Visited for function. Really good service and facilities. Location is also very good. Spacious parking area available. Room facilities are also very good It can be useful for meetings any social functions or gethering. Services are very good. Staff is very helpful and supportive.

Since many many years, this place is known for its best hospitality and is always preferred by local as well foreigners as one of the 1st choices to stay, dine or have important family functions... Super parking facilities and security. Nothing to say about the delicious food and it has set its own standard and Amdavad, loves it .. What more??? Plus : great food and hospitality in the Cafe piano. Food is amazing and so is the restaurant service. Beds are comfortable. Minus : housekeeping and the check in and checkout experience. Rooms - smell of smoke in a non smoking room, cigarette butts in the bathroom, no towels in the room and no response from housekeeping when calling for towels. Calls to housekeeping and front office at 11 pm and 6 am go unanswered. To top it off atrocious checkin and checkout experience. Lalit at front office asked me why I needed two sets of keys - when I explained I need one for gym and one for going outside he grudgingly relented. Never in my 35 country travel have I been asked why I need an additional set of keys. At checkout I told him about the room condition and all he did was hand me the room bill and asked where the paper key sleeve was ! Such a functionary with no sense of customer experience and service. I had to drag him to the room to show him the issues first hand. Really poor front office experience. I’ve written my feedback but not sure it will reach management so posting it here. I would strongly recommend to avoid stay at this poorly maintained and managed property. Food however is first class so restaurant is a must.

Best Place for delicious Lunch/Dinner options.. Service is best...All Staff members are really co-operative. We organized a corporate Unlimited Buffet here, and m it was THE BEST experience. Multi cuisine food also available. Bakery items are also available in retail.

Wash rooms cleanliness can be improved. The banquet hall was very good, spacious without any columns in between. Food was also good. Paneer starters were so soft that one cannot pick up with a stick. Although fried momos was tasty, the frying was making it unhealthy, thereby losing the health benefits of momos in general. We did not check in rooms.

Food is simply awesome. Try humus with pita bread. They also have piano in their restaurant with live music some time. have good food with proper serving quantity and quality. They also have liquor shop for permit users, which have included so many expensive brands. The Grand Bhagwati, Ahmedabad is located at prime location. Ambience is beautiful, with awesome reception area. Ample parking space. Rooms are spacious and clean, service is quick and staff is friendly and courteous. . There’s two restaurants( cafe piano and mr & mrs somani). We visited here on Friday morning and tried their breakfast buffet at Cafe Piano, decor is just amazing with cool and happening vibes. Food was freshly cooked, and very delicious. . They also have one more restaurant, Mr & Mrs. Somani, which was also very cozy and wonderful place.

TGB staff is just worst. The dont care of customer and just live in their world. Even small cafe staff is batter then this restaurant. 0 star to staff and manager. Dish was dirty not even one took 3 to 4 but all were in same dirty condition without properly washed.

Amazing food, great location and reasonably good service. Parking is a big issue with this property especially during the peak hours. Overall dinning in or take aways is always an enjoyable experience.

We had program at Ambiance hall. Overall good vanue however we felt that the hall was suffocating. One of our friend actually felt suffocation and had to go outside for fresh air. frequently. I think centralised AC is insufficient when people are to be gathered for more time. Washroom facility is excellent neat and clean and well maintained. It's has good parking facilities. Overall it gives grand look at grand budget

The Grand Bhagwati is really grand, loved the light on their ceiling with so many colors. The breakfast buffet was really good and the rooms had a really great view with good amenities.

THIS TIME ON THE OCCASION OF DIWALI DAY WE VISITED THE CAFE PIANO WITH THE HOPE OF GRAND DECORATION ALL AROUND AND WITH THE TUNE OF PIANO WE WILL RECEIVED A GRAND BRUNCH TYPE LUNCH. UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO DECORATION, NO PIANO TUNE AND NO GRAND BRUNCH, TOTALLY DISAPPOINTMENT FOR OUR FAMILY. EVEN THOUGH THE LUNCH WAS FANTASTIC AS USUAL WITH GREAT SERVICE , WE WANT TO APPROPRIATE THE SERVICE OF STAFF AND THEIR ATTITUDE. WE WANT TO APPRECIATE THE QUALITY OF FOOD, BUT SOMETHING IS MISSING.......... We think that the changes are coming after changes in ownership, we are afraid that we are going to loose the only vegetarian four star restaurant in ahmedabad. HOTEL PRIME VILLA Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. it was a great experience, good food and prompt service. The place is quite centrally located and major touristy places are nearby plus the staff was prompt enough to organise a sight seeing too. would recommend for a stay.

