Support is very weak, For a single offline ticket I almost spend my half-day after so many followups and this is not my first-time it happens so many times when I required offline ticket via email communication. Portal is good, user-friendly and fast but when you need offline support it was a very time-consuming process and they don't reply by self you need to remind him I send mail please check and revert. #tbo #travelboutiqueonline #whitelabel

Delhi based travel portal company's regional office & for agents only , No walk in Customer should get service. Previously this place was office known as British Airways.

Very poor experience. Refund of Jet airways pending from March 2019. No response.

Very bad experience with Travel boutique. do not use service from this company. Airlines refunded my amount but this company not giving back even though we have transaction id. and if try to call them they just cut our call by saying we are not talking with customers.
