nothing less but the ratio of service to money in shrey is 1/10 which is not acceptable . The patient needs cure from a hospital and these guys gives lot other problems then cure except the doctors are good but that is not enough to give full cure to patient . Dont visit shrey you will surely regret it.

Worst and most pathetic service. Doctors which are appointed by hospital are good in their field. But the service of the staff members and atmosphere of the hospital is worst. I cant recommend this hospital to anyone especially if you're in critical conditions - they just dont care. No cleaning, No sense in any of the staff members, how to talk with patient, how to care..nothing. The most funny thing is the staff members which are appointed by "Shrey Hospital" don't have knowledge about medicines. I faced worst experience when I asked one of the staff member to tell me the name of blood pressure medicine from the list of medicines given by the doctor. And he said that I don't know. And when I asked him about his degree. He replied that he is MBBS. Big LOL... If you want better treatment don't go for "Shrey Hospital".

I believe this was the best hospital we are in so far as the caretaker staff/nursing staff in concerned. We are very much satisfied and would like to appreciate the services provided to us by the hospital.

First of all I would really really like to Thanks SISTER SNEHAL that her nature is very good and calm She is really helpfull & well responsible she take cares of patient well and we felt very good Absolutely And I would like to thanks Jagdish Kaka, Anand bhai & lilabain also for giving us good service and the cleanliness of the hospital is Awesome good Ambience and it was very good experience. we did not feel like we are in hospital, we felt that we are sitting at our home.
