It was the very first MacDonald in Ahmedabad. Then after others have started . They have the parking space nice sitting area . You can visit this with your family and especially kids. Even there are sitting space outside too. Good service and food is always good. Location is right next to the road so you can park you vehicle as per the guidance so it won't create trouble to others.

The MacDonald's setup is excellent, and I really like it. The staff and atmosphere are great. However, the drinking water and restroom facilities are not up to par, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars

I experienced a rage in this MacDonald today from store manager Himanshu. He snatched my phone away as i was recording a video The incident was that I order a meal which had coke but no straw was served. I demanded a straw to a staff but he denied me ,later he aggred to give me a straw but was not allowing me to drink it with coke which was very foolish. Thats why I asked him to cancel the order, just to save a straw he started the process of cancellation as you can see in video, i recorded that video to ask MacDonald about this. But then all of a sudden store manager jumped in aggressively and snatched my phone , I asked him politely but he was very aggressive and rude about deleting the video. You can hear him shout in video clearly, he made me delete that video forcefully in store but thankfully he accidentally recorded his own video while he snatched my phone. This was very unethical from MacDonald store manager I felt like I was in dhaba today , We are crazy about McDonald’s since childhood, but today we had a horrifying experience at the McDonald’s only seriously? I don’t think so we are going to visit again. But you guys need to look out on it. What just happened today at the McDonald’s branch city gold cinema mall ashram road Ahmedabad.India And I hope you will contact me as soon as possible otherwise I have to go to police station for the same.

Hygenic place after covid its trustable place for having food and clean restaurant

Food is good, but service was baad. Billing counter machine display was not working for all counters.!!! once i paid, came to know i paid extra after i observe the receipt. Manager was not polite, he said every customer knows rates of items.

Very poor service every bun and cold drinks are stale bread are not fresh even fries are not crunchy. Worst experience ever at any MacDonald.

I love mc'd but after covid this is my first experience they have follow very good norms of covid and also I give oder using app and the app is very user friendly but the food is very poor and to up to the value also French fries is over cooked.......also they ask to me extra money for extra catch-up and the give only two pack of catch-up......and also staff is not well trends and helpful ......so try other mcdonalds and get better explain.... Everything on your menu deserves 5 stars. Everything is so savory. The environment is okay. Not the absolute best but good. The workers know how to get it done well, they know what they are doing. The best thing there is 100% so that's the best combo! Definitely a 10/10 if you ask me ❤️

Very bad taste, and staff where fighting and doing ha ha hi hi during working hours and few girls where even giving bad words to each other infront of customer. I order two burger,panner and Italian both taste suc.ks .stale smell was coming from it, nothing was looking fresh at all thrown in dustbin. No bill was given after payment.

There is bad system of ordering food. One person there is ordering food on his mobile phone for everyone. And he tell us that my mobile app have a coupon code so that u guys getting discount. And we he is not give us any discount. Even he collect bill payment on his own number. MacDonald doesn't have any payment system or ordering system still? Io have this big question⁉️⁉️⁉️

my experience was worst, because I ordered my food by MC Delivery app's coupon code my bill was of 200 rupees and I had a coupon of free fries on order above 100 rupees. when I shown him they don't gave it. No doubt service is excellent and food is also good but the boy who was on cash counter, was not co operative and his behavior was very rude. if you give coupon for particular Mc Donald's customer then why he say " that free coupons can not redeem here" that was not his answer. such a bad behavior with regular customer that's not expected by any customer.

Good place and good equality

I recently visited this place.. Talking about the precautions they are taking in this COVID is they first sanitize the hands and then check the temperature.. And we can find sanitizers everywhere staff wearing staff... Proper social distancing.. Now talking about the food I ordered chicken burger and french fries and their orange drink which was good. They currently don't have too much varieties for drinks as of now. But if you want a good cheap place for spending good times with friends and loved ones a recommended place.

First time in here. Everything inside was new and clean. Ordering got a bit lost in translation and had to reorder missing items again. Food was OK and quite a lot different from a UK maccies as it is catered for Indians with spicy variations for all. Atmosphere was good.

At 11:20 also they denied us to seat inside which was too rude and unprofessional behaviour of staff and they told us to seat outside on wet brench like seriously!! If you don't know the meaning of opening at 11 then kindly replace it to 12 in Google . We are not fool to travel and come there for insulting.

I tried the new cheese lava burger meal and order it online and waited in queue for payment because after that only the order is confirmed. I went there with my friends to celebrate his birthday, though there was a long queue but we got our odrer serviced faster though it was a large order of many meals. Ordered a American cheese supreme burger meal. The burger was delicious and full if flavours. The coke was amazing better than usual coke available in normal bottle. The fries were okay. The outlet was quite spacious

McDonald🍔🍟🍦 is a best fast food chain for evening meal or they Provide best Services in terms of everything they have clean outlates and all the staffs are very Humble and Polite and flexible for any orders. McDonald provide the best 🍔 and French fries better than anyone. The varieties of Burgers 🍔 and the taste is awesome.

Cafe was just Amazing. But instead of doing from the counters you prevail food discounts on there app try that and see the best rates of the food.

Location is just near the riverfront Ahmedabad. Staff and services is ok. Iskcon cross road branches are better than this one.

McDonalds in India is different. Where we get lovely Veg varieties of Burgers and wraps.

Everything is good but when I tried to use MacDonald's application at that time the staff (Jayshree) says that the server is down and you cannot redeem any coupons. This is the 3rd time in this franchise! (Asharam road). Bad service!!!

Visiting in this McDonald's was always having worst experience within 1or 2 month i have been visited McDonald's ashram road all the time they have same issues all the time they say same sentence to the customer who is ordering from app thay aaplication order will not been taken here Ans also they are lier they will tell you that today nowhere application order is working for experience at a same day i have visited two branch but order braches are taking orders from application. And also cleaning services is also very slow i request to McDonald's take this as priority and I'm totally dissatisfied with this McDonald's branch.

I hv been here several times. Always feel fresh in McD. Staff is good and know your order very well. They support you to choose best for you.

Specific city gold branch is worst branch i have ever seen..no one came to clean table..i have visited 2 time within 15 days but both time application offer scanner not working, that is pathetic..counter girl said "sir,scanner bigad gaya he direct order hi lenge application se nhi lenge"..Agar apko offer dena hi nhi he to fir application pe offer diya hu kyu..

My first visit in this Mc Donald that really upset us. I was sweating like hell but they didn't turn on the fan, as ac was not cooling properly. Overall experience was good. Behaviour of staff was excellent. I ordered myself an medium cheesy veg meal. I got an hot cheesy burger with medium coke & medium fries, which are crunchy and delicious too. food served in some minutes. There is proper cleaness in the whole outlet. Must check out if you want to have classic Mcd's burgers and fries nearby ashram road.