We tried the TGB for the first time, there are two restaurants(cafe piano and mr & mrs somani)and we tried mr & mrs somani, the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The staff were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have been recently decorated. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back.

I stayed here for night the rooms are spacious and have best room services I like was the taste of the food and the Bakery of TGB was amazing. I advice one should book online for the cheaper on rates then to offline.

We had a wonderful family dinner at Cafe Piano. Quality of food and service was good. Most importantly they have booking slab of 90 mins for every table. Capacity only 40-50 people. No booking is available after 9PM. So if you want to spend quality time with good food this is the place for you.

I visited TGB for lunch a few days back. They have very good menu at Cafe Piano for lunch. They serve soups & starters on table , main course & desserts are in buffet. I loved Japanese Hibachi there. In starter, crispy corn was also yum. One must try the meals there once.

We went for dinner at cafe piano. It is vintage and one of the oldest premium cafe/restaurant of west Ahmedabad. It now needs upgrade though. Evening buffet is good option if someone looking to spend some time with family over dinner. Pp budget for dinner will be approx 800. Vibe and ambience is premium.

Went for lunch. Good taste, though daal can be better. Service is ok , perhaps most of the staff has been with this place for ages so they will have a certain way of service. The only reason I have given 4 is that they don't have any attached hand wash or washroom , and one must walk up to another place to clean hands after or before food. They don't give finger bowl either, instead a wet wipe is given (which is not best thing when you eat Indian food with hands). Overall good experience.

Very delicious food. In the evening high tea, the Samosas were just superb. At least in Ahmedabad, it is very rare to get such good Samosa. Served Samosas had no deficiency on any account be it level of frying, filling, size, The taste of the crust and the taste of the filling.

So the only reason for 3 stars is the uncomfortable small rooms. Don't get me wrong but, the hotel overall is really nice and most importantly, the staff is really cooperative and polite which a guest really expects when they are staying at a place. In the price point of view, the tariff is too high for the services that they are providing and the size of rooms. Other 4-5 star hotels on the same road offers comfortable rooms with amenities like pool and spa with prices less than that of this hotel. The lobbies in the hotel are irrationally really big. They should have instead used that space in expanding the rooms.

At TGB, Officer level Staff handling customers, payment counter may possibly drawing more than 25k monthly salary demanded Diwali "Aashirvad amount" from me while I was there as guest (not staying there).... actually I was shocked...paid them just to ensure they r not in funny mood... I went to visit Exhibition on November 16,2021 and J had Food With me . Instead of saying in polite he was rude on me and Saying *Bahar nikaldo to Girl * what that mean bahar nikal do ?

Even if you get this for free don't take it. This place may be more appropriate for function and marriage etc but not for staying. Having a grand name doesn't make it grand. They have to do good service and maintain property. TV in room switch off in 10 mins automatically. Phone line for receptions doesn't work neither they have written which number to call. If you need to speak to any staff in hotel you will have hunt or go down to reception. Its total waste of money. Lift is occupied by visitors or banquet users. This property is "No" for staying. Don't get into. When you enter this property you feel dull aura and depression.

I am extremely sorry to write down this to such an amazing public company known for it's excellent catering & food service. People do not even ask to taste the food when it is booked for functions & different occasions when it comes to TGB. After studying about the financial results I came to know why such a good company is in loss. And it is not because of pandemic but Very rude Sales staff. I didn't expected a service industry sales people should behave rudely or show their ego to their clients who give the business to them. Timely response is also must in service & hospitality industry. I understand not all of them are like this but Management of TGB should look into this matter seriously if they want to make a company profitable. Because people who gives the business of 2% of the current Market cap of TGB just in one function (20 to 50 functions yearly) will never give repeat business to the company only because of sales people.

The place was good Although one of the housekeeping person when we asked for water misbehaved on call and said "jab factory kholunga tab dedunga" to my mom and that was really bad and disrespectful. The grand Bhagwati. One of the old place for 24 hours dining. They have cafe called piano in this place u get food 24/7. We very use to go this place after late night movie show. We seen this place always packed. We like the food of this place. Food is not that great but best part u can get any time. They use to server buffet in night also but after some time Closed. Any way u get amazing pastries and food at this place anytime
