The fight for breast cancer is still on and with all of the staff at hcg will be able to get us through as they have also been assisting us 24/7 over the call.

We are taking treatment for my wife since last 4 years and are very happy with the treatment. But now situation is changed, majority of staff are changed. This time my wife got reaction of CT scan first time in last 4 years. She got high grade fever of 104.5deg F, which is life threatening. She also got ulcer in complete mouth and on toung. They even did not suggest any treatment for curing of the same.I think doctors, being paid by the hospital, were helpless and they did not complaint against CT scan doctor/staff. They have corrected, ID no in our old case paper. When I asked the reason, they were hiding, which created lots of doubt in our mind, that treatment is mixed with other patient. On asking to customer care, we did not get any reply on this doubt.

We are always asked to take advance appointment and today we have taken the appointment of 11:00am(before 5 days).. Though we have to do all complex process as we do without prior appointment so what is sense behind taking advance appointment.... We reached hospital at sharp 11 and first we asked to do all process and now it's almost 12:00pm and we asked to wait more an hour.... Like... seriously... This management don't know the meaning of prior appointment.... Today I am really disappoint with the management...my review has nothing to do with doctors and medical staff's approach.. they are nice but management...

I called once and they said to see our family doctor. Once we called to see our family doctor, then our family doctor said that I should talk to Ahmedabad hcg doctor. I called DEVENDRA PARIKH. I replied that why are you calling again and again and then he said that if you call again then your number will be blocked. The HCG doctor gave the same answer or even our family doctor has heard that we spend so much money. Or these HCG doctors always talk like this, what is the answer that the number will be blocked? this is so rubbish

They are only working for money such a pathetic people they do not inform you anything prior to you visit there and then they add extra charges to get more money even if you are under CGHS or any government scheme! such a pathetic way to be treated as they only give priority to the one who are there to pay not the one who use government skim like cghs or other they make us wait as they called us at 4:30 on call but make us wait till 6pm till they do ct scan only for this they make us wait not good front desk as male attendant were good but there female attendants are worst in term of behaviour or professional term they do prioritise the person who pays women attendants need some more lesson to give priority to the one that came first not the one who pays at the time Today also they asked to visit to collect reports at 10AM and then when we reached they asked to come at 12pm when we argue with them than only in 10mint they provide the report such a pathetic people you have HCG
