Very Pathetic experience, I booked it 7 days prior to actual date of arrival. But when I came to hotel, their behavior was weird. Due to high traffic on weekend, they cancelled my advance booking and even not consider conveying this msg to me. So, beware of them. They may reject your advance booking due to high inflow. Guys working on reception are exacerbating the image of hotel. Irresponsible behavior of reception staff. I will not suggest advance booking in it.

The Worst service by restaurant on 1st October 2023 I visited the Restaurant for Dinner but the Order taking Personal told that the restaurant is going to close so only main course order will be taken, we said ok, but then after 2-3 Couple came over there and they talk the order For starter after we call the manager but there was not Good Response Me and my family are the Regular customers for there Restaurant, we got our marriage function , my sister engagement, even my Friends I suggest

Very spacious and luxurious hotel with excellent food. The service needs to be fast and efficient. I had to wait around half an hour for my food to arrive but the food was amazing and worth it. The prices are high, so if you want budget dining experience with lot of people then it's not a good place but if you want to try something different this place is perfect for you. Had a great time here overall.

Today my Special Day known as my bday.... Today we started reunion of school friends but on this occasion we plan to dinner. But in flora restaurant we feel so bad food specially Panner sabji and we found one hair in Starter.... We paid full amount but we didn't enjoy half dinner So bad experience it was 😭😭😭

Has good banquet for reception and other functions, had wonderful services and cooperation there. In budget for any kind of family functions.

Hotel looks so luxurious.Parking was spot on. Lift was so busy so it's very hard to reach on 3rd floor may be it's because of marriage function in banquet....Overall quite good hotel

We had booked the banquet for a wedding. Cleanliness was zero.. food was just ok... Staff was supportive.. but wash rooms were messy, no handwash. Bad experience overall.

Above everything the staff was very well mannered and will support you and guide you with everything whether it be hospitality or the tourist spots. The hospitality was amazing. Hotel was good staff behaviour was good but the major drawback is the restaurant I ordered a curd rice but they gave oil rice mean the curd rice is full of oil , how is it possible to eat this kind of curd rice , I returned and strictly instructed them to don’t put oil.

I visited the cube on 25 April 2023 at 11 pm and everything was good but the manager was rude and talking us very rudely but the one who was taking order with a tatoo he was superb and friendly .

As location wise best hotel in the vastral / odhav area. Best for a Birthday party, Marriage, anniversary or some special occasion.

Our experience is really good with this hotel. Lalit ji, one of the staff assisted us during our stay. Je was really decent and helpful person. Rooms, mattresses, bathrooms were neat and clean. Location is also good. They offered us free breakfast after some negotiation for price and breakfast was really delicious with lots of variety. We had to leave early around 7:00 am so they also managed to get us tea and toast by that time on our request. We had lunch on their restaurant which was also tasty. Their staff is quite decent.

Pathetic food. Rotis had to sent back and they were chewy. Subzi was said to be of Brown gravy, came in red gravy. It was chef special paneer recipe and it did not have anything special. Coriander lemon soup had turmeric in it and was loaded with oil. Crispy vegetables were very average and chewy and not crispy. If you like food, then don't visit this place. Paneer tikka was decent.

Loved the food. Better priced restaurants and having a very good quality. Worth trying. Had punjabi thrice and every time they provided a very good service and very good food which took me there one more time. Their soup, kabab, sabji, dal tadka everything is fantastic. The Pan given in the last is most amazing, it's best. Accepts cards, cash, Google pay, bhim. Open till 3.30 pm and opening in the evening again. Bit crowded in the weekend. Has proper parking space.

It's in the outskirts of the city. So, prepare to hear a lot of trucks at night. The food was ok. It's expensive for the amenities available. Fixtures in the bathroom came off. Was an average experience but slightly heavy on the pocket. The folks there were actually very helpful! :)

It is a restaurant cum hotel. I visited with my family for dinner. The food was good. Service is also good. Prices are reasonable. The ambience is good. Chapati quality could have been a bit better. Otherwise it's a good restaurant to visit.

Place is clean and people who serves are best at job. The restaurant takes precautions as per this pandemic situation. Taste of food is also good and have complimentary 'Mithu Pan' for all after dinner. Loved to eat here.

If you want tasty food than this is the place. Punjabi food is the best in class with hygiene and good Seating arrangement. Waiters are polite and provide prompt service.
